从《庄子》的神话思维看庄子的循环变化思想

庄子是中国古代思想家中最善运用神话的人。《庄子》一书气势磅礴,汪洋恣肆,将其独特的道家思想蕴于神话之中,通过运用神话阐释他心中的循环变化思想。从鲲与鹏,庄周与蝶,种有几,混沌之死,瓠与瓢等5个神话可以看出庄子独特的内心世界。庄子以其特有的神话思维方式,气象万千的想象力,影响着中国文化。     

Teaching and Learning about Language Change (Part One)

With particular reference to recent developments (including some in communication‐technology), this first of two papers explores the nature of ‘language change’ – its kinds, mechanisms and effects – and some attitudes towards it. It then suggests a case for teaching and learning about language change (bearing in mind, particularly, students in the 11–16 age range). The second paper, which will appear in Changing English 18:2, suggests approaches of two broad kinds and contexts: (1) as opportunities arise in undertaking other work; and (2) within planned, ‘set‐piece’ activities. Extensive notes/references are offered as support to teachers.     

Gender Adeptness Among Educational Administrators for Leading Innovative Initiatives in Public Education

It may be concluded that female administrators are perceived as being more adept than their male counterparts for leading innovation in schools and leveraging resources into productive outputs. It may be concluded that both genders of administrators perceive such efforts similarly. The only two skills where gender is significant are the two eornpetencies identified as being alert for new opportunities and synthesizing ideas into focused projects. For the other eight skills indicated in the survey, gender did not play a significant role in such perceptions.

Searching high gray scale FPD scanning matrix based on PSO

With the increase of gray scale and flat panel display (FPD) size, subspace bitwise scanning strategy can be replaced traditional scanning method to cut down frame frequency. However, the direct searching strategy (DSS) becomes unfeasible to obtain corresponding high gray scale scanning matrix. Thus, particle swarm optimization (PSO) is introduced to accelerate searching for high gray scale weights scanning matrix (WSM) with its parallelism and global optimization feature. Finally a WSM of 256 gray scales is found out successfully with Matlab, which both gray linearity and scanning efficiency are satisfied.     

中国的城市化与土地制度改革

我国宪法一方面规定城市的土地归国家所有,农村的土地归集体所有,这就意味着无论是公益性还是非公益性土地需求,都必须通过国家的征地行为来满足,必须先变成国有;另一方面《宪法》又明确表明,国家只有出于公共利益的需要,才能对农地进行征收或者征用。现行征地制度中存在着这个二律背反,应进一步创新和完善城市国有土地制度改革和农村集体土地制度改革的基本思路,尤其要重视研究解决城乡建设用地增减挂钩中土地增值的分配、城市化与土地适度规模经营以及农民增收的关系、城乡宅基地同权同价以及粮食安全责任分摊等问题。     

江苏省幼儿园教师规模现状及其“十二五”需求预测

为实现《江苏省中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的全省学前教育“十二五”发展目标,需要科学地预测和估算江苏省“十二五”期间新增幼儿数及幼儿教师数.本研究结果显示,按照35/2的师生比,江苏省现有幼儿教师数量不仅总量不足,而且存在显著的地区分布差异,主要是经济欠发达地区幼儿教师缺口较大.未来5年,根据江苏省人口出生率与在园幼儿数推算,江苏省幼儿教师缺口将达到3万人左右,其中专科及以上学历者缺2.7万名,本科及以上学历者缺1.05万人.为弥补幼儿教师数量与质量的不足,各级政府应继续加大财政投入,并逐步主要投向幼儿教师的培养、培训及待遇保障;教育行政部门应合理规划幼师生培养规模,多渠道增加幼儿教师培养数量,同时应加强现有幼儿教师学历培训.     

试论合同法中的情事变更原则

情事变更原则是在民商事活动中以诚实信用原则为基础逐渐演绎出来的，其在适用条件、法律效力方面不同于不可抗力、显失公平和商业风险，虽然没有被写进我国的新《合同法》，但它已逐渐被其他许多国家的民商事立法所确认，成为一项较为基本的民商事活动原则。
