高职院校学生培养模式探索

高职院校学生培养模式直接关系到高职院校的建设和发展方向。在调查问卷和毕业生跟踪调查的基础上,主要从对学生培养模式的认识、专业设置和师资队伍建设等方面,指出了目前高职院校在学生培养模式上存在的问题,进而提出了相应的对策和建议。     

利益整合与权力重构:后税费时代的乡村治理

当代中国乡村社会利益关系的嬗变和权力结构的变迁无疑成为乡村社会治理最为关键和核心的要素。进入后税费时代后,乡村社会利益关系的嬗变使国家在乡村社会的治理正经历从"控制逻辑"到"服务逻辑"的转变。然而,这样的转变一定程度上导致了"治理真空"、政策认同弱化以及利益表达和利益传输不畅等问题。从权力结构来看,无论是国家权力在乡村社会的进退,还是"积极"和"消极"的控制,客观上都难以有效克服内在的缺陷和不足。进入后税费时代的乡村治理,应通过有效提升国家权力的整合效度,推进国家与社会合作,进而确保乡村社会善治的最终实现。     

论高校学生社团在学生党员发展工作中的作用

学生党员发展工作是高校学生党建工作的重要内容,而学生党员的质量事关高校基层党组织政治核心地位和战斗堡垒作用的发挥。新时期,发展学生党员工作应着眼学生党员队伍整体质量提高的要求,重视高校学生社团组织在提高学生党员质量中的作用,特别要挖掘高校学生社团组织在扩大党组织的思想引领影响、充实党组织考察培养内容与巩固学生党组织的群众基础等方面的作用,推动学生党员发展工作扎实开展。     

对新时期高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育改革的审视

通过对相关文献的归纳梳理,对当前高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育改革的可行性进行剖析,指出了新时期高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育面临的主要问题:课程地位过度边缘化;理论研究与实践严重脱节;政策、法规和监督机制的不完善;课程体系的混乱;课外体育活动组织的缺失。在此基础上,对高校体育弱势学生群体体育教育的发展进行展望。     

Making It Fit: Reshaping Library Services and Spaces for Today's Students

University course assignments increasingly focus on group work and group projects to help students collaboratively discover more about their fields of study. The Thomas G. Carpenter Library realized the need to investigate means for reimagining itself to better accommodate today's researchers. The complex process of planning for the redesign of both services and space undertaken by the library is described and explained in this first of a planned series of articles.     

Books Not Burgers: Six Highly Effective Ways to Motivate and Retain Library Student Employees

Although there is a healthy amount in the literature about the importance of motivating student library employees in an academic setting, very little of it discusses the practical aspects of how to motivate students. A supervisor must often use ideas from other disciplines, including the business world and academia. In this article, the author suggests six highly effective, yet cost-conscious methods that have been used successfully in an academic library setting to keep student employees motivated and to retain them year after year. These six methods are: (a) encouraging autonomy, (b) holding contests, (c) providing food, (d) being open to suggestions, (e) using employee strengths, and (f) celebrating seasonal or university-specific events.     

Student Participation in Scholarly Communication and Library Digital Collections: A Case Study from the University of Washington Bothell Library

The University of Washington Bothell & Cascadia College Library recently partnered with a faculty member to develop a digital collection showcasing student-produced digital oral histories. This case study describes the role of the library as faculty partner, student resource, and repository/publisher. Archiving and publishing requirements—such as file formats, agreement forms, and metadata—were integrated into the assignment and included as part of each project's overall evaluation and grade. Librarians provided instruction to teach students about topics related to knowledge production and scholarly communication. Assessment included student feedback surveys and faculty feedback to librarians.

学校是进行体育教育的最有利场所。学生走向社会,能否继续经常地从事体育锻炼并达到很好的锻炼目的,最根本取决于自身的体育能力和体育兴趣,而学生的体育能力和体育兴趣的培养取决于高校公共体育教育的方法和手段。大学体育作为学校体育的最后一站,作为学校体育和社会体育的衔接点,它对培养学生的体育能力和体育兴趣具有特别的意义。而使学生得到充分发展和养成终身体育锻炼的良好习惯和运动能力,在学生的一生中会起到至关重要的作用。     

乡村旅游组织模式与乡村社区和谐关系研究——以拉萨桑木村为例

乡村旅游组织模式构成主体的责权利关系是影响社区和谐的关键性因素。试以拉萨桑木村乡村旅游组织模式为例,构建乡村旅游社区和谐评价指标体系,并运用模糊数学对其进行综合评价;然后从其组织模式构成主体的责权利入手,揭示组织模式与乡村社区和谐的因果关系,认为导致乡村社区不和谐的主要原因是各利益主体责权利的失衡,尤其是责任的缺失,并在此基础上提出相应的建议。

传媒艺术类大学生在整个大学生群体中有着自己鲜明的特点,我们要发挥该类毕业生的特点,抓住我国经济快速发展特别是文化创意产业发展的历史机遇,来促进传媒艺术类大学生得以充分就业。拟对传媒艺术类大学生的就业情况进行了较为细致的调查,分析了毕业生就业所存在的问题,并对如何促进传媒艺术类大学生充分就业提出相应的对策。
