A METHOD OF ON-LINE MEASUREMENT FOR THE FREQUENCY RESPONSE AND IMPULSE RESPONSE FUNCTIONS OF MULTIVARIATE SYSTEM

In this paper,a method of multipoint pseudorandom combined excita-tion with the orthogonal reciprocal repeated sequences(ORRS)is presented on thebackground of the on-line identification of multivariate system.The capacity of therestraint to the identification error caused by the non-random D.C.drift of the mul-ti-input excitation with the ORRS in the multivariate system is also discussed.Thevalidity of the method described in this paper is proved by the modelling tests of themulti-plate rotor system.

How to avoid reputation damage in financial restatement? The role of investor relations management

In order to examine the effects of avoiding reputation damage by investor relations management under certain corporate governance structures and mechanisms, samples of 1120 listed companies are used to research the influence on financial restatements by corporate governance. Then the moderating effects of investor relations management on financial restatements are analyzed. The result is that the more dispersed the equity, the higher the probability of financial restatements will be (This includes the government-controlled companies). Also the higher the proportion of independent directors and the higher the level of investor relations management, the lower the probability of financial restatements will be. Furthermore, as a moderating variable, investor relations management can eliminate the negative effects of corporate governance, enhance the effect of independent directors and reduce the probability of financial restatement.

低氧反复冲刺训练在团队项目中的应用及研究进展

低氧反复冲刺训练是近年来兴起的新的低氧训练方法,已在多个团队项目中使用。在低氧环境下进行反复冲刺训练,运动员由于受到更强的负荷刺激而产生相应的代谢适应,从而有利于改善机体的反复冲刺能力、间歇有氧运动能力及疲劳指数。文章从目前高原/低氧训练方法多样化入手,介绍了低氧反复冲刺训练方法的提出、在团队项目中的应用及其提升运动表现的可能机制。研究表明,低氧反复冲刺训练的有效性可能与提高运动肌的氧气利用率、提升磷酸肌酸再合成能力以及改变神经肌肉功能等因素有关。本文还对低氧反复冲刺训练的应用前景进行了展望。     

One-Parameter Item Response Theory Models for Psychomotor Tests Involving Repeated,Independent Attempts

Abstract

Three one-parameter item response theory models are given as viable models that describe the observed score probabilities of an examinee who takes a multiple attempts, single-item test of a psychomotor skill. These models include the Binomial Trials Model, the Poisson Counts Model, and the Inverse Binomial Model. The paper presents these models and offers suggestions for their estimation and subsequent use in the assessment of psychomotor behavior.     

沥青混合料重复三轴试验和汉堡车辙试验的相关性分析（英文）

采用重复三轴试验和汉堡车辙试验对SMA和MA两种沥青混合料的高温性能进行评价,并分别分析了这2种试验之间的MA最终变形的相关性及SMA变形发展过程的相关性.结果显示,2种试验方法均能够有效区分混合料高温性能的优劣,且两者的最终变形及变形发展过程均呈现极好的线性相关关系,相关性系数均大于0.9.为了更进一步验证相关性,利用重复三轴试验获得混合料的粘弹性参数,对车辙试验进行有限元模拟,结果表明2种试验方法具有显著的相关关系,误差小于10%.将采用重复三轴试验获得沥青混合料的粘弹性参数用于预测车辙的发展是合理有效的.

博弈视野中大学生诚信缺失的逻辑分析

作为自我约束的诚信制度,是在非合作博弈框架下,参与人自我优化选择的结果。诚信形成需要以下条件:(1)主体之间具有共同的利益。唯有如此,双方才有机会和动力去信任对方并相信对方能为自己带来长期和最大的利益。(2)诚信关系的建立需要主体双方互动。没有人会选择诚信,反映了个体的理性行为产生的集体的不合理性行为,体现了个体理性与集体理性的冲突。构建信息完全的诚信重复博弈模型和引入约束条件与事后惩罚成本是解决诚信缺失问题的重要途径。
