文化多元化视域下马克思主义大众化及其实践路径

文化多元化是当前我国马克思主义意识形态文化建设的基本文化生态。文化多元化在对人类文明进步产生巨大推动作用的同时,也对马克思主义主导意识形态文化建设带来了消极影响和认同危机。面对文化多元化负效应的影响,加快推进马克思主义大众化,就要坚持社会主义核心价值体系的引领,坚持主流文化的主导,正确对待传统文化的继承与弘扬,善于学习和借鉴人类文明的共同成果,同时坚持党领导下的理论创新等。     

Influence of upright versus time trial cycling position on determination of critical power and W′ in trained cyclists

Body position is known to alter power production and affect cycling performance. The aim of this study was to compare mechanical power output in two riding positions, and to calculate the effects on critical power (CP) and W′ estimates. Seven trained cyclists completed three peak power output efforts and three fixed-duration trial (3-, 5- and 12-min) riding with their hands on the brake lever hoods (BLH), or in a time trial position (TTP). A repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that mean power output during the 5-min trial was significantly different between BLH and TTP positions, resulting in a significantly lower estimate of CP, but not W′, for the TTP trial. In addition, TTP decreased the performance during each trial and increased the percentage difference between BLH and TTP with greater trial duration. There were no differences in pedal cadence or heart rate during the 3-min trial; however, TTP results for the 12-min trial showed a significant fall in pedal cadence and a significant rise in heart rate. The findings suggest that cycling position affects power output and influences consequent CP values. Therefore, cyclists and coaches should consider the cycling position used when calculating CP.     

海南省年降水量的年际变化和特征分析

本文应用主分量分析方法对海南省的年降水量、年降水平均值、标准差和距平百分率进行统计分析结果发现，前5个分量可表示降水总方差的83％，它已反映出年降水场最重要的特征。时间系数和特征向量的组合，将年降水场分为5种类型，并确定了海南省逐年降水量的类型，全省性旱和涝的几率最高，占58％，其次是东南旱西涝，占17％。     

世界杯足球赛头球进球特征分析

采用文献资料、数理统计等方法,对16—18届足球世界杯的81个头球进球情况进行统计、分析。结果显示：开场后16min-30min和75min-90min是头球进球集中时间段;头球进球的主要区域是禁区内的中央地带,特别是进攻5区;跳起射门与转身射门是头球进球的主要技术动作方式;边路进攻与定位球是头球进球的主要战术手段;进球队员以身材高大的前锋与后卫为主。     

甘肃省大学生足球后卫防守技、战术运用及存在问题分析

对2008年甘肃省大学生足球联赛16支球队中的后卫队员在31场比赛中的防守技、战术运用情况及存在问题进行分析,结果表明：后卫队员防守技、战术运用中的主要问题是基本技术不扎实;心理稳定性不够;临场比赛战术运用成功率低;失误较多。建议训练中要努力促使大学生后卫队员掌握全面的基本技术和战术理论知识,强化后卫队员的身体素质训练,加强攻防意识与心理素质的引导和培养,改变比赛中后卫基本技术及战术不过硬的现状。

社会结构变迁促使公民社会成为社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。本土化的公民社会理念为学校变革提供了背景因素和理念支持。学校变革不仅要适应这种外部环境的变化,也要主动开辟一种治理的路径。这种路径分为对学校的治理和学校共同体内的道德领导。在此二重作用下,校长权力在本义、来源和运行上都将发生深刻的变化。

The relationship between behavioural integrity,competence, goodwill,trustworthiness, and motivating language of a principal

Utilising the oral language of a principal leading an inner-city at-risk elementary school in a large urban school district in the southwestern USA, the researchers tested behavioural integrity and the dimensions of source credibility (competence, goodwill, and trustworthiness) as antecedents to Motivating Language Theory and the ML Model. Teacher perception data at the Title I elementary school was used for this quantitative study. Over 95% of the teachers responded to a survey each year for a three-year period. Each year, there were statistically significant correlations between each of the antecedents and motivating language. The antecedents accounted for 66–75% of the total variance for motivating language depending on the year based on regression analysis. The results of this study extend the field of Motivating Language Theory and the ML Model, and further explain how the work of principals is accomplished.
