关于进一步加强学校固定资产管理的几点思考

分析了学校固定资产管理的特点和目前普遍存在的财务账与实物不符的现象,提出应从管理体制和管理制度入手,建立财务部门主导的学校固定资产管理体制;设立专门化的机构与民主管理相结合;建立资产定期清查盘点制度;固定资产管理责任到人;使用信息化的管理手段;建立规范化的管理流程,在验收和处置环节以入库验收单和处置单为纽带,使资产的增加与减少做到财务与实物记账同步,以保证账账相符、账物相符。     

Disability and Popular Common Sense in India: Noun versus Adjective

Reflecting through the Indian experiences, a brief attempt is made to explore how disability as a noun takes shape in popular common sense “call names” (adjectives) and how does the popular common sense legitimise and normalise the oppressive language and the oppressed reality of the persons with disabilities? In the Indian context, the contempt for persons with disabilities is writ large in the language used to address them. However, to be conscious of this contempt, one needs to be conscious of the hegemonic nature of the popular common sense which normalises an oppressive reality as a natural social reality. The discussion on disability and popular common sense in India through the framework of “noun vs. adjective” might be helpful in gauging the challenges to the disability rights movement and the socio-cultural specificities to be reckon with for any meaningful intervention in the field of disability.     

Effects of single‐case reading interventions for students with and at‐risk of emotional and behavioral disorders in grades K–12: A quantitative synthesis

This study examined the effects of reading interventions from single‐case design studies for students with and at‐risk of emotional and behavioral disorders in grades K–12 using a quantitative synthesis. Seventeen studies met the selection criteria of having one more dependent variables meeting what works clearinghouse (WWC) design standards with or without reservations. Although students’ reading performance significantly improved from baseline to intervention phases (p < 0.001), the overall weighted average effect size was weak (Tau‐U = 0.58, 95% confidence interval = [0.54, 0.63]; d = 0.29); smaller effects were found on reading comprehension. Interventions were less effective for students in secondary grades, students with a comorbid disability, and students in substantially separate settings. While no studies meeting the selection criteria were conducted in inclusive settings, the teacher provided interventions were more effective than those provided by researchers suggesting the importance of the student–teacher relationship for reading instruction. Study limitations, areas for future research, and implications for school practices are discussed.

将农杆菌Ti质粒携带的外源基因转入水稻细胞

未经特殊处理的农杆菌C58C1Rif~r菌株,与籼稻悬浮培养细胞共培养时,很少见有细菌的附着,也观察不到纤维丝的形成。但经复合酚类化合物预处理的菌株,与籼稻培养细胞在普通培养液,特别是在复合诱导培养液(培养过的番茄下胚轴切段、胡萝卜细胞及农杆菌的培养滤液)中共培养时,均可发现有较多的细菌附着于水稻细胞表面,并且菌体周围有纤维丝的形成。在复合处理组中,位于pGV3850:1103neo嵌合质粒T-DNA上的NPTⅡ基因及NOS基因在籼稻培养细胞中获得了转移与表达。

对我国随班就读发展现状评价的问卷调查报告

本调查对我国随班就读的发展现状进行了评价。结果表明 :中国随班就读工作是成功的 ,其成就包括 :保障体系有力 ;班级氛围较好 ;特殊儿童交往能力发展较好 ;教师具有奉献精神 ,能够制定个别教育计划 ;随班就读对特殊儿童有利 ;检测和评价较好。但在教育行政部门管理、教育资源、学校氛围、特殊儿童生活与自律能力、教师接受专业培训、学校与家长合作等方面存在许多问题。     

丽水廊桥的保护与开发

丽水的廊桥目前还鲜为人知,需要各方面的保护和关注。通过对丽水廊桥的历史、现状、旅游资源开发以及在当前保护与开发中所存在问题的讨论,呼吁社会各界更加关注廊桥这一历史文化遗产。
