政府与第三部门规避社会风险探析

社会风险管理中第三部门通过社会支持在规避社会风险和稳定社会秩序方面发挥着不可替代的作用,因而受到各国政府的高度重视。把第三部门的发展作为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,探讨在社会风险管理中政府与第三部门共同规避社会风险,可为政府完善社会管理和社会服务的职能提供重要的启示。     

企业战略风险的类型、成因与对策分析

本文在综述国内外学者对企业战略风险类型及其成因研究成果的基础上，引入企业战略管理过程，剖析了战略分析阶段存在的“假设风险”、战略选择阶段存在的“治理风险”以及战略实施阶段存在的“错位风险”和“刚性风险”，进而分析了这四种风险的成因，并提出了有针对性的企业战略风险管控策略。     

Controlling contractual exchange risks in R&D interfirm cooperation: an empirical study

Suppliers and buyers of R&D results perceive two exchange risks: first, the risk to achieve a lower profitability on the innovation return than the exchange partner, second, the risk of the partner becoming a competitor by unplanned, one-sided knowledge flows. Both risks motivate opportunistic behaviour. The paper deals with the reduction of the perceived supplier risks. We analyse how an option on later negotiation of an additional continuous innovation return sharing which is based on contractual hostages can lower the perceived exchange risks. An empirical study examines how effectively these hostages lower the perceived risks.     

Power,Penalty, and Critical Praxis: Employing Intersectionality in Educator Practices to Achieve School Equity

Intersectionality describes the ways interlocking systems of oppression, evidenced in various identity facets (e.g., race, class, gender, sexuality, religion, ability, and language), frame individuals' social worlds. An awareness of intersectionality can ensure PreK–12 school policies and practices meet the needs of a student population diversifying rapidly along multiple lines. We situate intersectionality within examples of common schooling dilemmas and pose suggestions for educators to employ intersectional thinking in their practice.     

Funds of knowledge in 21st century societies: inclusive educational practices for under-represented students. A literature review

Although the first educational applications of the funds of knowledge (FoK) concept were carried out in the late 1980s, there have been numerous developments and proposals since then, many of which have been made within the last few years. It continues to be, therefore, a valid, cutting-edge educational approach; one which seeks to overcome the lingering deficit perspective in education, by improving relationships between families and schools, and by designing culturally sensitive and contextualized curricular activities. In this review, we have identified 92 peer-reviewed publications relating to FoK in the ERIC database, dating from between 2011 and 2015. In this review, we aim to provide a summary of this literature and identify potential key trends, tensions, extensions and issues concerning current applications of the FoK approach. A number of contributions for teacher candidates and teacher professional development derived from the literature review are also suggested.     

代理商在引进国外数字资源工作中的法律角色

从外贸代理制度入手分析代理商在国外数字资源引进过程中的法律地位、权利义务,帮助图书馆从制度安排的角度认识和理解代理商的权限和职能。结合图书馆数字资源引进工作实务,分析了当前图书馆与代理商之间重要代理合同缺失可能导致的法律风险,阐明了图书馆与出版社发生法律争议时代理商所承担的法律义务。建议图书馆应重新审视和理解代理商的角色和地位,在共同反对国外出版社垄断行为,规避国际贸易法律风险方面结成新型合作伙伴关系。     

我国信息企业技术创新风险研究

我国信息企业技术创新风险包括政策、经济、技术、市场、资源等因素，文章在分析上述因素基础上，设计出我国信息企业技术创新风险的评价体系，探讨了分析矩阵评价方法，并提出了防范我国信息企业技术创新风险的具体措施。     

生态文明中“三废”综合利用因素探讨

在我国资源环境问题日益突出的前提下,十七大将生态文明建设写入党章.生态文明建设具体体现之一是废弃物的再利用.本文利用灰度理论对"三废"综合利用因素进行排序,通过全生命周期对"三废"综合利用进行分析,并提出相应措施.
