本文认为,研究按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合问题,需要端正对按劳分配和按生产要素分配的认识.在此基础上,作者对按劳分配与按生产要素分配相结合的混合分配方式的必然性、形式、对象、优越性及过渡性等问题,阐述了自己的看法.     

普通高校成人教育（脱产班）教学改革的思考

当前成人教育（脱产班）的教学质量存在着部分学生实践技能差、综合素质不高等问题，必须推进成人教育（脱产班）的教学改革，让其培养目标定位与市场需要一致，加强实践性教育环节，全面推进素质教育，确保成人教育（脱产班）的教学质量。

新时期高校保卫面临着许多新情况、新问题，保卫干部的责任比以前更加重大。为适应新形势的要求，高校保卫干部应具备下列素质：热爱保卫工作、献身教育事业，严以律己、宽厚待人，团结协作、相互支持，努力工作、勇于创造、自觉奉献的职业道德素质；扎实的科学文化知识、坚实的马列主义理论知识等良好的知识素质；良好的业务素质和身体素质。

从现实来看，资产阶级也是一个心智不断趋于成熟的阶级，他们在不触动其根本利益的前提下，采取一些适应社会发展规律的措施、纠正某些影响资本主义长远发展的做法，从而维持了资本主义的生存，延缓了资本主义的灭亡。     

The Relationship Between Career Maturity and Work Commitment in a Sample of Australian High School Students

The present study reports on a study conducted with 377 Australian students enrolled in grades 9 through 12. The Australian version of the Career Development Inventory (CDI-A; Lokan, 1984) and a work commitment measure modified for the Australian context (Rowley & Feather, 1987) were administered. Analyses were conducted with the four subscales of the CDI-A as the dependent measures, and two levels of work commitment (high/low), four levels of age (14–17) and gender (female/male) as the independent variables. Work commitment was moderately correlated with all subscales of the CDI-A. Gender differences were evident on work commitment and career maturity. A striking finding was the strong relationship between work commitment and the knowledge component of career maturity for females. Findings are discussed in the context of changing educational and labour market opportunities and the role of education programs in career maturity development.

进一步加强教学科研工作把"评估升本"推上一个新台阶

本次教学科研工作大会的主要任务是:深入学习和贯彻落实湖南省普通高校2005年教学工作会议精神,总结交流我校近两年的教学科研工作经验,研究探讨我校教学科研工作,进一步确立教学工作的中心地位和科研工作的重要地位,努力提高教学质量和提升科研品位,促进学校评估升本工作再上一个台阶。本次会议的主题报告分为三个部分:(1)上届教学科研工作大会以来的工作和成绩回顾;(2)存在的主要问题;(3)面临的形势和今后的任务。     

Teachers’ work in complex times: the ‘fast policy’ of Swedish school reform

This paper analyses recent educational reforms on teachers’ work in Sweden following the 2010 Education Act, and up to the School Commission Report released in April 2017. We draw upon key policy texts and associated documents from the Ministry of Education, and the Swedish National Agency for Education (Skolverket). We consider the background to the reforms, their relations with one another and how they have played out in the Swedish educational policy context. We argue that these reforms exhibit features of ‘fast policy’ in terms of how they have taken on an increasingly centralised and neoliberal character, and the rapid-fire way they have been directed at teachers as individuals, rather than broader schooling structures. We show how the fast policy reforms have recentralised schooling and teachers’ work—effectively de-professionalising educators.
