对高校校报开展舆论监督的思考

本文从分析高校校报舆论监督现状入手。对校报舆论监督原则进行了总结，对舆论监督方法作了思考。     

优化设计在设备技术改造中的应用

本文研究了常用优化设计方法在新的水压机活动横梁中的应用,对活动横梁的结构参数进行了优化,保证设计方案达到最佳;并建立了活动横梁的有限元力学模型,对该结构进行了三维有限元强度分析。     

对热应激、脑损伤与机体免疫间关系的研究

高温环境下长时间暴露或长时间、大强度运动容易导致脑组织微观结构损伤、机体免疫机能下降。损伤机制与高温、自由基、磷脂酶A2、氨基酸及NO代谢有关。高温环境下脑损伤与机能免疫机能下降之间可能存在直接关系。

[目的]为科技期刊编辑提供学术论文邮件精准推送的经验,实现论文高效传播,提升科技期刊影响力。[方法]基于Science China-Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy(SCPMA)期刊文章邮件精准推送实践,介绍了邮件精准推送的优势、查找文章相关领域小同行的方法以及充分挖掘有效推送群体的相关经验,并提出一些切实的建议。[结果]具体实例和统计数据表明论文邮件精准推送对SCPMA文章被引频次提升有明显促进作用。[结论]邮件精准推送是高效传播学术论文、提升科技期刊影响力的重要方法,应该成为学术期刊编辑重要的工作内容之一。     

The rhetorical construction of Popular Front France in the fascist Italian press during the ‘Paris, 1937’ international exhibition

This article will discuss propaganda in the press used by the Italian fascist regime to create and disseminate a negative image of France and socialism. The ‘Paris, 1937’ exhibition represented a pretext for the Italian press to attack the Popular Front on both policy and competence. Manipulating information, the propaganda fabricated an idea of ‘otherness’, presenting France as the chaotic antithesis to the orderly Italian regime. France was presented as a country full of drunks and idlers, as a nation descending into chaos due to the social economic reforms of the Blum government; images that were juxtaposed with a state thriving under fascist corporatism. With the use of archive files and press-clippings, this work intends to illustrate the construction of stereotypes to feed the fear of socialism in Italy by the fascist press.     

How liberals and conservatives respond to feasibility and desirability appeals in anti-tobacco campaigns

Using two experiments, this study aims to investigate how politically liberal or conservative message recipients respond to anti-tobacco appeals. The results show that in Study 1, respondents were exposed to a message about price policy. In Study 2, they were exposed to a message about a warning policy. In both studies, liberal participants more favorably evaluated anti-tobacco messages emphasizing feasibility rather than desirability, whereas conservative participants more positively evaluated messages emphasizing desirability rather than feasibility. Implications for policymakers and marketers are discussed.     

三峡库区腹地县域耕地压力研究——以奉节县27个乡镇为例

本文以奉节县的27个乡镇为研究区,运用景观生态学理论、地理信息系统和统计分析方法,借助Erdas8.5、ArcGIS9.3以及Fragstats3.3软件,分析了三峡库区腹地奉节县27个乡镇2010年耕地压力空间分布规律,讨论了耕地压力与土壤侵蚀的关系及优化调控措施。结果表明:①研究区耕地受其自然地理条件的影响,在不同岩性、地貌、坡度上分布差异显著;②耕地压力空间差异较显著,长江以北大部分乡镇耕地压力指数小于1,而南部乡镇耕地压力指数基本上大于1.5。根据耕地压力指数偏离1的程度且经校正将研究区分为4类区,包括无压区、边缘区、低压区和高压区;③由于北部地区开垦了大量的坡耕地,缓解了耕地压力,使得北部地区耕地压力比南部地区小,但土壤侵蚀综合指数较南部地区大,即生态破坏较严重。因此,通过大量开垦坡耕地来缓解耕地压力虽能暂时起到作用,但是从长远来看会加快耕地水土流失的速度,最终会大大增加耕地压力;④缓解研究区耕地压力、维护生态平衡要结合城镇化进程,促使人口向非农产业转移,通过异地供给方式解决粮食问题,降低粮食自给率;在推行生态退耕的同时也要保护好现有中、优等别耕地;调整农业结构,形成以种植粮食作物为基础,畜牧业、林果业、药业为主导的农业结构。     

Reception of Arthur Sutherland Neill＇s pedagogical concept and his Summerhill School in Hungarian and German pedagogical literature and press

Arthur Sutherland Neill is one of the most debated personalities among the representatives of the classic reform pedagogy, due to his pedagogical concept and its practical realization, and his Summerhill School, equally. He is often mentioned during public debates, where mostly the ＂three S＂--＂sex, swearing and smoking＂, are existing as subject of the debates. While analyzing publications about Summerhill School appearing in Hungarian and German pedagogical special literature and press, a kind of polarized attitude has been realized towards the conceptions and school： Some talk about him admiringly; others criticize him while emphasizing the concept＇s drawbacks and unique features.     

A Decade of Coverage (1990–2000): The Mainstream Library Press and Its Coverage of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union and Its Successor States

ABSTRACT

This study examines the coverage of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union and its successor states by U.S. journals indexed in Library Literature between 1990 and 2000. Seventy-one journals were evaluated according to subject content, geographical coverage, document type, and year of article publication. The study found that the majority of articles focused on domestic and foreign library activities. Coverage peaked between the years 1990 and 1994, with a steady decline after that. The study reports on differences in coverage by peer-reviewed and non-peer-reviewed journals over this decade.     

晏阳初平教运动对儒家教育思想的批判继承及对当前农村教育的启示

二十世纪二三十年代,晏阳初在河北定县开展了一项轰轰烈烈的平民教育运动,前后历时十年。儒家的民本主义教育思想一直是晏先生从事平教工作的强大精神支柱,但先生在他的实践活动中并没有将其精华与糟粕全盘接收,而是通过理性思考对儒家教育思想有扬有弃。本文以"弃"为立足点,就先生对儒家教育思想的批判继承,从教育内容、教育目标、教育方法三方面加以阐述,并对当前的农村教育做出几点思考。
