运动性损伤后肌肉再生和修复研究 ——肌肉粗提液对于运动性损伤骨骼肌的作用观察

以大鼠下坡跑运动至骨骼肌损伤为模型,利用SDS- PAGE 电泳对肌肉粗提液进行成分分析,细胞培养测定蛋白活性,免疫组化染色计数在体增殖细胞。实验结果表明,肌肉粗提液中存在促使在体卫星细胞增殖的生肌因子。

Conceptual navigation in knowledge management environments using NavCon

This article presents conceptual navigation and NavCon, an architecture that implements this navigation in World Wide Web pages. NavCon architecture makes use of ontology as metadata to contextualize user search for information. Based on ontologies, NavCon automatically inserts conceptual links in Web pages. By using these links, the user may navigate in a graph representing ontology concepts and their relationships. By browsing this graph, it is possible to reach documents associated with the user desired ontology concept. This Web navigation supported by ontology concepts we call conceptual navigation. Conceptual navigation is a technique to browse Web sites within a context. The context filters relevant retrieved information. The context also drives user navigation through paths that meet his needs. A company may implement conceptual navigation to improve user search for information in a knowledge management environment. We suggest that the use of an ontology to conduct navigation in an Intranet may help the user to have a better understanding about the knowledge structure of the company.     

An elaborated model of social search

Search engine researchers typically depict search as the solitary activity of an individual searcher. In contrast, results from our critical-incident survey of 150 users on Amazon’s Mechanical Turk service suggest that social interactions play an important role throughout the search process. A second survey of also 150 users, focused instead on difficulties encountered during searches, suggests similar conclusions. These social interactions range from highly coordinated collaborations with shared goals to loosely coordinated collaborations in which only advice is sought. Our main contribution is that we have integrated models from previous work in sensemaking and information-seeking behavior to present a canonical social model of user activities before, during, and after a search episode, suggesting where in the search process both explicitly and implicitly shared information may be valuable to individual searchers.     

卫星扩频通信中一种窄带干扰抑制的组合方案

针对基于OQPSK调制的卫星扩频通信系统,研究了一种基于重叠加窗DFT的窄带干扰抑制技术.对满足条件的若干窗函数分别进行了仿真,并详细分析了其性能与旁瓣特性的内在联系. 从有效性与实现复杂度上分析了最新的几种变换域处理算法,如CME、预切除算法与FCME等,对它们的性能进行了仿真和比较. 最后得到了Hann窗与预切除算法相结合的干扰抑制方案. 结果表明,与传统的Capozza方案相比,该方案能有效提高系统的误码性能,约5dB.     

黄瓜花叶病毒卫星RNA的研究进展

黄瓜花叶病毒卫星RNA是寄生于黄瓜花叶病毒粒子内的小分子核酸,卫星RNA必须依赖辅助病毒的复制而复制并反过来干扰CMV的复制,从而影响寄主的病状表现;CMV卫星RNA常被用于病毒病生物防治,也是研究小分子RNA与较高级病毒与寄主相互关系较合适的一种模式。近年来黄瓜花叶病毒卫星RNA的研究主要包括CMV卫星RNA对寄主症状的调节作用,卫星RNA的结构、遗传学性质、与辅助病毒互作的分子机制及其在基因工程中的应用。
