初中英语合作学习的探索

合作学习作为一种新型的学习方式,它包括同伴互助学习,小组合作学习、全员合作教学三种主要形式。英语教师应在听、说、读、写四方面开展学生的合作学习,以收到最佳教学效果。     

商丘方音辩正举要

有人说,一种方言的消亡,就意味着当地人民世代相传的那种交际和思维工具的永远丧失,意味着当地独具特色的地域文化载体的永远丧失。从这个意义上讲,摘方言凋查是进行文化遗产的抢救工作。商丘属北方方言区,商丘方音在声、韵、调方面有自己的、不同于普通话及其他方言的语音系统。我们列举商丘方音声、韵、调方面的一些特点,比较一下同普通话的差别,以期人们对商丘方言有所认识,并帮助商丘方言区的人学好普通话。     

工薪族川柳的修辞特点及反映的社会诸相

川柳是日本的一种定型诗。工薪族川柳是由工薪阶层创作的川柳,其创作一直兴盛不衰。随着外来语的增多．将外来语与固有词汇结合起来的双关修辞、利用不同汉字间的相似性等修辞手法,使得川柳的创作更具灵活性和时代感。工薪族川柳反映了工薪族的生活各方面的状况。工薪族川柳获得了巨大发展,从本质来说它是一种平民文学艺术形式;从背景来看,在于新时代新事物的不断涌现。压力巨大的工薪族,在川柳的创作和欣赏中能缓解些许压力。     

“意象”的现象学观

“意象” ,作为意象派的核心概念 ,包含主观的“意”和客观的“象”两个层面 ;而“现象” ,在现象学中 ,即是本质 ,又是可以被直观的客体。从“意象”与“现象”之间的内在联系 ,并从现象学的文学作品艺术结构的四个层次解读了意象派诗歌的艺术内质     

Students Promoted Despite Test Failure

No Child Left Behind (NCLB) dictates students in Grades 3, 5, and 8 pass state tests to be promoted. Accordingly, most state education codes require students to pass reading and math exams for promotion. The majority of those who fail, however, appear to be promoted anyway. This article addresses core questions concerning the paradigm under which NCLB operates, what it means to promote or retain a student, and the consequences of these actions.

Democratic reform and the emergence of special needs education in Lithuania

Lithuanian educators began working towards the transformation of their educational system in the late 1980s. The movement away from centralized control and an education based on Soviet ideology was central to the Democracy movement in this country and other former Soviet republics. This paper demonstrates the ways in which the movement towards a democratic system built on contemporary Lithuanian values, beliefs and culture has included concerns for the education of children with special needs. By tracing Lithuanian cultural and historic traditions related to the education and care of individuals with disabilities, before, during and after the Soviet period of Soviet occupation, the authors demonstrate the relationship between social-historic contexts and the development of inclusive schools, i.e. general education settings that serve all children. The current status of education for children with special needs is discussed. This discussion includes current legislation and professional preparation, as well as identifying barriers to democratic reform and the creation of an inclusive educational system.
