生命关怀：赋予小学生人格养成生长的力量——生命关怀下小学生人格养成教育的整体建构研究

开展扎实有效的人格养成教育的序列研究,是江阴市晨光实验小学从＂八五＂到＂十二五＂课题实施的轨迹。文章在简要解读课题的内涵,回顾近20年的研究历程,以及探寻课题研究价值的基础上,从生活指导、社团活动、课堂教学三个维度对操作实施进行了具体的阐释,旨在促进学生形成积极的人生态度,培养健康的审美情趣,养成自主的学习能力。     

Increasing engagement of students with learning disabilities in mathematical problem‐solving and discussion

Engagement in problem‐solving and mathematical discussion is critical for learning mathematics. This research review describes a gap in the literature surrounding engagement of students with Learning Disabilities in standards‐based mathematical classrooms. Taking a sociocultural view of engagement as participation in mathematical practices, this review found that students with LD were supported towards equal engagement in standards‐based mathematics through multi‐modal curriculum, consistent routines for problem‐solving, and teachers trained in Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching. Using this small set of studies (7), we identify the need to deepen the engagement of students with LD in mathematical problem‐solving and discussion. This review concludes with implications for teaching and learning.     

Exposing the culture of silence: Inhibiting factors in the prevention,treatment, and mitigation of sexual abuse in the Eastern Caribbean

This article features a study that explored the presence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), including childhood sexual abuse and neglect, among women associated with Partnership for Peace (PfP), the first and only culturally adapted domestic violence diversion program for men in the Eastern Caribbean. Within a multiyear evaluative study that assessed the impact of the PfP intervention in reducing domestic violence in Grenada in the West Indies, life-history interviews were collected from a subsample of women (N = 9) associated with men enrolled in the PfP program between 2009 and 2011. We found that the exposure to sexual abuse and neglect during childhood was evident in the histories of the women. Most perpetrators were trusted family or community members who suffered from a common set of behavioral patterns, most prominently alcohol use. Our findings reflect an evidence-based connection, as one causative factor, of a culture of silence that is related to child sexual abuse and its management. The apparent lasting effects of these traumatic childhood exposures reflect cycles of abuse in the life histories collected during the domestic violence evaluation study. Our study identified three key structural deficiencies (insufficient research, ineffective policy, and lack of public-health interventions) and one embedded cultural norm (the culture of silence) that together “inhibit current attempts to address ACEs as a means of curbing domestic violence in the Caribbean.”     

Community sport and social inclusion: international perspectives

Abstract

This opening article examines the relationship between community sport and social inclusion in research and practice. We discuss the notion of community sport, its multifarious meanings and diverse applications in different parts of the world. We further explore the conceptual and practical links between community sport and different conceptions of social inclusion. In doing so, the article draws together key themes, issues and debates addressed in the collection of articles in this special issue. We conclude by formulating implications and directions for future research and practice.     

Externalizing behaviors of Ukrainian children: The role of parenting

The purpose of this study was to assess the association of positive and negative parenting with child externalizing problems. Quantitative data were collected during face-to-face interviews with 320 parents of children 9–16 years of age (50% males) in 11 communities in Eastern, Southern, and Central Ukraine. The study estimated the relationship between parenting practices and child externalizing behaviors such as aggression, delinquency, and attention problems. Results revealed that positive parenting, child monitoring, and avoidance of corporal punishment were associated with fewer child externalizing symptoms. Results also indicated that child male gender and single parenting had significant and positive association with child externalizing behaviors. This study extends international psychosocial knowledge on children and families. These findings can be used to design programs and foster dialogs about the role of family and social environments in the development of externalizing disorder among researchers, representatives of governmental and nongovernmental organizations, and mass media that work with child abuse prevention in Ukraine.     

大学语文课中的性别意识教育——以小说《伤逝》的教学为例

性别意识作为人文精神的一个重要因素，直接影响到大学生的自我角色定位．并关涉其恋爱观、人生观和价值观等多个方面。当代大学生受传统观念的影响，在性别意识问题上存在误区。大学语文课作为高校人文素质教育的基础课程，应改变传统无性别教育状态，从多个角度切人性别意识教育。以《伤逝》的教学为例，通过探讨小说中的性别文化内涵及其对大学生性别意识教育的启示．说明大学语文课渗透性别意识教育的可行性和必要性。     

保送生制度的变迁与改革

保送生制度自执行之日起,每年都为高校输送了拔尖人才,但因其中介入的人为因素较多,也饱受舆论轰击,随着高考"阳光工程"的建设,保送生制度在阳光的照耀下将再次焕发出蓬勃生机。     

“数学核心素养”导向下的考生水平分析与反思——以2018年高考(天津卷)数学(文史类)试卷为例

依据2018年高考(天津卷)数学(文史类)试卷实测数据,通过研究"一体四层四翼"高考评价体系在试卷中的体现来分析试题特色,并参照《考生水平表现标准(数学)》,对2018年天津高考文科考生数学核心素养的水平表现及反映出的教学问题进行评价和分析,提出有针对性的教学建议。     

见义勇为:亟待法律调整的社会关系

见义勇为是人类社会共同的利益需求，是必须保有和发展的一种社会关系。而今却出现道德实践滑坡，原因既有社会的、制度的，也有观念道德的。解决的办法是使见义勇为道德法律化，即，对作为行为给予切实可行的鼓励与保护；而对不作为行为予以相应的惩罚。
