对在线考试系统的开发模式进行研究,提出基于．NET三层架构的web在线考试系统的总体结构,分析系统实现的功能,重点研究和实现了安全验证、基于知识点优先权的组卷算法、主观题评阅等核心功能,有效地解决了传统考试的弊端,提高了考务管理工作的效率．     

Comparative study on activating fly ash by quick lime and slaked lime: effects and kinetics

Lime, which is a frequently used activating agent of fly ash （FA）, has two main states： slaked lime and quick lime. We studied the effects of slaked lime and quick lime on activating FA, and discussed their kinetics. The results show that slaked lime is more beneficial for activating FA than quick lime given the condition of equivalent CaO amount. The use of slaked lime has superiority in technology and economy on activating FA. Theoretical analysis revealed that the kinetic constant of the activation reaction using slaked lime is higher than using quick lime, credited to the better volume stability and fineness, and smaller water demand of slaked lime.

通过对国内外186种科技期刊目次页和参考文献中"et al"编辑规范问题进行调查研究后发现,国内科技期刊"etal"的编排格式较之国外科技期刊更为混乱.针对该问题进行了分析,并对其规范化问题提出建议.     

整理活动方式对消除运动员运动后血乳酸效果的分析

采用实验法，比较安静休息、轻松整理活动和专项整理活动方式对运动后血乳酸的清除、消除心理疲劳的效果。结果发现：积极性的整理活动效果明显优于安静休息；轻松整理活动和专项整理活动对血乳酸的清除效果无显著性差异，但轻松整理活动对消除心理疲劳的效果优于专项整理活动。     

Improving the Comparability and Local Usefulness of International Assessments: A Look Back and A Way Forward

Over time international large-scale assessments have grown in terms of number of studies, cycles, and participating countries, many of which are a heterogeneous mix of economies, languages, cultures, and geography. This heterogeneity has meaningful consequences for comparably measuring both achievement and non-achievement constructs, such as social and emotional skills. In this paper we propose one way to directly incorporate country-specific differences into the methods used to construct background scales. We use research that demonstrates data quality issues in international assessment and the degree to which these issues can impact inferences. Our proposed solution incorporates innovations that have been developed for achievement measures but have not been applied to background scales. We demonstrate this possible solution with PISA 2012 data.
