中国人留学日本110年历史的回顾与启示

110年前的1896年,有13位中国青年受清政府的派遣东渡日本留学,成为第一批中国官派留日学生,同时也揭开了中国人留学日本历史的序幕。自此至今,中国人留学日本经历了五个时期,第一个时期是从1896-1911年,这是留日潮的兴起和第一次高潮时期。第二个时期是1912-1930年,是留日潮的发展和风波迭起的时期。第三个时期从1931-1945年,是中日战争和留日潮的曲折时期。第四个时期从1946-1976年,是留日潮的低潮和萧条时期。第五个时期从1977年到现在,是中国人留学日本的恢复和新高潮时期。中国人留学日本不仅成为中国留学史的重要组成部分,而且对中国近现代历史和中日关系的发展变化产生了重大影响。1.110年来中国留日学生曾对中国近现代历史发展进步作出了重大贡献。2.留日学生是中日友好与交流的桥梁与纽带。

马建忠对近代西方外交理念的接受与运用

对近年来国外有关自主学习的教学指导程序，如最近发展区理论、人本主义学习理论、建构主义学习理论等进行了比较与分析，并获得某些启示：有利于学生自主学习的教学指导程序是：呈现学习目标、激发学习动机、学生自主学习、自学检查、小组讨论、教师讲解、练习巩固、自我总结和评价。这些环节大部分由学生完成。而教师的作用在于，当学生剩下不能解决的问题时，有针对性地讲解，帮助学生克服困难。

Opportunities for development: the practice of supervision in early years’ provision in England

This article examines how the practice of supervision has developed within a range of early childhood education and care (ECEC) provision in a county in Central England in the United Kingdom. Supervision has been recently introduced as a mandatory requirement for ECEC in England in 2012, and there is limited research looking at the impact of this. The research aimed to examine how supervision is being implemented by ECEC providers. It employed a mixed methods research design including a questionnaire (n?=?38) and three subsequent telephone interviews, and draws out key themes on who is accessing supervision, the level of frequency, the purposes, challenges and enablers of supervision. It highlights the tendency of the managerial function of supervision including safeguarding of children to dominate, and the potential for supervision as a reflective space and as support for staff including managers and leaders to be overlooked.     

近年来中华民族精神教育研究述评

近年来,党和政府高度重视中华民族精神的弘扬和培育,社会各界就中华民族精神教育问题展开了研究和探讨。本文结合近年来学术界关于中华民族精神教育研究的实际状况,对研究中所涉及的中华民族精神教育的内涵和定位、目的和意义、内容和对象、思路和原则、途径和方法以及中外民族精神教育比较等问题进行了综述和评析,以期推动本研究的深入。     

中小学教科书研究七十年的回溯与前瞻——基于Citespace5.4软件的可视化分析

利用Citespace软件对新中国成立70年来中小学教科书研究进行可视化分析,从而对其整体研究进行宏观把握,对其历史演进脉络进行梳理,发现建国70年来中小学教科书的研究内容不断深入。在起步阶段,研究内容仅涉及内容介绍、简评与编写建议及其政治功能;在发展阶段,已经拓宽至教科书的应用、编审、经验总结及高中教科书研究等方面;在深化阶段,关注多科目、多版本及教科书选用制度的研究。进入21世纪以来,其研究方法逐渐多样化、研究视角不断增加,整体呈多样化发展的态势。但仍存在着研究科目选择偏重文史类科目,对其他科目的研究较少,研究中缺少对教师与学生两大使用主体实然性的关注,研究视角仍缺乏多样化等问题。这是该领域研究未来发展的方向。     

Contemporary perspectives of the child in action: an investigation into children’s connectedness with,and contribution to,the world around them

Childcare within Australia has undergone significant reform as a result of the implementation of the nationally mandated Belonging, Being and Becoming: The Early Years Learning Framework [EYLF] (Department for Education, Employment and Workplace Relations [DEEWR]. 2009. Belonging, Being and Becoming. The Early Years Learning Framework for Australia. Canberra: Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations). The EYLF articulates contemporary perspectives of the child through its principles, practices and learning outcomes. Educators are required to promote these principles, practices and learning outcomes with children aged from birth to 5 years. This paper reports the findings from a research project that sought to investigate how educators applied their understanding of learning outcome two of the EYLF (children are connected with and contribute to their world). The focus of this research was educators working with children aged two to three years within childcare centres operating on school sites, in metropolitan Western Australian. The research design was qualitative and situated within the interpretivist paradigm. Observations were used as the method for gathering data and these were analysed through a process of coding. This paper presents the observational findings of educators’ practices within learning outcome two. Composite vignettes from the voice of the child are included to present the observational findings. In centralising the voice of the child, contemporary perspectives are made explicit.     

“支架式”教学应重视“脚手架”的搭建

针对高职类院校的数学教学,开展“支架式”教学有着特殊的意义,它符合这类院校学生学好数学课程的要求,有利于学生完成对所学数学知识的建构。而在“支架式”教学的实践中,应充分重视相关“脚手架”的搭建。
