小学生社会智力结构的研究

本研究的目的是采用访谈法、问卷法、社会测量法与投射法探讨小学生社会智力的结构。结果表明：小学生社会智力结构包括社会洞察力、社会焦虑、移情、人际交往能力、人际问题解决能力。     

也谈汉语的基本结构单位--评徐通锵先生的字本位理论

“字本位”理论对汉语研究虽有非常有益的启示作用,但它的立论依据和推导过程是否完全符合汉语实际,能否解决汉语由于基本结构单位不易确定而带来的一系列麻烦却使人产生疑问。为了区分书写单位和结构单位,最好还是用两套术语来表示。作为语素的“字”在汉语里是现成的,而“词”则是从句法结构中分析出来的,因而“字”(语素)是备用单位,而“词”是使用单位,二者为实现的关系,“字”(语素)进入一定结构里才可以看出它能否成词,在不同结构中有可能形成几个不同的“词”。     

Truants on truancy – a badness or a valuable indicator of unmet special educational needs?

Neil Southwell states that he was, himself, a persistent truant from school. He returned to education as a mature student via an access course and he now lectures in education studies at the University of Northampton. He is currently researching into truancy, its causes and its management and brings to his work an unusual but highly illuminating 'truantist perspective'.
In this article, Neil Southwell reviews the literature on truancy and reveals a complex and contradictory picture. Policy and practice to date have, however, tended to be united in locating responsibility for truancy with truants and their families. Drawing on his own experience and his research into the perspectives of truants, Neil Southwell makes a case for a radically different approach. He argues that truancy can be seen as a key indicator of unmet educational needs and that the issue of truancy will not be addressed effectively until policy makers, practitioners and researchers learn to listen to the voices of truants themselves.

基于云计算的网络协同商务链设计

在阐释云计算概念的基础上,阐明了网络协同商务链的含义,并对其作了分类。通过对传统方式下协同商务链运作过程中的障碍分析,提出了云计算对协同商务链所起到的促进作用。从整体与部分的关系角度提出了基于云计算的网络协同商务链的设计原理。在设计原理和设计思路的基础上,提出了基于云计算的网络协同商务链的总体结构设计和详细的五层资源结构设计。     

基层群众体育运行中的社会精英:一个乡镇门球协会精英群体的个案考察

在基层,社会精英是群众体育发展的重要推动力量.以湖南省一个乡镇门球协会的社会精英群体为研究对象,考察了社会精英分子的个体特征,分析了他们动员群众参与体育的行动逻辑,探讨了他们为获取合法地位、筹集体育资源所采取的行动策略.研究发现,社会精英的存在与行动对于基层群众体育的运行态势具有较强的影响作用.一个良性运行的体育组织除了应发挥既有社会精英的积极作用外,还应将更多的社会精英分子吸纳加入体育组织,使他们成为体育组织的骨干,以不断优化体育组织的精英结构.     

Sorting on GPUs for large scale datasets: A thorough comparison

Although sort has been extensively studied in many research works, it still remains a challenge in particular if we consider the implications of novel processor technologies such as manycores (i.e. GPUs, Cell/BE, multicore, etc.). In this paper, we compare different algorithms for sorting integers on stream multiprocessors and we discuss their viability on large datasets (such as those managed by search engines). In order to fully exploit the potentiality of the underlying architecture, we designed an optimized version of sorting network in the K-model, a novel computational model designed to consider all the important features of many-core architectures. According to K-model, our bitonic sorting network mapping improves the three main aspects of many-core architectures, i.e. the processors exploitation, and the on-chip/off-chip memory bandwidth utilization. Furthermore we are able to attain a space complexity of Θ(1). We experimentally compare our solution with state-of-the-art ones (namely, Quicksort and Radixsort) on GPUs. We also compute the complexity in the K-model for such algorithms. The conducted evaluation highlight that our bitonic sorting network is faster than Quicksort and slightly slower than radix, yet being an in-place solution it consumes less memory than both algorithms.

为适应《体育与健康》课程改革,将“领会教学法”引入初中排球教学,并按“大单元”设计教学过程．进行了教学实验研究,结果表明：“领会教学法”符合现代排球运动的内在要求和技能学习规律,在学生技术掌握、比赛能力、认知能力以及自信心提高等方面收到良好效果;在培养学生学习兴趣,激发学习主动性方面也起到了积极的作用。     

谈“小老师”角色在中大班班级管理中的作用

努力提高幼儿的生活自理能力和社会适应能力是幼儿园的重要教养任务之一。根据陶行知"生活即教育"理念,在幼儿园中大班班级管理中,充分利用"小老师"角色的作用,不仅能锻炼幼儿的管理能力,强化幼儿的自律意识,发挥幼儿的个性特长,而且能有效提高班级的管理效率。
