企业竞争情报发展中的政府扶持行为探析

本文通过多国政府行为与竞争情报发展的实证分析，证实了政府的支持对竞争情报发展的重要性，并提出了政府支持企业竞争情报应采取的战略举措：制定有利于竞争情报业发展的政策法律；充分发挥政府在竞争情报业发展中的引导作用；开发和利用信息资源，构建企业竞争情报信息服务与支持体系；提供政策、税收、资金投入、信贷等方面的支持；加强基础设施的建设，完善竞争情报发展的外部环境。     

学籍档案与学生就业

自上世纪90年代以来，我国就面临着严峻的就业形势和巨大的就业压力，大中专毕业生的就业工作越来越被社会所关注。因“涉及千家万户，关系到人民群众的切身利益”，毕业生的就业率及就业层面也就日益成为社会评价各个高校的重要指标。管理和使用好毕业生的档案信息资料，冲破档案利用的种种局限，将隐藏的、静态的档案信息开发成系统的、有价值的和动态的档案信息，不仅对大中专的就业工作起着积极的促进作用，也势必为今后各级各类院校档案工作的发展开辟新的途径。     

工程服务中心:构建工程创新实践教育的支撑体系——上海交通大学国家双创示范基地案例分析

在高等工程教育中学生自主实践创新教学活动极为重要,而当前高校普遍缺乏创新支撑服务平台及灵活的实践服务模式,学生在自主开展实践教学活动时常常需耗费大量的时间和成本去完成创新项目所需资源的准备;一轮轮的教学实践环境建设,由于多围绕课程、学科的培养体系投入,造成设备利用率低,与学生强烈的创新实践需求形成尖锐矛盾。本文基于当前国家双创示范基地中学生创新中心建设,创造性提出以工具借出、设备借用、远程加工、设计IP撮合等为特点的特色服务模式,持续大量地为学生提供基本器具资源使用和加工服务。围绕学生需求提供"创新实践图书馆"式的服务,为学生创造创新实践的服务环境。本文就设备借出、3D打印等具体工程服务分中心建设的内容、目标和服务模式,阐述了这类创新实践服务中心的建设模式,需要解决的问题和实施思路。实践证明,建设工程服务中心能有效解决设备利用率问题,更好地培养大规模勇于投身实践的创新人才,为高校创新人才培养模式开辟新途径。     

聚焦设计:实践与方法(上)——美国“以学生为中心”的本科教学改革研究之三

本文是美国"以学生为中心"的本科教学改革研究之三,主要介绍在这场改革中美国学者和教师创造的行之有效的实践和方法。全文共九部分。第1~3部分介绍相关文献、科学基础和大学教学有效性双因素假设。第4~6部分介绍由科学研究、受生活与职业发展影响和由经验总结而产生的实践与方法。第7部分是SC方法论,讨论了"SC方法树"、"3650"框架和5个"方法论误区"。第8部分是关于SC改革的未来,介绍了颠覆性创新概念和两所创新性学校。文章特别强调了设计在课堂教学模式改革中的核心作用。好的设计能把SC原则贯穿教学实践,能结合学生实际,促进学生有效学习。由于原文较长,故分为上下篇发表。上篇包括前四部分,下篇包括后五部分。     

当代媒介文化背景下大学生媒介素养培养探析

我国当代媒介文化呈现价值取向多元化的特点,拓宽了当代大学生视野的同时,也给处在价值观形成阶段的大学生产生了负面影响。近年来,我国大学生在媒介文化消费和传播中暴露出诸多不良行为,充分说明当代大学生媒介素养水平亟待提升。培养大学生媒介素养应以社会主义核心价值观为价值导向;以促进学生发展为根本宗旨;以批判性思维为重要抓手。推进我国大学生媒介素养培养应抓住以下三个方面:确立媒介素养课程目标,借鉴美国一流大学经验、立足我国国情,课程目标应涵盖批判性思维、合作沟通、媒介鉴赏、信息获取分析、创造媒介产品、信息技术运用,以及坚持以社会主义核心价值观为导向、坚持文化自信;开发媒介素养课程内容;加强大学教师媒介素养的在职培训。     

图书馆与慕课课程的互动推广路径探析

针对慕课的快速发展及国内外图书馆界对慕课的关注及推广现状,探讨图书馆推广与服务慕课课程的互动对策。图书馆在面向院系教学服务的过程中,可将慕课推广与图书馆推广有机结合,依托图书馆空间与服务,推广慕课理念和课程,同时借助宣传慕课理念和课程,推广图书馆资源和服务。并从慕课资源的整合与导航,学科服务,资源荐购服务,图书馆新媒体宣传,图书馆专题推广活动五个途径探讨了互动推广的途径。     

The impact of coworker support and stigma on breastfeeding after returning to work

This study assessed the impact of coworker support on lactating mothers’ breastfeeding self-efficacy after maternity leave. A cross-sectional survey of 1000 working adults assessed effects of perception of fairness, coworkers’ support for breastfeeding colleagues, and ick response on willingness to help mothers needing breaks to pump breastmilk at work. The study also examined how coworker support affected mothers’ self-efficacy to continue breastfeeding. One out of four coworkers showed moderate to strong stigma, saw breaks to pump breastmilk as unfair, and showed less intention to help new mothers. These results suggest that while the majority of coworkers are generally supportive, lactating women are likely to encounter disapproving coworkers who may discourage them from continuing to breastfeed. The data showed that the majority of organizations included in this study have only passively fostered mother-friendly workplaces and could do more to encourage employees to be supportive of lactating colleagues.     

Relational turbulence and perceptions of partner support during reintegration after military deployment

The transition from deployment to reintegration can be stressful for returning military personnel and at-home partners, and support plays a key role in their ability to transition effectively. We draw on relational turbulence theory to advance predictions about how parameters of the relationship between returning service members and at-home partners predict their perceptions of their partner’s support during the post-deployment transition. We surveyed 235 individuals (117 returning service members, 118 at-home partners) who had experienced the transition within the past 6 months. Findings consistent with the theory indicated that relational turbulence partially mediated the negative associations that relational uncertainty and interference from a partner shared with partner support. Partner uncertainty was a direct negative predictor of partner support as well. We consider how these results extend theory, research, and practice.     

Supportive communication from bystanders of cyberbullying: indirect effects and interactions between source and message characteristics

Cyberbullying is an increasingly common experience that produces psychosocial consequences for targets. Interventions encouraging bystanders to support targets of cyberbullying are limited by a lack of focus on what to communicate. This study considers supportive messages that emphasize emotional comfort, attributions of responsibility, and beliefs that people can change as relevant to this context, and it examines how perceptions of messages differ based on whether support providers have or lack experience with cyberbullying. We extend research on the indirect effects model of supportive communication by randomly assigning participants (N?=?304), who self-identify as targets of cyberbullying, to message and source conditions and assessing their perceptions of messages, providers, and outcomes. Impressions of messages mediate their influence on outcomes, and the experiential similarity of support providers moderates these effects. Certain messages, notably those contending that bullies can change, are less effective when delivered by sources who lack experience with bullying.     

Mandatory Student Fees and the Academic Library

As academic libraries' budgets remain flat while their expenditures rise, library leaders must seek out alternative sources of funding. One option is a mandatory student fee dedicated to the library. This article presents the results of a survey of 152 deans and directors of public R1 and R2 research universities that were asked whether their libraries benefit from mandatory student fees. While a library-specific fee is unusual, nearly half of responding libraries are eligible to receive some portion of another mandatory student fee. Study results can serve as evidence for libraries preparing to make a case for the significant, positive impact possible through even a modest library fee.
