英国国家校长培训学院及其9个附属培训中心的成立标志着英国校长专业开发网络的形成。在对英国校长培训的理念、实施和经验等方面加以研究的基础上，展现英国校长培训的最新发展，以供借鉴。     

Edulabs AGIRE project – evaluation of ICT integration in teaching strategies

The AGIRE project, under the Edulab concept, aims to promote the adoption of innovative teaching practices. This paper reports the support strategies used to evaluate the teacher practices at the end of a teacher training course (TTC) and analyse its impact on teacher technology integration, using a design-based methodology. Teachers’ initial perception was gathered using an online questionnaire comprising ICT personal and professional competencies. The questionnaire results and the classroom observations showed that the majority of teachers were at the level of ICT adoption, before attending the TTC, reaching the adaptation level of integration of ICT, after the TTC. A variety of teaching strategies (flipped classroom, collaborative work, …) and technologies (interactive white boards, tablets, videos, …) were explored. The results sustain the thesis that, with proper support, ICT can be integrated in educational contexts in an innovative way and contribute to the development of teachers’ digital literacy.     

新时代高级职业农民培养路径探索

当前大部分新型职业农民培育工作只是普适性的素质提升,对于发展现代、多元、绿色农业具有引领、带动作用,有新思维、有情怀、有担当的高级职业农民的教育培训工作开展甚少,其等级认定、职称评定工作也尚未全面展开。文章立足福建省新型职业农民培育现状,提出以培养高级职业农民促进农民职业化的构思,以期在福建省内贯通新型职业农民“专、本、硕”培养机制,开发高层次非学历继续教育培训项目与开展农民高级职称评定工作。     

促进中国心理学应用急需解决的几个问题

心理应用一直是中国心理学发展中的一个相对薄弱环节，心理学理论研究与应用的脱节严重影响着中国心理学的健康发展。文章以中国心理学应用急需解决的几个问题进行了讨论。它们分别是1．推进中国心理学的职业化进程；2．选择适当的培养模式；3．减少应用心理学的不合理分离；4．正确处理心理学理论与实践的关系。     

Mapping teacher status and career-long professional learning: the Place Model

This paper engages with key contemporary debates about teaching and teacher education through proposing an innovative, interdisciplinary model, the Place Model, which uses two senses of ‘place’ to provide comparative lenses for a timely, a-priori examination of the place of the teacher: place in the humanistic geography tradition as a process – a cumulative, career-long professional learning journey – and, also, place in the sociological sense of teacher status. This article considers a range of international literature before speculatively ‘populating’ the model with a range of examples in a way which raises important questions about conceptions of teachers across the globe, and provides an alternative and original vision of the profession.

教师职业道德教育是形成良好教师职业道德的重要途径，探索教师职业道德教育的特点和策略是做好教师职业道德教育的关键。教师职业道德教育具有教育对象的特殊性、教育效果的个体制约性和教育监督的特定性等特点。只有加强对教师职业道德规范的理解，营造良好的校园师德伦理文化，才能使教师在自律和他律的约束中形成高尚的职业道德。     

加强本科生文献检索能力的培养提高毕业设计(论文)的质量

文献检索能力是大学生毕业（设计）论文写作的一个不可缺少的重要环节。本文分析了目前大学生进入毕业（设计）论文写作阶段关于文献检索能力方面存在的问题，阐述了加强大学生文献检索能力培养的重要性，提出了在毕业设计（论文）各环节“文献检索”能力培养应采取的强化措施。     

Librarians collaborate successfully with nursing faculty and a writing centre to support nursing students doing professional doctorates

This study explores how a three‐way collaboration between a University library, writing centre and faculty created avenues of training and support for students within a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in an American University. The role of each partner involved in the collaboration is discussed alongside the profile of the DNP students. Lesson planning and classroom techniques for DNP information literacy classes are described and feedback from the partners and the students are discussed. The study confirms that collaboration is effective in improving research and writing skills. D.I.     

论知识经济与高校创新型外语人才的培养

80年代末以前提出的具有"听说读写译"基本技能的工具型外语人才以及80年代末提出的既懂外语又懂某一专业知识的"复合型外语人才"已不能满足一些岗位的更高要求。知识经济时代需要有一批更为尖端的外语专业人才,即创新型人才,他们能在国际交流中独当一面,能够创新性地开展工作。本文首先指出知识经济环境下我国大学教育面临的普遍问题,在此基础上提出培养创新型外语人才的必要性,并对其培养模式作出有益的探讨。
