关于时空弯曲的疑问与验证新方法

对爱因斯坦关于“时间”“空间”论证的理论基础的正确性、论据(数据)的有效性、论证过程的规范性、在“环球航行原子钟实验”中选择定量与定性分析的依据问题、空间弯曲示意图的真伪性、日全食星星偏移照片的有效性等问题提出了相应的疑问,并提出了“不同纬度时钟实验”和“等效日全食实验”,作为验证爱因斯坦“时、空”观点的验证新方法。     

Anisotropic fluoride nanocrystals modulated by facet-specific passivation and their disordered surfaces

Rutile-type fluorides have been proven to be active components in the context of emerging antiferr-omagnetic devices. However, controlled synthesis of low-dimensional, in particular two-dimensional (2D), fluorides in a predictable and deterministic manner remains unrealized because of a lack of efficient anisotropic control, which impedes their further development in reduced dimensions. We report here that altered passivation of {110} growing facets can direct the synthesis of rutile-type fluoride nanocrystals into well-defined zero-dimensional (0D) particulates, one-dimensional (1D) rods and 2D sheets in a colloidal approach. The obtained nanocrystals show positive exchange bias and enhanced magnetic transition temperature from the coexistence of long-range antiferromagnetic order and disordered surface spins, making them strong alternatives for flexible magnetic devices and sensors.     

Local and teleconnected temperature effects of afforestation and vegetation greening in China

Afforestation in China provides carbon sequestration and prevents soil erosion, but its remote impacts on climate in other regions via the coupling of forest energy fluxes with atmospheric circulation are largely unknown. Here, we prescribe inventory-based forest cover change and satellite-observed leaf area index from 1982 to 2011 in a coupled land-atmosphere model to simulate their biophysical climate effects. Both local and global surface air temperatures show a seasonal contrast in response to past vegetation cover expansion over China: a phenomenon we primarily attribute to a variation of seasonality of vegetation greening. A large cooling in spring results in concurrent decreases in geopotential height over China and zonal wind over Mongolia, causing a dipole structure in the upper troposphere over the Arctic. This accounts for ∼58% of simulated spring warming over the Russian Arctic and ∼61% of simulated spring cooling over the Canadian Artic. Our results imply that spring vegetation dynamics in China may affect climate in northern high latitudes.     

年龄对农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的影响

中国农业面临着劳动力老龄化与绿色化转型的双重约束。聚焦于跨期技术属性,本文提出了中国情景下年龄对农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的倒U形影响假说,进而以秸秆还田为例,采用中介效应模型,利用冀鲁皖鄂4省1372份农民调查数据进行了实证检验。结果发现：①年龄对于农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的影响效应呈倒U形态势,“中年农民”成为现阶段绿色农业技术扩散的积极力量;②人力资本和风险偏好是年龄影响农民跨期绿色农业技术采纳的重要中介变量,两者的中介效应占年龄总效应的71.94%;③信息化和耕地规模对中青年农民的跨期绿色农业技术采纳具有促进作用;经济价值认知、是否贫困、供水情况、补贴和处罚政策对中老年农民采用跨期绿色农业技术表现出积极影响;社会资本对中青年农民的技术采纳具有负向影响,但有利于中老年农民采纳跨期绿色农业技术。由于年龄较高农民积极采纳跨期绿色农业技术其实是该群体非农就业机会减少而被动“以农为业”的结果,这表明农业生产包括农业资源保护与开发缺乏最为优质的劳动力支撑;另一方面,非农就业的青壮年劳动力由于缺乏务农经历,多年后回归农业又能否承担起农业绿色化转型的责任也值得思考。因此,劳动力老龄化对中国农业短期的影响在于如何把地种好,而长期的潜在威胁依然是谁来种地。

中西结合治疗子宫颈炎疗效观察及体会

子宫颈炎是妇科常见病、多发病.为探讨中西结合治疗子宫颈炎的方法,近几年来,使用以黄柏粉为主的七味中药加西药红霉素局部治疗子宫颈炎患者300例,其中急性子宫颈炎80例,治愈率为100%,慢性子宫颈炎220例,治愈率为82%,收到了良好的治疗效果.而且这种治疗方法无不良反应,病人乐于接受,优于其它子宫颈炎的治疗方法.

Did London 2012 deliver a sports participation legacy?

Despite the increasing academic interest in the analysis of the Olympic legacy, there is a relative knowledge gap as far as sports participation legacy is concerned. The authors bridge this gap by analysing the short-term sports participation legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games on the adult population in England. By using data from the Active People Survey and considering different sports participation variables and the effect of the economic climate, results demonstrate a positive association with participation from hosting the Games. Participation rates were adjusted to take into account seasonality and changes in the gross domestic product (GDP), accounting in this way for the effect of the recent economic recession. The biggest effect was observed in relation to frequent participation (at least three times per week for at least 30 min) in the year immediately after the Games. In 2014, the sports participation rates fell relative to 2013 but remained higher than pre-Olympic levels. The sport participation legacy of the Olympic Games appeared to have significant differences between socio-demographic groups.

摘要：以冬奥会进入“北京周期”后为契机,采用文献资料和实地调查等研究方法,对北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展效应及协同推进策略进行了研究。研究认为：北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展的效应明显,主要表现在北京市冰雪场馆建设数量明显增加、连续举办的国际冰雪赛事和国内冰雪赛事促进冰雪旅游发展的影响力明显提升、冰雪旅游融合效应显著;天津市冰雪旅游协同发展目标明确深耕细作释放新活力效果显著、冰雪旅游民生工程建设落实有声、“冰雪旅游+文化”深度融合带来红利;河北省在滑雪场和滑冰场数量逐年提升、以张家口为核心的冰雪旅游发展区位优势明显、生态冰雪旅游发展成效显著。据此提出构建京津冀冰雪体育产业链,促进京津冀冰雪旅游产业经济生态圈建设的可持续发展;以全域旅游发展理念为引领,构建多元化的京津冀冰雪旅游公共服务体系;构建完善的京津冀生态冰雪旅游资源开发与环境保障体系的北京冬奥会推动京津冀冰雪旅游发展效应的协同推进策略。
