纤维素降解菌ZN-206的分离鉴定

采用连续稀释分离法和平板划线分离法的方法,利用以羧甲基纤维素钠为碳源的筛选培养基,从堆肥土壤中共分离获得具有纤维素酶降解能力的菌株15株,其中,菌株ZN-206对纤维素降解能力最强.根据ZN-206菌株的形态特征、培养性状,生理生化指标、细胞壁组成成分及16SrDNA序列进行系统的研究,将菌株鉴定为禾粟链霉菌(Streptomyces graminearus).

苹果皮孔斑点病的病原菌分离与鉴定

2010年2月下旬,从南阳市超市购买的苹果中,发现感染皮孔斑点病的病果,从病果上随机采集病斑,经表面消毒后将病斑置于PDA平板上进行病原菌分离.从19个病斑中共分离获得17株形态相同的链格孢属真菌,经单孢纯化后对代表性致病菌株AP-5-3进行病原学鉴定.根据病原菌的形态特征及其核糖体基因内转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS)序列分析,将菌株AP-5-3鉴定为细交链孢菌(Alternaria alternata).该菌的最适生长温度为28℃,最适合生长pH为6.5.本文对苹果皮孔斑点病的病因进行了讨论.     

刘店矿首采区煤层特征及煤厚变化分析

刘店矿首采区在开采时发现断层较多,煤层厚度不稳定,给矿井施工和生产带来很大困难.根据收集的资料,总结了首采区主采煤层的项底板岩性、厚度及变化、结构等特征,从沉积环境及变化、岩浆岩的侵蚀和断层构造等方面分析了首采区煤层厚度变化原因.     

基于射频识别技术的智能停车场系统的研究与设计

随着射频技术(RFID)的不断发展,其应用越来越广泛。针对传统停车场存在着收费管理混乱及整体动作效率低等问题,根据智能停车场管理的特点,提出了智能停车场管理系统的框架结构,并对智能停车场管理系统的总体方案和功能进行了详细的分析,该系统实现了停车场的智能化和信息化管理。     

社会主义核心价值体系认同状况的调查与思考——以福建省为例

社会主义核心价值体系是社会主义意识形态的本质体现,是全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础,是“兴国之魂”,决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向。但调查结果表明,当前公民对社会主义核心价值体系的认同度不容乐观,还存在不少问题,亟待加强教育和正确引导。党和政府必须通过正确运用媒介、改变教育方式、培育公民社会、落实公平正义等措施,大力提升公民对社会主义核心价值体系的认同度,以形成全民族奋发向上的精神力量和团结和睦的精神纽带,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴提供正确的思想保障和强大的精神支持。     

The mud,the blood,and the beer guys: Organizational osmosis in blue‐collar work groups

This essay examines the communicative processes associated with organizational assimilation within blue‐collar work groups in a manufacturing company. The study hinges on a heretofore unidentified variation to traditional assimilation models, labeled as organizational osmosis. Organizational osmosis refers to the seemingly effortless adoption of the ideas, values, and culture of an organization on the basis of preexisting socialization experiences. The study explores how a common ideological grounding and anticipatory socialization experiences increase identification mechanisms among work group members. This ideological grounding is influenced by interaction with family, friends, and peers during anticipatory stages and results in organizational osmosis. Because these newcomers strongly identify with the values and goals of the organization, these members submit to mechanisms of control and discipline in their work group. The essay concludes with implications for the future study of communication within blue‐collar work populations.     

‘My music,my freedom(?): the troubled pursuit of musical and intellectual independence on the Internet in Indonesia’

In Indonesia, the Internet has reshaped music industry praxis, particularly artist marketing and promotion. It is also a primary resource for artistic inspiration, providing musicians and producers with unprecedented access to recording artists worldwide. Finally, for the nation's top musicians, the Internet can lead to national and even international recognition, by means independent of – and even superior to – the production, distribution, or promotional support Indonesia's major record labels can provide. Answering Lysloff's call that examinations of digital media should consider how and why they are meaningful,this qualitative analysis examines the Internet practices consultants believe have radically reshaped Indonesia's national music industry and advanced its global impact. Particularly among the nation's self-described non-mainstream or independent music professionals, the Internet has revolutionized professional and social communication. Furthermore, through online intellectual critique, individual contributors also debate artistic ideals, as well as broader social and political problems. The Internet, thus, circumscribes a network of musically and socially likeminded individuals who engage in thoughtful debate about the arts and society in a presumably safe and egalitarian environment. There are limits to the Internet's equanimity and its users’ abilities to secure artistic and intellectual independence; however, spatial proximity to the music industry's epicenter in Jakarta, rhetorical dexterity in Internet correspondence, and Internet legislation all pose particular challenges to the democratization of Indonesia's independent music industry network and the professional and social relationships that happen through its channels.     

3～5岁儿童特质识别中的行为频次效应和效价效应

以3岁、4岁和5岁组共111名儿童为被试,考察了学前儿童特质识别中的行为频次效应和效价效应。结果发现：首先,至少从3岁开始,儿童就能够根据他人的外部行为推断其特质,即进行特质识别;其次,与低频行为相比,高频行为条件下,儿童特质识别的成绩更高;最后,儿童特质识别中存在“积极偏向”,他们对积极行为的特质识别成绩显著高于对消极行为的特质识别成绩。
