辨证的历史观与自然观——对马克思恩格斯自然观的解读

马克思恩格斯对自然的研究具有着不同视角：马克思从现实的人的劳动实践出发,强调人与自然物质变换的社会历史条件,是一种辨证的历史观;恩格斯则从自然发展的历史考察自然,利用自然科学的成果揭示自然界的普遍联系和辩证发展,强调自然是由近现代自然科学得以说明的统一的和发展的物质世界,是一种辨证的自然观。     

Decomposing apparent power and losses in distribution systems with nonlinear loads

The definition of reactive power for non-sinusoidal conditions is a controversial issue. The mathematical treatment of nonlinear loads in power systems is also unsettled. This paper starts with the decomposing of apparent power in,the cases of linear and nonlinear loads. When harmonics are present, apparent power is composed of active power, reactive power, and disturbed reactive power. Linear element can be defined as the element without disturbed reactive power. This definition is based on a practical engineering concept which can separate the contribution from the apparent power into utility-duty part and custom-duty part. The field investigation of home-used facilities was conducted. Also the data acquisition in the 0.4 kV distribution systems was completed. Moreover, the loss increase due to the nonlinear loads was estimated. Nonlinear loads can be a dominant effect with respect to reactive power and power factor. Field data from a number of nonlinear load types indicate that the disturbed reactive power can cause significant losses in utility supply systems.     

差信道环境下简单有效的图像传输方法

The constrained Viterbi algorithm (C-VA) makes use of some prior reliable information to reduce complexity andimprove performance of Viterbi algorithm (VA). However it can only be used in the concatenate code scheme because thedetection result of cyclic redundancy check code (CRC) is exploited to provide reliable information. In this paper, a differentway is proposed to provide reliable information for C-VA, which is possible to be used in simple codec. Known bits were addedto the set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT) coded image sequence periodically and directly. They were thought to bereliable information for C-VA in the decoder. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can obtain much bettererror resilient ability compared with conventional VA under the extremely inferior channel condition if the best desired qualityof reconstructed images can be sacrificed.
