Editorial H-score as a metric of inner authenticity for national scientific journals—Pilot study for the field of pedagogy

There is evidence that national scientific journals are important for local communities despite their limited audience due to national languages and topics, like in pedagogy. However, it is not easy to assess the level of scientific rigour of local journals, as most do not have available scientometric data and are often published in minority languages. We hypothesize that a possible manifestation of a latent trait of inner authenticity of the scientific journal (meaning the journal is accepted by a community interested in developing the field which conducts internationally accepted research) could be H-index of the editorial board members. To test this approach, we evaluated H-index and gender of editorial board members (n = 490) from 17 Czech and Slovak national science-oriented scientific pedagogical journals which were not indexed or indexed in Erih+ or Scopus, and compared this with the five lowest-rated journals from the same field indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) database. The H-index of editorial board members was somewhat higher in indexed journals with those from WoS showing higher scores, and the number of board members with no discernable H-index was far greater in non-indexed journals. Editorial boards of journals indexed in WoS were mostly male, compared to a dominance of women on boards of non-indexed journals. Acknowledging the limited sample, it appears that the H-index of editorial board members may be a way to value national scientific journals.

印制电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)是电子设备内部电子元件的主要载体。PCB设计和加工工艺是高校电子类专业学生必须掌握的专业技能,但是专业工厂批量加工PCB的工艺并不适合在高校实验室使用。给出了一种适合在校学生快速制作PCB的工艺路线,重点解决了"一图一板"加工中绿油阻焊膜和元器件标志快速印制的难题。

<上海清真寺成立董事会志>记述了清末上海穆斯林社团成立董事会的历史事件及其董事会管理机构的基本情况.它的成立折射了穆斯林社团为了生存竞争和维护文化传统的独特性而建立伊斯兰组织的原因.此外,从董事会负责人及其职能部门、清真寺寺产、宗教活动、教育等方面的状况,可以看出这是上海穆斯林社团为适应上海社会的飞速发展而作出的改革努力,因此上海成立董事会事件在中国伊斯兰教界中具有重要意义.     

Creating a more inclusive journal: the Journal of the Medical Library Association's evolving process for selecting editorial board members

The Journal of the Medical Library Association (JMLA) selects new editorial board members every year. In the spring of 2021, JMLA used a new process for reviewing and selecting applicants for the limited number of open editorial board positions. This reevaluation of the selection process was spurred by a desire to create a more diverse and representative board. Changes to the procedures for selecting new editorial board members included having an open call for editorial board members, creating an application form, creating a selection committee to screen applicants, creating a form for the selection committee to extract data from applications, and creating a two-step process for screening and then selecting board members. As part of construction of this new process, areas for continued improvement were also identified, such as refining the application form to allow more specific answers to areas of interest to the selection committee. The newly created selection process for editorial board members constitutes a significant change in JMLA processes; however, more can be done to build on this work by further refining the selection process and ensuring that new members are selected in a transparent and streamlined manner.     

从刻蚀电路板废液中制取硫酸铜的工艺研究

研究了以刻蚀电路板废液为原料制取硫酸铜的工艺条件。探讨了Fe3 的干扰,不同的pH以及不同浓度的NaOH和H2SO4对产品质量的影响。结果表明:采用15%~20%NaOH与20%H2SO4可使产品的回收率达92%,产品纯度可达98%。     

中国职业足球联赛理事会构建的反思与重构

在法人治理结构中,理事会居于核心与主导地位,主要负责组织内部的决策与监督职能。我国职业足球联赛理事会刚刚建立不久,理事会内部结构设置不够完善,理事会性质与地位较模糊,理事会的角色与功能难以有效发挥。在我国职业足球联赛治理架构中,理事会是独立于中国足协之外,属于职业足球联盟下属机构性质的理事会。理事会是确定联赛运营方向,制定联赛经营决策的组织机构。     

Hitting the vault board: Implications for vaulting take‐off ‐ a preliminary investigation

Gymnastics vaulting relies on a specialized take‐off board for propulsion during the take‐off phase of the vault. There is little information on the vault board and its behaviour. The aim of this study was to characterize the behaviour of the vault board during handspring drill take‐offs of young male gymnasts (n = 36). The side of the top surface of the vault board and the wooden base were marked with three reflective markers, placed at the end of the vault board nearest the vault table and the centres of the two rearmost coil springs. The vault board surface was divided into two areas, rear and middle, based on marker location. The gymnasts’ groups were determined from the location of the gymnast's lateral malleolus at vault board contact. Landings with the malleolus directly above or behind the rearmost marker were considered rear landings; landings with the malleolus forward of the rearmost marker were considered middle landings. Marker movements were automatically digitized and the right malleolus was hand digitized at 120 Hz. The maximum vertical displacement, vertical deflection time, and vertical velocity at take‐off of the vault board markers did not differ statistically between board contact groups (all p > 0.05). The lateral malleolus velocity components also did not differ between board contact groups. Some low to moderately strong correlations were observed between the various marker displacements, durations and take‐off velocities. Modest correlations were obtained between board markers and right malleolus velocities. The results indicate that foot contact on the vault board, as defined here, did not result in differences in board marker behaviour or right lateral malleolus velocities. This information does not support the idea that vault board contacts at the rear of the vault board are worse than contacts near the middle of the vault board. More research is needed to ascertain the role of the vault board's vibration characteristics to whole body actions that are observed in the subsequent preflight phase.

美国公共图书馆理事制度研究——以纽约州为例

认为图书馆理事能够强化凝聚力与向心力、推动工作贯彻落实、提升社会影响力。美国图书馆界对图书馆理事应当履行的职责与义务做出了明确规定,并以纽约州为例,指出图书馆理事应当受到公共图书馆治理法案、教育法案、“公共”机构涉及法案、理事会工作涉及规定、任职图书馆机构出台政策以及职业道德的规范与制约。美国图书馆协会下的图书馆联合协会、纽约州层面的图书馆理事协会及纽约图书馆理事网站为图书馆理事的职业发展提供了交流、培训的平台。以此为借鉴,中国公共图书馆理事会制度的实践探索不应忽视图书馆理事这一特殊队伍群体的建设发展。
