以模糊评判为基础的大学生素质BP神经网络模型

文章建立了大学生综合素质评价的指标体系，并利用模糊数学多级综合评价的原理，对大学生的综合素质进行模糊评判。同时，利用评判结果建立了误差反传的BP神经网络模型，并在该模型中引入非模糊评判的教师对，该模型克服了模糊评判时权重的不可改变性，实现了素质评价指标和大学生综合素质的非线性映射。计算结果表明：该神经网络模型具有一定的合理性和实用性。     

论高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设

高等职业教育与普通高等教育的专业建设有着很大的区别,高职教育的专业不是普通高等教育意义上的“学科专业,”而主要是“技术专业;”因此,高职院校推行职业资格证书制度也就显得尤为重要。就高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设的意义、发展现状及发展方向,结合国外职业资格制度发展经验,我国高职院校的职业资格证书制度建设势在必行。     

The Effect Teaching Experience Has on Perceived Effectiveness of Interactive Television as a Distance Education Model for Elementary School Science Teacher’s Professional Development: Another Digital Divide?

The first year of a 5 year professional development project for elementary teachers in two mid-western states integrated a bridge of two distinctly different distance education networks (T-1 and fiber optics) to provide science professional development for elementary school teachers in rural communities. Interactive television (ITV), the title given to the distance component, consisted of a series of twenty-four, 2 h presentations by scientists and content specialists. It provided expansion to the science pedagogical content knowledge of the elementary teachers involved. Eighty-five teachers in 38 school districts from the two states completed individual surveys following the final ITV session. Analysis of variance of participants post-session survey scores yielded differences (p < 0.05) on the subscales measuring perceived effectiveness of using distance education for professional development purposes and years of teaching experience. Teachers with over 20 years of classroom experience perceived the use of distance education technologies for science professional development to be more effective than teachers with 16–20 years of classroom experience. These results might suggest another digital divide.     

Science and Mathematics Mentees and Mentors: Who Benefits the Most?

The purpose of our study was to determine the extent to which differences in a mentor model for science and mathematics teachers accounted for variances in mentoring effectiveness and persistence rates of teachers. School district designee, mentor, and teacher perceptions of mentoring support were collected through the use of interviews and surveys and analyzed using the grounded theory approach and open coding. Findings revealed that teachers and mentors recommended that future mentor models provide strong support and more face-to-face meetings. The most common change mentors made was that they incorporated new strategies into their teaching. Findings offer insight for structuring mentor models to increase effectiveness and persistence of teachers and build the capacity of mentors.     

农林院校园林专业“色彩”课程教学改革方法与模式探索

“色彩”课程是园林专业教学中一门重要的专业基础课程。本文对课程教学中的内容设置、教学方法、教材选用、学生生源的现状进行了分析;从调整完善教学大纲、创新教学模式、细化考核方式、完善临本资料库建设等几个方面对教学模式的改革提出具体的改进措施,从而探讨新的教学途径。     

职业道德教育的中外比较研究及启示

本文从职业道德的含义和职业道德的指导思想、教学形式、课堂内容等方面对中外职业道德教育进行了比较研究,并以案例的形式强调了中外职业道德教育内容的差异。通过比较研究,提出当前我国职业道德教育亟待解决两个问题:选择恰当的方式对学生进行职业道德灌输,培养学生的职业道德价值观和职业道德推理能力。     

Can a systematic assessment moderation process assure the quality and integrity of assessment practice while supporting the professional development of casual academics?

There has been a threefold increase in the employment of casual academics in Australian universities within the last 20 years, to the extent that most teaching and marking is now undertaken by casual academics, also known as sessional staff. Yet, casualised teaching and assessment has been considered a risk to student engagement and success, and casual academics report a lack of professional development and increased feelings of marginalisation within the academy. Concurrently, the quality assurance of teaching and assessment in higher education has become a central focus of the government-funded regulatory organisation, the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). Situated within this context, we report on an assessment moderation process that could support casual academics’ contextualised professional development, generate a sense of connectedness and collegiality and fulfil the requirements of TEQSA. Such processes may ensure that workforce growth in the higher education system supports a robust quality assurance and regulatory framework.

教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,且因职业特殊性其消极影响更为突出。教师职业倦怠可分为职前教育、引导、能力建立、热心和成长、生涯挫折、稳定和停滞、生涯低落和生涯退出八个阶段。     

高职专业会计课岗位实务操作教学的尝试

为培养高等技术应用性人才,笔者在专业会计课的教学中作过以下几点尝试:按会计岗位编写讲义;采用实物法教学;开设实训课,进行综合模拟训练,注重提高学生对会计各岗位工作的适应能力,使我们培养的学生既懂理论又能操作,既有专业知识又有良好的职业道德修养与法制观念,具有一定的会计从业能力。     

医学生职业伦理中“一对一”导师与班主任制相结合培养模式的思考

“一对一”导师制与班主任制相结合的培养模式是一种具有实践意义的教育教学改革方法,对医学生的理论知识培养与个人医德素质指导具有相当大的意义,是回归传统“学堂制”与“师徒制”的有益结合。某校在四、五年级的儿科专业学生中实施“一对一”临床导师制与班主任制相结合的培养模式,四年来取得了良好的实践效果。
