A cyclic pursuit framework for networked mobile agents based on vector field approach

This paper proposes a pursuit formation control scheme for a network of double-integrator mobile agents based on a vector field approach. In a leaderless architecture, each agent pursues another one via a cyclic topology to achieve a regular polygon formation. On the other hand, the agents are exposed to a rotational vector field such that they rotate around the vector field centroid, while they keep the regular polygon formation. The main problem of existing approaches in the literature for cyclic pursuit of double-integrator multiagent systems is that under those approaches, the swarm angular velocity and centroid are not controllable based on missions and agents capabilities. However, by employing the proposed vector field approach in this paper, while keeping a regular polygon formation, the swarm angular velocity and centroid can be determined arbitrary. The obtained results can be extended to achieve elliptical formations with cyclic pursuit as well. Simulation results for a team of eight mobile agents verify the accuracy of the proposed control scheme.     

Domesticated Animals on Exhibit at the Museum of Comparative Zoology, 1900–1928

In 1905 the Museum of Comparative Zoology at Harvard University began planning for a new domesticated animals exhibition in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of its founder Louis Agassiz. The resulting displays of variation and heredity in poultry, pigeons, rabbits, mice, and guinea pigs proved surprisingly popular to museumgoers. Some of these specimens still exist in the museum’s storage facilities, namely a series of poultry donated by the biologist Charles B. Davenport and an elaborate set of guinea pigs from the experimental evolutionist William E. Castle. Situating these domesticated animal displays within academic and popular cultures of poultry fancying, animal breeding, and evolutionary science reveals how a nineteenth-century museum known for its ties to anti-evolutionary principles attempted to modernize its public exhibits.     

俄罗斯与中日两国能源地缘经济合作关系评价

俄罗斯是世界重要的油气资源生产国和出口大国,自20世纪90年代以来,就逐渐成为中国和日本油气资源主要进口国之一。本文通过构建能源地缘经济关系评价模型,以俄罗斯远东—太平洋原油管道为切入点,对该管道建设中的1995—2016年俄罗斯与中日两国能源地缘经济合作关系进行了定量评估。结果表明：①中俄能源地缘经济合作关系指数由1995年的0.079不断攀升至2016年的0.693,日俄能源地缘经济合作关系指数由1995年的0.992下降至2016年的0.266,两条指数变化曲线交汇于2012年并呈现“剪刀差”状。②中俄能源地缘经济合作关系演变轨迹呈现出波浪式平稳（1995—2002年）、斜“N”型上升（2003—2008年）和快速上升的变化趋势（2009—2016年）,2008年后,中俄能源地缘经济合作进入快速发展阶段;同期的日俄能源地缘经济合作关系演变轨迹呈现出波浪式平稳、快速下降和梯级下降的变化态势,当前日本仅为占俄罗斯原油出口量份额极少的一个出口目的国。未来,随着中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系深入推进,中俄能源地缘经济合作关系将继续向好发展。     

钟嵘《诗品》“陶潜诗源出于应璩”说所受批评考论

钟嵘《诗品》将陶潜列入中品,且以为其诗源出于应璩,这一断语至宋以后颇受人诟病指责。实际上,钟嵘此说之所以会导致宋以后普遍的批评,不外乎两个原因：一是应璩诗颇多亡佚,后人不得窥其全貌;二是陶潜诗由晦而显,至宋而极,后人遂以为应璩不足以笼罩陶潜耳。

默会认识论:影像媒介教育的一个视角

“个人知识”由波兰尼提出,明确知识和默会知识共同构成个人知识,默会知识尤显重要。默会认识论赋予影像媒介教育一个新的视角：创作者的人性因素和默会知识的传授。由此构建默会知识的学习组织——“DV实践共同体”。     

经营者收入分配机制创新论

经营收入分配具有鲜明的特点，主要是管理劳动的高智能性、承担的职责重、创造的业绩和贡献大；由此确立经营收入分配的基本原则是：按劳分配原则、按业绩和贡献分配原则、按投入要素分配原则相结合。当前经营收入分配中存在的主要问题是；激励和约束不对称、收入分配欠规范、浮动薪酬与固定薪酬的比例不协调。建立健全经营激励机制应包括物质鼓励和精神鼓励两方面，物质激励的主要形式有年薪制、股票期权制和资产抵押风险经营责任制。强化对经营的约束机制，外部约束和内部约束要相互配合。把激励机制和约束机制结合起来，才能充分体制效率优先、兼顾公平的原则。     

跨文化交际的困难、问题与对策

从谈话的时机、内容、方式、话语量以及言语行为与非言语行为的配合等方面 ,讨论了不同文化之间在言谈规约上的差异。在此基础上分析了言谈规约差异对跨文化交际可能造成的困难与问题 ,探讨了解决这些困难与问题的途径。     

论江泽民对邓小平发展观的丰富和发展

发展是解决中国所有问题的关键。江泽民在建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中，坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，在发展的地位、发展的内涵、发展的途径、发展的动力、发展的战略、发展的布局等几个方面丰富和发展了邓小平的发展理论。
