Warm-up is an essential component for optimizing performance before an exercise session. This study investigated that the immediate effects of vibration rolling (VR), nonvibration rolling (NVR), and static stretching as a part of a warm-up regimen on the flexibility, knee joint proprioception, muscle strength, and dynamic balance of the lower extremity in young adults. Compared with the preintervention, VR induced the range of motion of knee flexion and extension significantly increased by 2.5% and 6%, respectively, and isokinetic peak torque and dynamic balance for muscle strength and dynamic balance increased by 33%–35% and 1.5%, respectively. In the three conditions, most outcomes between VR and NVR were comparable; however, the participants had a significantly higher knee joint reposition error after NVR than after VR, indicating that NVR would have a hampering knee joint proprioception effect. In particular, compared with static stretching, VR significantly increased the quadriceps muscle strength by 2-fold and dynamic balance by 1.8-fold. These findings suggest that athletic professionals may take VR into account for designing more efficient and effective preperformance routine to improve exercise performances. Establishing a positive, proactive approach to issues such as plagiarism requires that students are equipped with the skills and experience to act with integrity, and that educators are fully aware of the attitudes and ability of students, particularly when they start university. This project used a questionnaire-based methodology to probe the attitudes, ability and confidence of undergraduates newly enrolled at a university in the UK, with a focus on concepts relating to written assignments. New undergraduates were confident in their understanding of plagiarism, yet performed poorly on simple tests of referencing. Students were generally of the opinion that academic misconduct should be modestly penalised compared to the standard penalties imposed by the UK higher education sector. Positive correlations were found between confidence, performance and recommended penalties, suggesting that confident students did better on tests of simple tests of referencing, and recommended more severe penalties for transgressions of academic integrity. These correlations were supported by findings that new postgraduates were more confident than new undergraduates, recommended more severe penalties and performed better in the simple tests of referencing. Findings are discussed in the context of educational needs identified for students, educators and institutions. 相似文献

使用消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物作为PRB材料,进行原位处理铀水冶尾矿酸性渗滤水的可行性实验研究.研究显示了PRB材料中和酸性渗滤水的效果很好,单位立方厘米的比例分别为1∶3、1∶4、1∶6的消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物可以中和pH值为2.94的渗滤水体积分别为2.23 L、1.66 L、1.34 L;并且对U的去除有明显的效果,pH大于6时,穿透水中金属U的浓度都小于0.1 mg/L;pH大于7时,则穿透水中金属U的浓度大部分小于0.05 mg/L;实验过程中混合物的渗透性只有1∶3的降低,其它二种却没有影响.利用消石灰与炼锗煤渣混合物中和铀水冶尾矿酸性渗出水是可行的. 相似文献

通过预拉伸模拟出阀门用镀锡板冲压后板面黑线缺陷,结合扫描电镜以及能谱分析、三维轮廓仪详细分析了黑线产生原因,结果表明:(1)冲压前镀锡板的表面状态对冲压后表面有着直接影响,冲压后板面轧制纹路会放大,粗大突出的纹路会造成宏观上视觉黑线。(2)黑线缺陷处为板面高点,根据复印关系,板面高点对应轧辊低点,轧辊表面质量直接影响镀锡板板面形貌。(3)通过优化轧辊表面来提升板面形貌,从而解决冲压黑线问题。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis article explores the interplay of the ‘live’ experience of drama learning in the classroom and curated digital content on learner meaning making, collaborative creation and subjectivities. It examines a case study conducted in an inner-city secondary school in Sydney, Australia, as part of a larger innovative international collaborative drama exercise entitled ‘The Water Reckoning Project’ (http://www.water-reckoning.net) which focussed on sustainability education. Data collected and analysed included ethnographic observations, video documentation and digital curation of students’ creative work, focus groups, and pre- and post-surveys. Findings of this study reveal the importance of the aesthetically charged, embodied experience of drama as the key driver of learning when integrating drama with digital technologies. This unique project enabled students to critically and creatively engage with significant real and fictional contexts, as well as issues of local and global relevance. 相似文献

研究了Alsi/al梯度铝合金压制板材在热轧大塑性变形后的组织、成分和性能变化,特别是梯度过渡区的塑性变形特征。结果说明:在变形温度为757K下,压制态合金板材经过热轧的大塑性变形后仍然保持着良好的梯度分布特征。随着变形量的增加,热轧板材梯度过渡层的非均匀性有所减少,芯部显微硬度值有所增加。 相似文献
