论编辑的学者素质

根据《辞海》对“学者”的释义,认为“编辑”与“学者”两者关系不是同一关系,而是从属关系,“编辑”是“主,”“学者”是“从”。分析编辑的学者素质的特征:编辑应当比一般学者更具有学术的品格,更善于跳出具体课题的解析,而去把握学术问题的发展史,更善于比较一组相邻但不同学科论著的得失高下。     

大学教师发展：教学学术的新视角

数以万计的大学教师发展问题亟待解决,这也是当前提高高等教育质量和建设高等教育强国面临的艰巨任务。引入教学学术理论,从教学学术的视角研究大学教师发展将具有重要意义。教育者、研究者和学习者角色的统一融合体就应该是大学教师最核心和最重要的角色,这样的角色定位有利于大学教师的发展。好的教学还应意味着,教师既是学者又是学生,因此应该加强教师与学生之间的交流,形成一个师生学习共同体。教师与教师之间的学习共同体和教师与学生之间的学习共同体都可以促进大学教师的发展,大学教师的发展也都需要这些学习共同体的熏陶和培养。每位教师都必须坚持忠诚的最高标准,既要重视教师职业道德修养也要加强学术道德修养。     

让教学成为共同的财富--舒尔曼大学教学学术思想解读

现任卡内基教学促进基金会主席李·舒尔曼(Lee Shulman)博士对大学教学学术运动在美国的发展起到了很大的推动作用.本文主要从教学何以成为学术及教学学术的实践两方面对舒尔曼的教学学术思想进行概要的梳理.     

Can ‘pooling teaching tips’ be more than ‘pooling teaching tips’?

Abstract

There is increasing interest in how academic development of various kinds influences university teaching and student learning. To date the focus has been on formal, expert-led opportunities to learn how to teach. Our institution has developed a less formal, participant-led forum for teaching staff that was initially established to share ideas on teaching techniques and skills. We report here on participant-led research that explores if and how this model of group learning works, and how it might relate to other models that have been applied to tertiary teaching development. Authors adopted a self-study research framework incorporating a collaborative autoethnography. The data emphasises how participants use this forum as a community of practice, as a means for deep engagement with learning about teaching, and as a means to rationally manage their learning against a backdrop of challenges associated with learning to teach in research-led higher education.     

Transforming academic practice through scholarship

In the context of the fast changing university, how are academics to grow the capacity to cope with continual change and what can academic/faculty developers do to assist them? The paper first establishes the context of higher education as a challenging environment. It then reviews ideas about scholarship and explores the application of these ideas to university study of students and academics. It examines the role of the scholarship of teaching and learning in developing the capacity for critical reflection and then applies these ideas to academic practice more generally. Finally, the implications for academic development are addressed.

Dans un contexte de mutation rapide de l’université, comment les universitaires parviennent‐ils à développer la capacité à faire face au changement continuel et que peuvent faire les conseillers pédagogiques pour les aider? Cet article décrit d’abord le contexte de l’enseignement supérieur comme un environnement rempli de défis. Il examine ensuite des idées liées à l’érudition (scholarship) et explore l’application de ces idées à l’étude universitaire des étudiants et des universitaires. L’article examine le rôle joué par le scholarship of teaching and learning dans le développement de la capacité de réflexion critique et applique ensuite ces idées à la pratique académique de façon plus générale. Finalement, les implications pour le développement pédagogique sont présentées.     

我国高校学生助学金评定方法研究——基于准入机制与过程公平的视角

我国自1999年开始实行的多元化学生资助体系,为缓解贫困生接受高等教育的压力提供了实质性保障.而“伪贫困生”暴露了目前我国助学金评定方法的缺陷,如贫困生经济信息的缺失和评定过程的公平缺失.助学金评定需要建立“准入-评定-发放-监管-反馈”的科学体系,基于准入机制与过程公平的视角对高校学生助学金评定方法进行研究.     

少壮埋首勤耕耘 晚年伏枥更奋蹄——著名修辞学家宗廷虎先生学术历程回瞻

2012年8月18日,复旦大学中国语言文学研究所组织召开了"汉语修辞史与汉语修辞学史学术研讨会暨宗廷虎先生80华诞庆贺会",笔者提交的发言稿主要谈三点:宗先生一生硕果累累,奖项不断;宗先生退休后的成就超越退休前;宗先生的学术贡献将永垂青史。     

基于变权AHP法的高校奖学金评定

结合目前多数高校奖学金评定制度,选取学习成绩、学生工作、获奖情况和民主投票这四个因素作为评定指标,首先采用加权平均法和变权平均法求出学习成绩,并对各指标进行量化,进而利用变权A胛法算出最终排名,最后对本文方案进行分析．

The Prague Spring Archive at the University of Texas at Austin

ABSTRACT

There is a noted lack of primary historical documents related to the Prague Spring, one of the key moments in the Cold War, available online. As such, there is a need for an online resource that presents these primary documents in their entirety, allowing researchers and the public to engage with these materials in a user-friendly, open access format. The Prague Spring Archive, a new project at The University of Texas at Austin, fills this gap. This article addresses the development, promotion, and future steps of the project.
