紫外线对黑曲霉生长及某些生理活性的影响

以不同时间的紫外线照射处理后培养观察黑曲霉的生长情况、孢子形态、胞内蛋白质含量以及酶的活性变化。结果表明：紫外线照射后各处理组在长势,孢子形态,胞内蛋白质含量和酶活性方面都发生了不同程度的变化,其中10min处理组的菌株长势更好,孢子更大,胞内蛋白质含量更高,酶活性更强。     

钙基蒙脱石的NaCl改性可行性研究

采用氯化钠作为钙基蒙脱石的改性剂,实验结果表明：原料钙基蒙脱石的d001为1.5472 nm,加入4%的氯化钠溶液进行改性之后,d001转变为1.4299 nm;加入6%、8%的氯化钠溶液之后,其d001分别为1.4299nm、1.4826 nm。当氯化钠溶液的浓度升高到10%、15%,产品的d001为1.2578 nm、1.2791 nm,钠-钙离子达到了完全的交换。氯化钠改性剂的最佳加入量为10%,该种改性剂相对于传统的碱性改性剂具有一定的成本优势,有助于该产品在各个行业的进一步推广与应用。

运用电视、录像、临场观察和数理统计等方法,对国家女子网球队奥运备战运动员主要比赛过程进行跟踪监测,研究分析我国女子网球运动员技战术水平和实力现状,正确定位我国女子网球整体水平,并从众多的统计数据中揭示网球项目比赛规律。     

对影响射击成绩的技术参数的应用性研究

射击需要运动员有较好的动作稳定性、平衡协调能力及良好的完成精细动作的能力,本实验采用俄罗斯Win Scatt射击仪研究利用射击测试仪准确的反映运动员在瞄准、扣动扳机过程中的技术特点,通过测定运动员瞄准精度、瞄准稳定性、击发动作稳定性、移动轨迹等指标,来分析运动员的技术特点及与射击成绩的相关性,为科学训练提供参考依据.     

钙镁电气石检测特征探析

在宝石检测中发现，钙镁电气石呈黄绿色，与祖母绿相似。利用折射仪、红外光谱仪等手段测试确定为电气石。采用X射线衍射和电子探针分析（Cr2O含量仅0．08％），结果定名为钙镁电气石。它的主要鉴定特征与不同变种的电气石近似，与其它相似宝石的特性特征区别明显。

分析眼球活动的序列图像处理系统

由ＣＣＤ摄像装置、视频信号采集卡和个人计算机构成的眼球活动分析系统能实时地跟踪、分析病人眼睛凝视点的变化规律．本系统应用图像分割和快速边缘检测技术精确测定眼睛注视位置,根据预定准则分析凝视点的空间和时间分布,为精神病临床检查和医学研究提供了重要依据．文中给出了一个凝视点分析实例

Two of a Kind: Shining New Light on Bronze Spiritelli Attributed to Donatello

ABSTRACT

Two Spiritelli attributed to Donatello have been extensively studied from a technical point of view, including X-radiography, alloy analysis, characterization of the core, and visual observations on the interior and exterior of the statues. The results of this technical study reveal how the two statues were cast and document the artist’s technical choices. These new insights offer additional information to address questions regarding their attribution, production context, and conservation history. First, the technical study confirmed that the statues were made by the same workshop and argues against the prior proposal of different attributions for the two figures. Second, the results strongly suggest that the statues have never been separated since they were taken off Luca Della Robbia’s Cantoria. Finally, study of the two Spiritelli offers further evidence of the heterogeneity and ingeniousness of Donatellos bronze artistic production, and contributes to the ongoing debate whether the artist himself was involved in the technical aspects of his sculpture.
