早期记者的职业意识和精神危机

早期记者产生于外人所办报馆 ,孕育于半殖民地半封建社会。从产生之初就深受西方新闻观念影响。中国最早的现代意义上的记者正是在西方文化冲击下 ,初步形成了自己的职业意识和观念。同时 ,他们又受传统文化影响 ,难以摆脱传统观念影响 ,热衷科举 ,对西方文化表现出排斥心理。本文试图通过揭示早期记者的职业认同危机、科举情结、文化认同危机 ,考察分析早期记者的职业意识和精神状况 ,以及其对新闻工作的影响     

一种基于相似度和信任度融合的微博内容推荐方法

[目的/意义]微博对用户获取信息和建立社交网络具有重要作用。提出一种基于相似度和信任度融合的微博内容推荐方法,能够从用户需求出发进行个性化微博内容推荐,对提高微博服务质量、改善信息过载问题具有意义。[方法/过程]基于相似度和信任度融合算法,构建微博内容推荐模型,以新浪微博为研究对象,采用编程方式获取汽车、体育、运动健身、互联网和财经5个领域的数据,展开用户相似度与信任度计算的实验分析和比较。[结果/结论]分析结果显示该方法可以有效表示和挖掘微博内容,改善微博推荐的准确性和用户满意度。     

Clinical Medical Librarian Licensure: Pros versus Cons

In hospitals and clinics, anyone who “touches” a patient has a license authorizing them to do so—from the phlebotomist to the cardiologist, from the genetic counselor to the social worker, and so on, except for the clinical medical librarian. This column discusses the intent versus the realities of occupational licensure for clinical medical librarians and provides recommendations for next steps.     

Health science libraries in Sweden: new directions,expanding roles

Librarians in Sweden are facing huge challenges in meeting the demands of their organisations and users. This article looks at four key areas: coping with open science/open access initiatives; increasing demands from researchers for support doing systematic reviews; understanding user experiences in Swedish health science libraries; and the consequences of expanding roles for recruitment and continuing professional development. With regard to changing roles, there is an increasing shift from the generalist towards the expert role. The authors raise the issue as to how to prepare those new to the profession to the changing environment of health science libraries.     

用户感知视角下的商务网站信息生态化程度测评研究——以淘宝网和京东商城为例

[目的/意义]构建商务网站信息生态化程度测评指标体系,对淘宝网与京东商城的信息生态化程度进行实证测评。[方法/过程]基于用户感知理论,根据网络信息生态化程度测评指标设计调查问卷,对淘宝网和京东商城用户进行问卷调查。运用SPSS 19.0对调查问卷进行统计分析,通过信度分析、效度分析、回归分析验证问卷的可信度、有效性和各级指标对总目标的影响程度,得出被测对象在各级指标上的测评值。[结果/结论]用户对商务网站信息生态化程度满意度较低;从总体上看,京东商城的信息生态化程度高于淘宝网;我国电子商务网站的信息生态化建设应得到重视,网站信息质量和可持续发展潜力的提升是其信息生态化建设的重点。     

供应链上信息流集成的实现和优化分析

研究有效的供应链信息共享模式,寻求供应链信息流集成的实现途径和优化手段。通过网络数据结构建立信息流网络模型,并构建信息流集成块,求顶点间的最小路径以确定两两信息共享成本最小的信息流集成块,利用信息共享能力指标体系和信息共享度来测量和确定信息流集成中心,提出了优化供应链信息流集成的方法和途径。

Library Staff Development: How Book Clubs Can Be More Effective (and Less Expensive) than Traditional Trainings

Employee book clubs are simple, inexpensive tools for professional development that may be more effective than traditional training methods. Library staff at Brigham Young University participated in professional development book clubs, and they reported that they found these trainings to be more enjoyable than classroom-style trainings and more effective in helping them understand, retain, and apply the principles learned. This article will discuss the success of these book clubs and suggest ways that other libraries can implement cost-effective book clubs to develop professional and leadership skills.
