数学史专题选讲的教学思考

高中数学史专题选讲是高中数学课程改革的一个重要内容,文章从数学史的教学意义与史学意义,内容选择的原则、教学策略、教学评价四个方面进行了理论与实践的探讨。     

数理统计学原理在储粮损失评估中的运用

运用数理统计学原理进行储粮损失评估，可以使粮食损失状况得到较为科学的量化，反映出粮食损失的真实情况，为粮食经济的发展提供科学的依据。     

Perception of teaching competencies by administrators,faculty and students of Indian agricultural universities: an assessment of faculty training needs

Purpose: The study aims at finding out relevance and knowledge levels of selected teaching competencies as perceived by educational administrators, faculty and students, in order to assess the training needs of faculty of agricultural universities.

Methodology: Relevance and knowledge levels were tested through a teaching competency questionnaire developed and run on 292 respondents fitting into administrator, faculty and student groups. Needs Assessment Model by Borich [1980. “A Needs Assessment Model for Conducting Follow-up Studies.” Journal of Teacher Education 31 (3): 39–42] is used to identify training needs.

Findings: Results indicate differences in perceptions among groups towards teaching competencies. Prioritized training needs were identified which provide the content and direction for the development of faculty in-service educational programmes.

Practical implications: Faculty of agricultural universities need periodic in-service training programmes in order to improve their teaching competencies so that they become effective and competent teachers in the present educational environment.

Theoretical implications: The statistically validated methodological framework provides for capturing the perception of all stakeholders on the teaching competencies among the faculty members of Agricultural Universities in India, and offers a scope for scaling up the study for similar educational setting in the region.

Originality/value: The perception of students and administrators was also considered along with the self-perception of faculty about the relevance and knowledge levels of teaching competencies.

How does learning happen for people participating in adventure training?

Adventure training has become fashionable over the past few years in Hong Kong. Current Education Reform suggests learning should not be confined to the classroom, and adventure training is viewed as an alternative method to institutional routines for personal and group development. This paper reported a longitudinal study investigating how learning happened for four church members (out of twenty-five participants) purposively selected in an adventure team-building camp. Both quantitative and qualitative instruments were used. Results shed light on: (1) how the constructs of self-efficacy and organizational commitment helped to conceptualize what people meant by a team; (2) how qualitative findings revealed evidence of learning of the four members which could not be observed by quantitative findings; and (3) how participants experienced and learnt from adventure training.

Factors associated with students’ attitude change in online peer assessment – a mixed methods study in a graduate-level course

Abstract

Positive student attitude towards peer assessment can be demonstrated through high-quality peer assessment activities. Research findings on students’ attitudes before and after such activities were mixed. This study was conducted using a mixed-methods approach to investigate the underlying factors influencing students’ attitude change. Participants were students enrolled in an online graduate-level assessment course in the college of education in a university in the southeast United States in the fall of 2017 (N?=?31). Surveys and interviews were used to collect quantitative and qualitative data separately, both of which indicated that perceived accurate and specific feedback tended to help students shift to more positive attitudes towards online peer assessment. In addition, final task score improvement after the activity was correlated with positive attitude change. Qualitative results also identified other factors, such as communication with the peers’ work and logistic concerns. The current study offers insights for researchers and instructors to promote positive attitude changes in online peer assessment activities.

我国能源安全性分析（六）——能源安全评判及对策

文章从能源结构、能源布局、能源战略、能源人才、能源生态环境五个方面分析了我国能源安全的现状，运用层次分析法对五个影响因素进行了评判；运用关联分析法对能源生产、能源消费、能源开采、能源人才分布、能源储备、能源技术发展、能源人才培养以及能源环境情况进行了排序。结果表明，能源战略与能源安全的关联性最强。据此，提出了相关对策建议，为构建我国能源安全体系提供了理论依据。     

从教学水平评估到教育质量认证——大众化时期高等教育评估的转型

高等教育评估是高等教育质量保证与质量控制的重要手段，对高等教育质量观及其内涵的理解将直接影响高等教育评估制度的构建。我国高等教育大众化在扩大规模的同时．提出新的质量保证与评估问题，为建立适应大众化要求的高等教育评估制度，应确立“顾客满意”的质量观，分析其特定内涵，建立以教育质量认证为核心的高等教育评估制度。
