指出快速旋转的新生中子星内部存在着从正常强子物质到夸克胶子等离子体的相变过程,而γ射线暴所释放的巨大能量可能正是这种相变过程的结果。在新诞生的中子星通过偶极电磁辐射和四极引力辐射损失能量而减速时,其中心密度增加,并可能达到QCD的相变密度(原子核密度的5~10倍)。这种相变所释放出的能量可以解释γ射线暴的强大能量暴发及其聚束效应。γ射线暴位置附近相当致密的气体环境和在其X射线余辉中金属发射线的观测是对这种观点的支持。我们还给出了一些预言。  相似文献

It has been noted by staff at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Stellenbosch University that medical students neglect the study of surface anatomy during dissection. This study reports on the novel use of Lodox® Statscan® images in anatomical education, particularly the teaching of surface anatomy. Full body digital X‐ray images (Lodox Statscan) of each cadaver (n = 40) were provided to second year medical students. During dissection students were asked to visualize landmarks, organs, and structures on the digital X‐ray and their cadaver, as well as palpate these landmarks and structures on themselves, their colleagues, and the cadaver. To stimulate student engagement with surface anatomy, dissection groups were required to draw both the normal and actual position of organs on a laminated image provided. The accuracy of the drawings was subsequently assessed and students were further assessed by means of practical identification tests. In addition, students were asked to complete an anonymous questionnaire. A response rate of 79% was obtained for the student questionnaire. From the questionnaire it was gathered that students found the digital X‐ray images beneficial for viewing most systems' organs, except for the pelvic organs. Although it appears that students still struggle with the study of surface anatomy, most students believed that the digital X‐rays were beneficial to their studies and supported their continued use in the future. 应用定量 X射线微区分析技术结合细胞化学技术 ,分析测定用单纯冷冻法保存离体猫肾脏过程中肾脏细胞的胞浆、线粒体、内质网、细胞核等细胞器内的 Ca2 浓度变化 ,并探索钙通道阻滞剂对这种变化的影响 .保存 36h及 72 h后 ,线粒体与胞浆中 Ca的峰背比极显著地提高 ,内质网、细胞核中 Ca颗粒减少 .添加 Verapamil后 ,保存过程中细胞器内 Ca2 无显著变化 .线粒体中的Ca峰背比与胞浆中的呈强的正相关 ,r=0 .990 .实验结果揭示 :保存过程中 ,Ca2 由 Ca库 (内质网等 )进入胞浆中 ,线粒体在胞浆 Ca2 浓度高时摄取 Ca2 ,而钙通道阻滞剂可抑制该过程  相似文献

研究了高分辨率掌纹图像的分割方法问题,将均值、标准差作为标准,实现了由纹线组成的掌纹图像的前景分割。对于手指部分的干扰,将其分为孤立的手指部分和与手掌相连的手指部分分别进行处理,利用区域生长法提取最大连通域达到去除孤立手指部分的目的;利用轮廓跟踪法比较CD、PD距离,定位与手掌相连的手指部分的位置,从而实现将其去除的目标。实验结果表明,该方法很好地实现了高分辨率掌纹图像的分割,为后续的特征提取工作奠定了基础。  相似文献

Previous research has verified the benefits obtained when learners trace out worked examples with the index finger. Our study conducted two experiments to explore the reasons for this phenomenon and its generalizability. Experiment 1 compared the learning effects among tracing, non-tracing, and cueing methods. The cueing method was included to isolate the variable of drawing attention. Students employing the tracing method obtained higher transfer test scores compared to those employing the cueing and non-tracing methods, rating the far transfer test as easier. The tracing effect was verified to have a greater impact on learning than solely focusing learners’ attention. Experiment 2 compared the learning effects among three methods – tracing with the index finger, tracing with a computer mouse, and observing others tracing. Students who merely observed tracing obtained lower far transfer scores than those who traced either with their finger or with the mouse, rating the tests as more difficult. There was no significant difference between the other two groups. Tracing promotes learning more than merely observing tracing. The learning benefits of tracing partly stem from the fact that it is action-based and can be generalized to mouse tracing.  相似文献
