关于新闻教育联合办学模式的思考

以培养新闻人才、促进新闻事业发展为终极目的的新闻教育应随着新闻事业的发展而不断创新。在新闻事业日新月异发展的今天，时代呼唤新的教学模式——联合办学模式。联合办学是一种对住、共赢的教学模式。     

广播电视大学实现跨越式发展的若干思考

在国家现代远程教育工程中,广播电视大学要实现跨越式发展,首先必须深刻领会“开放”的真正内涵,牢牢把握开放教育的发展方向;要坚持多渠道、多形式、多层次的发展思路;还要抓好计算机多媒体的开发与建设,并注意多种媒体手段的优化配置和综合作用,发挥其整体效益。     

高校校运动会的现状调查及改革的时代特征

采用文献法、调查法、统计法、分析法等 ,就高等学校运动会的现状 ,对福建省 14所本科院校 15 40名师生员工进行了调查研究。结果表明 :当前高校传统运动会筹划主体单一 ,参与目的功利性强 ,项目设置竞技化 ,参与对象精英化 ,文化层面狭窄 ,经费来源单一。体育文化节取代传统校运会是时代发展的必然趋势 ,其大众性、娱乐性、健身性、竞技性、主体性、人文性、时尚性等鲜明的时代征反映了社会发展对高校校运会的重新认识和定位 ,体现了素质教育思想、终身体育思想在高校体育领域内中的充分展现。     

Reliability of power and velocity variables collected during the traditional and ballistic bench press exercise

This study aimed to examine the reliability of different power and velocity variables during the Smith machine bench press (BP) and bench press throw (BPT) exercises. Twenty-two healthy men conducted four testing sessions after a preliminary BP one-repetition maximum (1RM) test. In a counterbalanced order, participants performed two sessions of BP in one week and two sessions of BPT in another week. Mean propulsive power, peak power, mean propulsive velocity, and peak velocity at each tenth percentile (20–70% of 1RM) were recorded by a linear transducer. The within-participants coefficient of variation (CV) was higher for the load–power relationship compared to the load–velocity relationship in both the BP (5.3% vs. 4.1%; CV ratio = 1.29) and BPT (4.7% vs. 3.4%; CV ratio = 1.38). Mean propulsive variables showed lower reliability than peak variables in both the BP (5.4% vs. 4.0%, CV ratio = 1.35) and BPT (4.8% vs. 3.3%, CV ratio = 1.45). All variables were deemed reliable, with the peak velocity demonstrating the lowest within-participants CV. Based upon these findings, the peak velocity should be chosen for the accurate assessment of BP and BPT performance.     

境外高校独立办学立法的现实诉求与思考

推进境外高校独立办学立法是重大教育改革于法有据的必然要求,是支持跨境教育新业态健康发展的法治保障,也是推进跨境教育治理现代化的必由之路。海南自由贸易港应尽快制定境外高校独立办学的专门管理法规,以区域性跨境教育先行先试,进而辐射更大区域、更大范围乃至带动全国教育领域改革开放的协同发展。境外高校独立办学立法的主要原则是教育主权原则、教育公益性原则、高校独立办学原则和透明原则。立法的重点是厘定独立办学机构的法律地位,明确其法律权利和义务,规范其审批程序,加强政府部门对独立办学行为的监管和不当行为的责任追究,实现境外高校独立办学法治化、规范化。     

让教育研究走向生活体验

传统的教育研究由于远离了个体的生活体验而丧失了生活意义。本文认为,当代教育研究应该注重生活体验,走向生活体验。也就是说,教育研究是在真实教育情境中以个体的生活体验为基础进行的研究;教育研究是研究者作为主体积极参与的一种价值负载活动;在教育研究者与研究对象之间应该建立一种平等互动的关系。因此,当代教育研究应该注重叙事研究,关注教师的个体体验和个体实践知识,在教育理论工作者与教育实践工作者之间开展广泛的合作与对话。     

中学教师的需要现状和中学管理的激励策略研究

对上海市中学任课教师的抽样调查和分析表明 :目前中学教师需要的总平均满足水平一般 ,其中生理需要的满足水平较低 ,极明显地低于需要的总平均满足水平 (P〈0 0 1 ) ,安全、归属和爱、自我实现需要的满足水平较高 ,自尊需要的满足水平一般。针对中学教师需要满足水平的现状 ,中学管理者要运用激励的系统策略、权变策略、发展策略 ,以全面提高学校管理的效益     

Building a whole school approach and teacher efficacy with English language learners

Current professional development initiatives show a preference for whole school approaches. However, pedagogy related to English language learners (ELLs) is often not widely dispersed in New Zealand primary schools, impacting on teacher efficacy with these learners. This paper discusses findings from a qualitative study which aimed to identify influences shaping the dispersal of ELL-related pedagogy in two schools in contrasting socio-economic areas. Data from semi-structured individual interviews with teachers at different class levels revealed unique patterns for the dispersal of ELL-related pedagogy in each school. Teacher data indicated that these patterns were influenced by the performance of ELLs in national standards testing, as well as the special characteristics of ELLs in each setting and the distinctive nature of each context. The dispersal of ELL pedagogy in each school impacted differentially on opportunities to build a sense of collective teaching efficacy with ELLs in that setting, but also raised questions about whether one size should be expected to fit all.     

高等教育中外合作办学的历史与反思

中外合作办学经过二十多年的发展,正逐渐规范和成熟。我们在看到其有利于学习境外先进的教育内容、教育观念和教育管理方法,提高我国高等教育的质量,有利于提高我国高校的竞争力和知名度等积极意义的同时,也应该看到在办学过程中可能出现的教育主权与文化主权的冲突,教育市场化与教育特殊性之间的矛盾等问题。     

Beginning and end of the internship: student teachers’ interpersonal profiles and the accuracy of their self-beliefs

An important purpose of internships in teacher preparation programmes is to develop competence through experience. The research questions in the present study concern student teachers’ interpersonal profiles (i.e. patterns of their interpersonal behaviour as perceived by students) and the accuracy of their self-belief regarding the interpersonal relationship with students at the beginning and end of the internship. Participants were student teachers (n=34) of a one-year teacher education programme. There were fewer student teachers with preferable interpersonal profiles at the end of the internship than in the beginning. Self-beliefs at the beginning indicated that the majority of student teachers were underestimating themselves; at the end of the internship most of them were overestimating themselves. About two-thirds had more accurate self-beliefs at the end of the internship than at the beginning. Overestimating oneself seemed negatively related to more accurate self-beliefs at the end of the internship and student teachers with more preferable profiles had more accurate self-beliefs.
