高校学生党支部建设存在问题分析及改进对策探讨

做好高校学生党支部工作是事关我国社会主义事业前途和命运的一项重要战略任务。由于对学生党支部自身建设的重要性认识不到位、不能科学衡量和认同学生党支部书记的工作价值以及工作方法创新不够等原因,客观上导致高校对学生党支部工作研究指导不够、学生党支部书记精力投入不足、组织生活不够健全、作用不能充分发挥等。为此,应高度重视调查研究,合理设置学生党支部,着力提高学生党支部书记素质,大力创新学生党支部建设管理制度,扎实开展党支部建设目标管理。

发达国家本科学历小学教师培养课程比较研究

本科学历小学教师培养课程体系由普通教育课程、执教学科课程和教育学科课程三部分组成。在三者中要突出教育学科课程的设置。普通教育课程应辐射自然科学、人文科学和社会科学三领域，并强调其完整性、连贯性和成热性；执教学科课程应覆盖小学各门学科，同时重点突出1～3门学科，核心是语文和数学；教育学科课程应设置教育基本理论课程、各科教学法课程和教育实践课程(见习、实习)，对后二者尤其应当重视。     

Envisioning Possibility: Schooling and Student Agency in Children’s and Young Adult Literature

This article provides a rationale for using literature in the classroom to explore conceptions of curriculum and teaching. We discuss a number of exemplars from children’s and young adult fiction, both mainstream and less well known; offer a taxonomy for categorizing the range of visions of curriculum and teaching in the literature; and describe the responses of a group of middle school students to a unit that examined schooling in literature. We argue that reading literature which addresses student experiences in school can help students make sense of those experiences and, more importantly, open their minds to ideas about teaching and schooling that they otherwise might never have considered.John Kornfeld is Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the School of Education at Sonoma State University. His research in curriculum, children’s literature, school/ university collaboration, and the politics of schooling has been published in such journals as Theory into Practice, Social Education, and Theory and Research in Social Education.Laurie Prothro is a school library consultant and children’s librarian in Sonoma County, California. How to encourage a lifelong learner? The complex relation between learning strategies and assessment in a medical curriculum

Abstract

To foster lifelong learning skills, we need new didactic approaches with aligned assessment methods. Therefore, we investigated whether the outcomes of a project assignment show a different relation to learning strategies than a longitudinal knowledge-based assessment. We studied learning strategies of first year students of medicine and biomedical sciences (n?=?248) and performed hierarchical regression analyses for the learning strategies and grades of the longitudinal knowledge-based test and project assignment. Scores of students, measured with the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (Likert scale 1–7), were relatively low for critical thinking (3.53), compared to rehearsal (4.40), elaboration (4.82), organisation (4.69) and metacognitive self-regulation (4.33). Knowledge based tests showed a significant relation to elaboration (p?<?0.01). For the project-based assessment, we did not find a significant relation to any learning strategy (p?=?0.074). Explained variance of the grades was low for all learning strategies (R² < 0.043). Different types of assessment did not discriminate between students with high or low scores on learning strategies associated with lifelong learning. An explanation is that the curriculum is not aligned with assessment, or students do not benefit in terms of grades. We conclude that, if assessment is to drive lifelong learning skills, this is not self-evident.

实物期权法在创业投资项目价值评估中的应用

从创业投资的特点出发,本文利用AFH模型分析创业投资项目中隐含的实物期权,并运用B—S公式计算一个项目的实物期权价值,从而指出传统NPV方法在项目估价方面存在的不足,实物期权法则较为充分地考虑了不确定性和管理柔性。
