阐述了红外光谱的不熔不溶固体样品制备技术,并用实例介绍了其在研究工作中的应用。     

基于小波变换的纹理合成算法研究

基于样图的纹理合成基本思想是根据给定的小区域的纹理样本,拼合生成任意大小的纹理图像并且在视觉上与样本是相似而连续的。通过对基于样图的纹理合成算法进行研究,在待合成纹理块的搜索策略上,提出优先搜索前一个已合成纹理块在样图中的位置附近,快速定位下一个用于合成的纹理块。在纹理块的匹配策略中引入小波变换,结合小波变换后的小波系数和小泼变换后的低频域图像进行块的重叠区域匹配,最后使用最小路径法将待合成纹理块缝合到输出图像中。充分考虑了样图的结构信息并提高了合成速度,获得了较好的纹理合成效果。     

Detection of Catabacter hongkongensis in polluted European water samples

The Catabacteriaceae is a new bacterial family with a unique member: Catabacter hongkongensis is a strictly anaerobic, non-sporulating, Gram-positive coccobacillus that is phylogenetically related to some clostridial clusters. Little is known of its epidemiology and environmental distribution, but the inclusion of its 16S rRNA gene sequence in GenBank has allowed it to be detected qualitatively. As a first approach for prospective surveys, a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) procedure to identify C. hongkongensis has been developed. The presence of Catabacteriaceae in 29 water bodies subjected to possible human or animal impact has been investigated. Four of them were positive. The results confirm that highly polluted water can contain C. hongkongensis.     

3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮重氮氨基偶氮苯固相萃取光度法测定生物样品中镉的研究

研究了用3,5-二溴-2-吡啶偶氮重氮氨基偶氮苯(3,5-DB-PDAB)固相萃取光度法测定镉,在pH=10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,TritonX-100存在下,3,5-DB-PDAB与镉反应生成2:1稳定络合物,体系最大吸收波长为528nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.65×105L.mol-1.cm-1,样品中的镉用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱固相萃取预分离和富集后用该方法测定,结果令人满意.     

Working with Atypical Samples

Thanks to COVID-19, schools were closed and tests were canceled. The result is that we may not see test-taking data typically seen before. For some analyses, sample sizes may not meet the minimum requirement. For others, the sample of test-takers may be different from previous years. In some situation, there may be no data at all. What do we do in these and other similar situations? Several ideas are presented in this article. Directions are suggested for not only dealing with challenges like this but also preparing for them.     

构筑思维测量新体系的路径及法测

从思维链本身的结构来探索信息输入、加工、储存、输出整个过程的思维物化和量化的可能性：借助心理测量学的经典学说，对思维测量尤其是创造性思维的量化路径、量化对象、测量法则等问题进行了系统的阐述，研讨了思维测量的标准化手段和技术。本还以世界科技的发展为思维测量学的宏观背景，指出未来思维测量的突破方向，构筑新的思维测量体系。     

数字变电站采样值报文的解码与仿真

在基于IEC 61850的数字变电站的运行与维护中,采样值报文蕴含着变电站的一次设备测量所获得电压,电流等重要信息,其为工作人员了解设备运行状况,并作出相应判断及发出控制命令提供了重要的依据,是整个变电站正常运转的重要特征指标。本文在对IEC 61850-9-2报文的数据帧结构、编码的方式以及传输协议堆栈作详细分析的基础上,提出了对采样值报文解码的可行思路并在Lab Win-dows/CVI的开发环境中完成了解码程序的编写,最后利用未解码的采样值报文对编写的解码程序进行了仿真与验证。     

Measurable Outcomes of Two Methods of Teaching Experimental Geometry

Analytic and nonanalytic dimensions of cognitive styles and discovery and expository teaching strategies were combined to form a 2 x 2 design. Five tests were used. Subjects were selected according to their cognitive styles in each of the two experimental schools. After seven weeks of mathematics instruction, two periods of one-hour duration per week, the students’ posttest scores were analyzed to determine the effects of the two cognitive styles as well as the two teaching methods on retention and transfer of mathematics tasks. The ANCOVA showed significant F ratios for the main effect of cognitive style. Analytic boys in the expository group scored significantly higher than nonanalytic students. The analyses revealed no significant main effect of teaching methods. In no instance was a significant difference found for girls in respect to cognitive styles or teaching methods.     

磷铁国家标准样品的研制

研制了一个磷铁国家标准样品,研制过程包括选料、加工、均检及定值均严格按照GB／T15000《标准样品工作导则》和YB／T082《冶金产品分析用标准样品技术规范》的要求进行。该标准样品经化学成分的粒度检验、均匀性检验及近一年的稳定性监测,显示均匀性和稳定性良好;定值了碳、硫、磷、硅、锰、镍、铬和钛等九个特性量值,由九个实验室采用不同原理、准确可靠的分析方法进行定值分析,保证每个元素都采用两种或两种以上的定值分析方法,确定的标准值准确、可靠,并对定值参数进行了不确定度的评估。
