基于依恋理论的应用型高校师生关系改进研究

课堂师生关系是决定应用型高校人才培养质量的关键因素之一。文章根据依恋理论分析应用型高校课堂师生关系的形成原理、突出问题,进一步分析师生关系矩阵,并从明确课堂教师与学生的双主体制、实施有效的教学内容和灵活的教学方式、构建良性的课堂教学师生关系等三个方面提出改进课堂师生关系的路径。     

师幼关系中幼儿教师的角色意识探析

本研究对师幼关系中幼儿教师的角色意识进行了调查与分析，结果发现幼儿教师认为自身之于儿童所处的角色地位依次为朋友、教育者、组织者、保育者、学习者。幼儿教师对朋友、保育者、学习者、组织者等角色行为规范的理解较为清晰、明确，扮演起来也较为容易，但对教育者角色行为规范的认识较为模糊、混乱．扮演起采存在一定难度。     

论教师的学生观与师生关系

在传统教育中，教师总是把学生看作对象化的客体，持一种物化的学生观，学生只会服从，不会思考，更不会创新。无疑，这样的学生观，不适于当今的时代。创新教育要求教师把学生当作活生生的人，尊重学生，激活学生的思考意识、创新意识，坚持人化的学生观。这是一种相互尊重、相互交融的师生关系。创新教育的实施需要人化的学生观和相互体验、交融的师生关系。     

关爱与互助:近代早期英国家庭亲子关系新探

对于近代早期的英国家庭关系历来备受学者关注，家庭关系淡漠说一直为众多史家所接受，近年来这一传统观点越来越受到质疑。事实上，近代早期的家庭关系并不像一些学者所称的那般冷漠。父母不仅关心疼爱孩子，而且会在其人生道路上给与其必要的帮助和安慰。子女也会对父母报之以情，在父母年迈或生病的困难时期伸出援手。本文就从家庭亲子关系入手，着重阐释父母与子女之间的这种互助关系。     

Mediating effects of teacher and peer relationships between parental abuse/neglect and emotional/behavioral problems

The current study examined the mediating effects of the teacher and peer relationships between parental abuse/neglect and a child’s emotional/behavioral problems. A total of 2070 student surveys from the panel of the Korean Child Youth Panel Study (KCYPS) were analyzed by path analysis. The key findings of this study are outlined below. Firstly, parental physical and emotional abuse and neglect had significant effects on children’s problems. The direct effect of parental abuse on emotional/behavioral problems was higher than the direct effect of parental neglect on emotional/behavioral problems. Secondly, the teacher relationship partially mediated the effects of the parental abuse/neglect on emotional/behavioral problems. Thirdly, the peer relationship also partially mediated the effects of parental abuse/neglect on children’s emotional/behavioral problems. The indirect effect of parental neglect via teacher relationships and peer relationships was stronger than the indirect effect of parental abuse. This study is significant in that it identified that parental abuse/neglect was mediated by the teacher and peer relationship, thereby suggesting an implication for effective intervention with children who have suffered abuse and neglect. In terms of the teacher and peer relationship, understanding the influence of parental abuse and neglect on children’s problems was discussed, and the limitations and recommendations for future study were suggested.     

The Supervisory Relationship: A Conceptual and Psychometric Review of Measures

To date, a comprehensive review of supervisory relationship measures has yet to be published. In this article, the authors explore conceptualizations of the supervisory relationship, describe and critique 11 measures, provide recommendations for researchers and practitioners when selecting measures, and offer suggestions regarding future measure development.     

Bridging the gap: the challenges of employing entrepreneurial processes within university settings

In Australia and elsewhere, universities face increasing pressure to improve research output and quality, particularly through partnerships with industry. This raises interesting challenges for academic staff with considerable industry experience who are ‘new’ to academe. Some of these challenges were faced by the authors who have been successful in generating research, consultancy and executive education funds since joining academe and been somewhat surprised at being described as successful researchers and entrepreneurs. Taking a reflexive look to identify and make explicit our practice through the lenses of social capital and the entrepreneurial process, we identified 10 practices. However, we remain troubled by the dissonance between organisational rhetoric and its rewards for entrepreneurial activities. We offer some considerations for universities to help bridge this gap.

集中识词 ,快速提高英语阅读能力一直是困扰英语教学的难题。为更好地对这一问题进行探讨 ,这里以我国师专英语教育专业 85名大学生为研究对象。研究结果显示 ,我国师专英语教育专业学生的英语阅读能力偏低 ,其水平离大纲的要求尚有相当大的差距。同时 ,词汇能力与阅读能力呈显著性的正相关关系 ,不同性别的学生在英语阅读能力上存在着差异 ,女生的词汇能力显著高于男生 ,在阅读能力方面也是如此     

吴伟业与王时敏父子交游考论

吴伟业与以王锡爵之孙王时敏为代表的太仓望族王氏,三世交往,关系密切。吴伟业编选《太仓十子诗选》,时敏之子王揆、王撰、王扌卞、王摅占“十子”之四席,王揆、王扌卞、王摅且是他的弟子。“太仓十子”之外的时敏长子王挺,亦为其门人。又,时敏之子、锡爵之曾孙王扌炎与伟业亦有交往。吴伟业与王氏等高门交往密切,除了文学、艺术上趣味相投外,亦有其政治需要。     

赫尔巴特与杜威师生观的比较与启示

在教育理论界，赫尔巴特与杜威分别被视为传统教育派与现代教育派的代表人物，二人在教育发展史上都起过里程碑式的作用。学术界特别重视对二人教育思想的研究，但在对二人师生观的比较研究中，多注重对二人师生观分歧的论述，而对其共通之处的研究相对不足。赫尔巴特与杜威在教育目的、具体的教学方法和教育教学管理等方面虽体现出不同的师生观，但他们都不同程度地肯定了教师在教育教学过程中的重要地位和作用，都重视学生个性、兴趣的培养和发展，都认为尊重和爱是构建良好师生关系的基础。所有这些，对于我们认识和构建新型师生观有多方面的启示。
