Gone viral: Content characteristics and relative quality of highly shared school psychology‐related content on Pinterest

Educational professionals, including school psychologists, are utilizing extant social media platforms to gather ideas, strategies, and resources to serve students with a variety of needs. The concern about the quality of resources remains a consistent reservation by proponents of adherence to best practices and evidence‐based programs. The present study examined a sample (n = 444) of the most highly shared pins in a random sample of content from followers of the National Association of School Psychologists Pinterest account. The research team conducted content‐coding for tool type, content type, the original source of the materials, and functionality and user‐friendliness. Results indicated that there was a high representation of social‐emotional, autism‐related, and intervention‐related material. Allied professionals (such as teachers) disseminated much of the content that was highly shared. Inferential analysis revealed that there were differential patterns of utility, functionality and content types across various original sources from the internet.     

Kinesiology’s Tower of Babel: Advancing the Field with Consistent Nomenclature

The knowledge base of kinesiology can be compared to the construction of a fragmented, diffuse tower. Much of the lack of identity and progress of kinesiology as the leader in the study of human physical activity may result from inconsistent nomenclature. Several examples of improper and inconsistent use of kinesiology nomenclature are noted and three solutions are proposed. A call to action for kinesiology organizations, editorial boards of kinesiology journals, and individual scholars on standardizing kinesiology terminology is presented to advance kinesiology knowledge and recognition of the field, and to support integrated, interdisciplinary scholarship.

不安抗辩权是双务有偿合同中先履行义务一方当事人所享有的一项自我补救权利,它在许多大陆法国家的民法或债务法中均有体现.我国新<合同法>首次以法律的形式确定了不安抗辩权制度及其适用条件,使它与同时履行抗辩权和先履行抗辩权一同构成合同履行抗辩权,完善了我国的合同履行制度.先履行一方行使不安抗辩权,可以中止合同履行或解除合同.但行使不安抗辩权,需要切实注意其法律特征和适用条件.     

客观真实是诉讼证明的终极目标——诉讼证明标准之理性分析

以马克思主义哲学为指导,科学地界定什么是客观真实,指出诉讼证明标准——客观真实。客观真实是指:主观上裁判者依法据以裁判的、形式上符合法律要求的、客观上与案件有关的并能再现案件的客观存在的事实,分析了客观真实在神示证据制度、自由心证制度和法定证据制度中,始终是诉讼证明追求的基本理念和终极目标,并在现实三种证明模式之批判基础上,认为我国的诉讼证明追求的理念和目标应是客观真实。     

光敏感核不育水稻花粉败育过程中花药的差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究

本文以湖北光敏核不育水稻(Hubei Photoperiod Sensitive Genio Male—Sterile Rice i·e·HPGMR)农垦58A和常规品种农垦58为材料,在人工控制的长,短日照条件下,用DuPont9900型差示扫描量热计测取了不同发育时期花药的DSC谱。结果表明:可育花药的DSC谱上的低温吸热峰面积随发育呈现周期性变化;不育花药在单核中期以前与可育花药差别不大,而在单核中期以后的DSC谱上的低温吸热峰面积明显小于可育花药,且不呈现周期性变化,而逐渐减小到接近对零。
