对义务教育数学课程标准(实验稿)的思考与修订建议

义务教育数学课程标准要在继承中发展,教学要求的规定要考虑数学的教育功能,借鉴国外做法要考虑本国国情,教学形式的改革要重视数学实质.课程标准的核心是内容标准,要跳出义务教育看义务教育,对数学大纲的成熟经验要积极吸收,对当前争论的焦点之一——平面几何的内容应予以重新审视.     

"The Morality of it All:" The Educational Value of Canadian Drama for Moral Education

Recent theories in moral philosophy elaborate on the dialogical nature of moral development and stipulate that moral identities are constituted within social, historical, and cultural contexts. According to this philosophical perspective, one of the ways in which moral agency needs to be understood and evaluated is according to those contextual variables which may generate moral response. This article aims to illustrate how theatre is a potent instructional medium to educate about the often enigmatic nature of moral choice. I suggest that plays include compelling studies of moral agents caught in complex and lifelike dilemmas through which are exposed the often ambiguous and paradoxical dimensions of moral conduct. Furthermore, I argue that contemporary Canadian plays offer useful fictional contexts to illuminate the intricate process of moral choice, and I cite concrete examples to illustrate the kinds of moral scenarios recent Canadian drama explores.

对我国开征社会保障税的思考

现代生活中，社会保障制度是一个国家正常运转和社会秩序保持良好运行的安全网。建立一种完善的社会保障体制是我国目前政府职能转化过程中的一个重要职能。当前我国社保事业已初具规模，但具体的管理模式和运营机制还很不完善，特别是社会保障体制的核心——社会保障筹资方式的设计还存在一定的缺陷，完善社会保障筹资方式，开征社会保障税，是推进中国社保事业发展与完善的理性选择。     

从发现真实到证明标准的转换--以发现真实相关理论为基点

证明标准是证据与案件事实之间的联系应当达到何种程度，才能足以再现案件的事实。证明标准与发现真实有着一种内在的关联性。目前有关民事诉讼证明标准的学说主要有客观真实说、或然性权衡说、多层次说和否定说，但这些学说都值得商榷。同样目前的发现真实的学说亦有一些缺陷。本文认为以发现真实的相关理论为出发点去建构一个多层次的民事诉讼证明标准才是合理的。     

Baby Bear or Mrs Bear? Young English Bengali‐speaking children's responses to narrative picture books at school

This article presents findings from a one‐year study of several Bengali‐speaking children aged 5–6 years, in their first year of the English school system. The investigation centres on exploration of the children's responses, principally to the visual text, of a selection of narrative picture books used in their school. The aim was to collect children's responses to characters and visual features, and to see what narratives the children made from the picture books. The children, some of whom were relatively experienced viewers and narrators of picture‐book stories, produced varied responses to character and décor. The article suggests that the books formed a bridge between the known and the culturally unfamiliar, giving the children access to an understanding of scenes from types of homes other than their own. The author asserts the need to welcome children's versions of stories and their interpretation of pictures, and to allow them the opportunity to re‐read picture books many times.     

量子力学中的态叠加原理

P．A．M．Dirac在他的名著《量子力学原理》中关于“电子同时通过两个狭缝”的观点，一直受到人们的批评．对它的理解必然涉及到“电子是否会‘分裂’？”的问题，从而引发了许多歧义和悖论．通常量子力学教科书和研究专著对这个问题一般不做深入分析，造成了很多人对量子力学理论基础的怀疑． 这个问题的正确理解与量子力学的“态叠加原理”有关．量子现象表现出许多与宏观现象不同的、新的特点，只有承认它们，并且把它“翻译”成我们所能理解的经典语言去表述它们，我们才有可能得到对微观现象的完整描述．

And it can express a number of group of prime solutions on representation of even integer as a sum of two primes. In one－dimensional space, the prime theorem is led into odd sequence integer to find P(G)～(2 )/(log n).P(G) is regarded as a data handling tool for setting a mathematical model of random sampling, get: P2n(1，1)n＞22n-P2=P1=f(2n)～(2nlogn/2)/(log2nlog2n)(2n→∞). The prime theorem π(x) is generalized to the two-dimensional space: π(x,y). A mathematical model of average values is set up by π(x,y), get: P2n(1，1)2n＞22n=P1+P2=f(2n)2～(2n)/(log22n)(2n→∞). But for expressing a number of group of prime solutions of even integer，the laws of values of principal steps of the two different functions f(2n) and f(2n)2 are unanimous. Thus, the proof of different ways lead to the same result and determines a forceful declaration: Goldbach’s conjecture is proved to be a right theorem.
