海南乡村旅游发展阶段划分标准研究--基于利益相关者理论和旅游地生命周期理论

海南乡村旅游在取得可喜成绩的同时,面临着不同发展阶段中不同利益相关者的利益冲突得不到解决等挑战。如何在考虑各利益主体的基础上,确定海南乡村旅游发展阶段的划分标准是需要研究的问题。结合利益相关者理论和旅游地生命周期理论,根据社区居民、当地政府、旅游者和旅游企业之间的主要利益冲突,界定了海南乡村旅游要经历参与阶段、发展阶段、巩固阶段和停滞阶段。最后提出解决海南乡村旅游不同阶段不同利益冲突的措施,为其可持续发展提供理论指导。     

用指数评定体育成绩的实验与实践

文章通过较大规模的体育教学实验和实践,对体育教材中用时间、距离等可测量的项目选择三项进行实验,分析不同等级学生通过体育课及课外锻炼的实践后,进步的幅度和稳定区间,探求了依据学生原有水平基础上在各项目的可提高范围,在体育考核评价评定单一的评分标准基础上,科学地对学生个体成绩进行进一步评定,使体育教师能选择最佳教学手段,设法使学生达到力所能及的顶点,以期实现教学最优化。     

山西省民办小学贯彻《学生体质健康标准》测试工作的现状与对策研究

民办小学必须以提高小学生身体素质为根本出发点,只有加强小学生的身体素质教育,使小学生身体素质能够达到《学生体质健康标准》这一根本要求,才能使民办小学得到更长远的发展。因此对山西省民办小学贯彻《学生体质健康标准》测试工作的现状分析与对策研究,不但有助贯彻和落实《学生体质健康标准》测试工作,而且为山西省今后民办小学体育工作和贯彻《学生体质健康标准》测试工作提供制定政策的依据和数据支持。     

基于区块链技术的产品标准链架构研究

针对产业链转型升级过程中存在的标准信息不匹配、传递效率低下和监管不到位等问题,构建基于区块链技术的产品标准链,设计以标准链为主链、企业链为侧链的主侧链双链系统。该系统采用信誉积分的委托权益证明（DPOS）共识机制,并引入中心化监管机制的逻辑架构。基于区块链技术的标准链体系可以弱化产品标准的信息不对称程度,实现企业间标准信息的高效传递、匹配和共享,为科技赋能产业升级提供理论与实践参考。     

The dynamic control ratio at the equilibrium point (DCRe): introducing relative and absolute reliability scores

Analytical methods to assess thigh muscle balance need to provide reliable data to allow meaningful interpretation. However, reproducibility of the dynamic control ratio at the equilibrium point has not been evaluated yet. Therefore, the aim of this study was to compare relative and absolute reliability indices of its angle and moment values with conventional and functional hamstring–quadriceps ratios. Furthermore, effects of familiarisation and angular velocity on reproducibility were analysed. A number of 33 male volunteers participated in 3 identical test sessions. Peak moments (PMs) were determined unilaterally during maximum concentric and eccentric knee flexion (prone) and extension (supine position) at 0.53, 1.57 and 2.62 rad · s^–1. A repeated measure, ANOVA, confirmed systematic bias. Intra-class correlation coefficients and standard errors of measurement indicated relative and absolute reliability. Correlation coefficients were averaged over respective factors and tested for significant differences. All balance scores showed comparable low-to-moderate relative (<0.8–0.9) and good absolute reliability (<10%). Relative reproducibility of dynamic control equilibrium parameters augmented with increasing angular velocity, but not with familiarisation. At 2.62 rad · s^–1, high (moment: 0.906) to moderate (angle: 0.833) relative reliability scores with accordingly high absolute indices (4.9% and 6.4%) became apparent. Thus, the dynamic control equilibrium is an equivalent method for the reliable assessment of thigh muscle balance.     

VTS模拟器情景对话智能评估系统

为实现VTS值班人员适任能力培训和评估的自动化、智能化,确保评估结果客观、公正和合理,构建VTS模拟器情景对话的智能评估系统。该系统通过建立标准航海通信用语语料库提高在线语音识别系统的精确性。引入基于语法规则的匹配分析模型对由语音识别系统得到的文本字符串进行匹配分析。详细介绍基于加权的实操评估准则制定方法。该系统利用智能技术能实现部分VTS情景对话的自动化评估,减轻评估人员的负担,且能避免人工评估的主观性和不公平性。     

The Choice of Response Probability in Bookmark Standard Setting: An Experimental Study

Evidence of the internal consistency of standard-setting judgments is a critical part of the validity argument for tests used to make classification decisions. The bookmark standard-setting procedure is a popular approach to establishing performance standards, but there is relatively little research that reflects on the internal consistency of the resulting judgments. This article presents the results of an experiment in which content experts were randomly assigned to one of two response probability conditions: .67 and .80. If the standard-setting judgments collected with the bookmark procedure are internally consistent, both conditions should produce highly similar cut scores. The results showed substantially different cut scores for the two conditions; this calls into question whether content experts can produce the type of internally consistent judgments that are required using the bookmark procedure.     

A Critical Look into the Beuk Standard-Setting Method

One commonly used compromise standard-setting method is the Beuk (1984) method. A key assumption of the Beuk method is that the emphasis given to the pass rate and the percent correct ratings should be proportional to the extent that the panelists agree on their ratings. However, whether the slope of Beuk line reflects the emphasis that panelists believe should be assigned to the pass rate and the percentage correct ratings has not be fully tested. In this article, I evaluate this critical assumption of the Beuk method by asking panelists to assign importance weights to their percentage correct and pass rate judgments. I show that in several cases that the emphasis suggested by the Beuk slope is noticeably different from what one would expect and is inconsistent with importance weight ratings. I also suggest two ways that the importance weights can be used to calculate alternate cut scores, and I show that one of the ways of calculating cut scores using the importance weights leads to larger potential differences in cut score estimates. I suggest that practitioners should consider collecting importance weights when the Beuk method is used for determining cut scores.     

高校创办高水平篮球俱乐部的可行性研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈等方法,对我国高校高水平篮球队的发展现状、内外部环境及其影响因素进行分析。认为在我国高校创办高水平篮球俱乐部,符合国际潮流与高校竞技体育发展趋势,有利于高校体育的市场化,对高校篮球运动的发展和水平的提高有促进作用。从对目前高校内、外因素的分析结果来看,在高校创办高水平篮球俱乐部是可行的。     

论我国体育社会化与产业化的和谐发展

党的十六届六中全会,做出了构建和谐社会的战略部署。2008年的奥运会,又为我国体育提供了新的发展机遇。因此,应抓住时机,通过制定"两化"指标体系来定位新的体育发展目标与体系。既应从和谐社会对体育的要求,服务于小康社会体育任务,国际体育经验,我国体育的现状及发展策略,来确定方向性和内容性的指标体系。这样,就勾划出了我国体育事业发展的路线图,利于调动社会力量参与体育运行,会促进我国体育社会化和产业化的和谐发展。
