Perspectives on the metallic interconnects for solid oxide fuel cells

The various stages and progress in the development of interconnect materials for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) over the last two decades are reviewed. The criteria for the application of materials as interconnects are highlighted. Interconnects based on lanthanum chromite ceramics demonstrate many inherent drawbacks and therefore are only useful for SOFCs operating around 1000 ℃. The advance in the research of anode-supported flat SOFCs facilitates the replacement of ceramic interconnects with metallic ones due to their significantly lowered working temperature. Besides, interconnects made of metals or alloys offer many advantages as compared to their ceramic counterpart. The oxidation response and thermal expansion behaviors of various prospective metallic interconnects are examined and evaluated. The minimization of contact resistance to achieve desired and reliable stack performance during their projected lifetime still remains a highly challenging issue with metallic interconnects. Inexpensive coating materials and techniques may play a key role in pro moting the commercialization of SOFC stack whose interconnects are constructed of some current commercially available alloys. Alternatively, development of new metallic materials that are capable of forming stable oxide scales with sluggish growth rate and sufficient electrical conductivity is called for.     

MCM-41和HMS孔内组装[Eu(bpy)2]3+及其光致发光性质

采用浸渍的方法在MCM-41和HMS介孔材料孔内组装[Eu(bpy)2]3 (bpy:2,2-联吡啶).所得介孔复合材料经XRD、ICP等离子发射光谱、IR、N2吸附实验及光致发光谱进行了表征.实验结果表明:与介孔材料母体相比,组装稀土配合物后的介孔复合材料的BET比表面积、孔径和孔容均有所下降;组装稀土配合物的介孔复合材料在氙光源激发下,均发射出特征的Eu3 光致发光谱;与组装稀土配合物的HMS介孔复合材料相比,组装后的MCM-41介孔复合材料具有较高的光致发光效率.MCM-41介孔材料是一种比HMS合适的载体,有助于增强介孔材料孔内组装稀土配合物的光致发光效率.     

The golden eras of graphene science and technology: Bibliographic evidences from journal and patent publications

Today’s scientific research is an expensive enterprise funded primarily by taxpayers’ and corporate groups’ monies. All nations want to discover fields of study that promise to create future industries, and dominate these by building up and securing scientific and technological expertise early. However, the conversion of scientific leadership into market dominance remains very much an alchemy. To gain insights into how science becomes technology, we focused on graphene (which shows promise in batteries, sensors, flexible displays and other technologies) as a case study. In particular, we asked whether research on the material is on track to deliver all its technological promises. To answer this question, we analyzed in this paper bibliometric records of scientific journal publications and patents related to graphene. While performing straightforward analyses at the aggregate and temporal level to do so, we stumbled upon evidences that suggest ‘Golden Eras’ of graphene science and technology in the recent past. To confirm this unexpected finding, we developed a novel simulation-based method to determine how the interest levels in graphene science and technology change with time. We then found compelling evidences that these interest levels peaked in 2010 and 2012 respectively, despite the continued growth of journal and patent publications in this area. This suggests that publication numbers in a research topic could sometimes give rise to false positives concerning its importance.     

关于福建省内独立学院日语专业低年级听力课教学状况的调查

针对独立学院日语专业学生听力能力较为薄弱这一现状,对省内三所独立学院日语专业低年级进行了听力课教学状况的调查。问卷调查涉及开课时间、课时数、师资、教授方式、听力材料以及课后学习这六个方面的情况,在对问卷中所了解的状况进行分析后,指出独立学院日语专业低年级听力课教学中存在听力课时安排不足、听力材料单一和对课后学习重视不足等方面的问题。     

中小学维吾尔文教材调查研究

教材建设是教学基本建设的一项重要内容.维吾尔文教材在编译、出版、发行方面取得了可喜的成绩,但还存在着一些问题.造成这些问题的原因是综合性的,既有教育政策、民族地区学校发展模式、出版发行等制度性原因,也有发展所带来的维吾尔语言使用范围缩小、民族地区经济落后等社会和文化因素.
