肾病综合征患儿院内感染分析

对医院84例肾病综合征患儿进行了院内感染调查,其中46例发生了院内感染,感染率为54.76％,分析院内感染的有关因素,提出肾病的院内感染率与小儿的年龄、性别、肾病的类型、血浆蛋白含量无关,而与住院天数、尿蛋白转阴时间、机体免疫状态、必要的预防措施有关,为减少院内感染,应建立严格的保护性隔离措施,对院内感染的治疗应严格选用适当抗生素及免疫调节剂。     

复肾口服液对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏形态的影响

目的：观察复肾口服液对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏的形态学影响。方法：采用尾静脉一次性注射阿霉素（ADR）复制肾病综合征模型。用光学显微镜、电子显微镜观察肾小球毛细血管、上皮细胞、基底膜及肾小管的病理形态学改变。结果：复肾口服液能使阿霉素肾病大鼠蛋白尿显著降低，肾小管管腔内的蛋白管型明显减少，肾小球淤血及上皮细胞和基底膜的损伤程度明显减轻，肾小球上皮细胞足突融合明显改善。结论：复肾口服液可促进肾病大鼠肾小球上皮细胞的修复及滤过膜功能的恢复，但存在着量效依赖关系。     

Structural and physiological changes of the human body upon SARS-CoV-2 infection

Since December 2019, the novel coronavirus(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)) has spread to many countries around the world, developing into a global pandemic with increasing numbers of deaths reported worldwide. To data, although some vaccines have been developed, there are no ideal drugs to treat novel coronavirus pneumonia(coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)). By examining the structure of the coronavirus and briefly describing its possible pathogenesis based on recent autopsy reports conducted by various teams worldwide, this review analyzes the possible structural and functional changes of the human body upon infection with SARS-CoV-2. We observed that the most prominent pathological changes in COVID-19 patients are diffuse alveolar damage(DAD) of the lungs and microthrombus formation,resulting in an imbalance of the ventilation/perfusion ratio and respiratory failure. Although direct evidence of viral infection can also be found in other organs and tissues, the viral load is relatively small. The conclusion that the injuries of the extrapulmonary organs are directly caused by the virus needs further investigation.     

经尿道气化电切治疗前列腺增生60例手术疗效分析

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切（TUVP）治疗前列腺增生症（BPH）的临床效果。方法：采用电气化加修切法施行经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗BPH60例。结果：全部患者手术均获成功，平均手术操作时间40min，平均留置导尿时间3．5天，平均住院日5．5天。结论：TUVP是治疗BPH的有效方法，比经尿道前列腺电切术（TUPR）更具广泛的应用优势，但必须具有良好的技术及解剖基础，同时要熟练气化电切镜的各种功能及操作过程。

Verbal Fluency and Verbal Short-Term Memory in Adults with Down Syndrome and Unspecified Intellectual Disability

The purpose of this study was to examine verbal fluency and verbal short-term memory in 12 adults with Down syndrome (DS) and 12 adults with Intellectual Disability (ID) of unspecified origin, matched for receptive vocabulary and chronological age. Participants’ performance was assessed on two conditions of a verbal fluency test, namely, semantic and phonemic fluency. In addition to the total number of correct words produced, the use of clustering and switching strategies was also evaluated. In order to investigate the likely relations of verbal short-term memory with the test variables, a digit span task was administered. According to the results of the study, the two groups differed significantly on the average phonemic cluster size, with the ID group outperforming the DS group. Regarding the within-group comparisons, a relatively similar pattern of results was found for the two groups, indicating higher scores on all the measures involved in the semantic test than the phonemic one. The examination of the relation of verbal short-term memory with the verbal fluency test measures revealed that, in the DS group, only the total words produced in the semantic and the phonemic test and the number of phonemic switches were significantly associated with verbal short-term memory. Additionally, in both groups, word productivity in the semantic and the phonemic test was positively associated with the number of switches. The observed similarities and differences in the performance of the two groups, as well as the associations that emerged among the test variables in each group, are discussed.     

一个伴有夹腿综合症唐氏女生的个案研究报告

本文通过分析一个9岁伴有夹腿综合症的唐氏女生的教育康复过程,探讨对伴有夹腿综合症的智能障碍儿童进行教育训练的可行性方法,并为此类儿童的康复提出有针对性的建议。     

经安汤治疗肝郁脾虚型经前期综合征疗效观察

目的本研究拟观察经安汤治疗肝郁脾虚型经前期综合征的临床疗效。方法将100例肝郁脾虚型经前期综合征患者随机分为两组：治疗组60例,用经安汤;对照组40例,口服逍遥丸。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.67%和52.5%,疗效具有显著性差异P〈0.05。结论经安汤是治疗肝郁脾虚型经前期综合征的有效方药。     

导引养生功对失眠综合症治疗的效果研究

目的：观察导引养生功对失眠综合症的疗效。方法：采用实验法,将50例患者按性别、年龄及失眠程度相当随机均等的分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行导引养生功运动干预和心理暗示治疗;对照组只进行心理暗示治疗,疗程均为20周。结果：实验组和对照组的治疗都有效,但是在总效率改善方面,实验组更有效（P〈0.05）结论：通过观察治疗失眠综合症的过程,得出导引养生功结合心理暗示治疗能更有效的治疗失眠综合症。     

cTn和BNP/NT-proBNP检测在急性冠脉综合征中的应用

急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）是导致急性心肌缺血的一大类临床综合征,早期评估其病变程度及其预后有着重要的临床意义.cTn与BNP/NT-proBNP被认为各自都可单独作为诊断心肌缺血、进行ACS危险分层评估、预测近期心脏不良事件的有力参考指标,但是它们的联合检测对ACS患者危险性的判断及其预后的评估有着更加重要的参考价值.
