个人住房按揭贷款银行潜在信用风险的数学模型分析

利用数学模型预测了个人住房按揭贷款的银行潜在信用风险.结果表明：利用时间平方根方法得到的银行对个人住房按揭贷款的潜在信用风险与居民的实际按揭贷款期望函数有较一致的符合,适用于目前对个人住房按揭贷款的银行潜在信用风险的研究.     

浅谈观景广场的雨水下渗设计——以浐灞生态区小广场景观施工设计为例

观景广场是广场的一种类型,除了具备广场的一般功能外,它还具有一定的审美性和生态意义,能够给人们带来视觉愉悦感。当前,在观景广场的设计中尚存在着诸多问题。本文以浐灞生态区小广场景观施工设计为例,探讨景观广场的雨水下渗问题,提出了生态型的雨水下渗设计方案。

为解决旧式储油罐部分高度无法测量的问题,利用定积分法,对新式储油罐标定方法进行研究,并在一定误差范围内,对罐容表重新进行标定。     

Detecting Misspecification in Mean Structures for Growth Curve Models: Performance of Pseudo R 2s and Concordance Correlation Coefficients

This study examined the performance of 4 correlation-based fit indexes (marginal and conditional pseudo R ²s; average and conditional concordance correlations) in detecting misspecification in mean structures in growth curve models. Their performance was also compared to that of 4 traditional SEM fit indexes. We found that the marginal pseudo R ² and average concordance correlation were able to detect misspecification in the marginal mean structure (average change trajectory). The conditional pseudo R ² and concordance correlation could detect misspecification when it occurred in the conditional mean structure (individual change trajectory) or in both mean structures. Compared to the SEM fit indexes, the correlation-based fit indexes were more robust to sample size but were less robust to data properties such as magnitude of population mean and measurement error. Theoretical and practical implications of the results and directions for future research are discussed.     

广义测不准关系对无限深势阱问题的影响

考虑了广义测不准原理,并重新计算无限深势阱问题,得到能量本征值。结果表明,此时的能量本征值除了包含通常的En=h2π2n2蛐2ma2以外,还包含能量修正项。而且能量本征值修正项只与参数α有关,与其它的参数没有关系。     

固定资产投资波动对贫困地区投资的影响——以云南80个扶贫开发工作重点县为例

通过对云南省80个扶贫开发工作重点县1985—2010年人均全社会固定资产投资数据的统计分析发现,云南省贫困地区全社会固定资产投资最大的特点是波动性很大,明显高于非贫困地区和全省的平均水平,主导因素是因为贫困地区的投资主要是由项目带动的,因此,国家对云南省的扶贫开发应以加大对贫困地区大中型项目投资等途径来帮助贫困地区减少投资波动性,逐步实现稳定发展。     

指数分布的失效率的EB估计及收敛速度

本文主要针对指数分布的失效率在加权平方损失函数下导出了参数的Bayes估计,并利用核估计的方法构造了参数的EB估计,同时在适当条件下获得了其收敛速度O(n-2λ2s2(2s+1)(λs+1)).

Towards the successful integration of e-learning systems in higher education in Iraq: A student perspective

This study aims to analyse the factors that can explain the adoption and effective use of a new e-learning system in Iraq. To achieve this, it uses a selection of factors that are present in the technology acceptance model (TAM) and the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model, and it includes three additional factors. The study hypothesises new relationships between the selected factors. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 university students in Iraq. Partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used to analyse the data received. The findings suggest that perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), subjective norms (SNs), information quality (IQ), system quality (SQ), technical support (TS) and self-efficacy (SE) have significant effects on behavioural intention (BI). In turn, BI and TS have significant direct effects on the actual use (AU) of e-learning systems. The factors age, gender and experience significantly moderated some of the relationships in the model. The research has several implications for policy makers, universities and the management of e-learning systems.
