民国出版界与图书馆界的互动及影响——以出版人张元济的图书馆事业为中心考察

文章以出版人张元济的图书馆事业为中心,通过对张元济参与图书馆事业的历程以及其图书馆理念与实践的考察,窥探民国出版界与图书馆界的互动及影响,最后指出,两个看似"跨界"的界别同属特殊的"文化事业"行业,需要紧密合作才能实现共赢,而至今缺乏的就是缺少张元济式的人,一个真正以"文化精神"办"文化事业"的知识分子群体。     

基于主题图的非物质文化遗产数字资源整合实证分析

[目的/意义]非物质文化遗产资源具有重要的社会价值,将主题图技术应用于非物质文化遗产数字资源的整合中,能够更好地实现非物质文化遗产数字资源的传承与保护。[方法/过程]在分析非物质文化遗产数字资源的主题、关联关系和资源标引的基础上,构建非物质文化遗产数字资源主题图并实现其可视化。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,主题图技术的应用可以为非物质文化遗产数字资源提供基于语义的整合,并将主题之间的关联直观地展示给用户,为用户提供可视化导航。     

拥抱技术的变革:智媒时代对公共图书馆服务重塑的启示

随着信息和人工智能等技术的发展,"智媒时代"正在加速来临,智能化、场景化、共享化成为内容传播的三大趋势,图书馆与用户、内容的关系也将重新连接、深度交互。作为推广"全民阅读"重要阵地的公共图书馆,已经迎来了发展和变革的重要时间节点,以人、馆和资源之间的智能互联为特征,公共图书馆的运营模式、服务转型和空间生态都在发生深刻变化,一切职能转型和服务创新都必须围绕用户的需求和体验进行,进而成为提供智能化、泛在化、人性化服务的——"智慧型"第三文化空间,实现从"书的图书馆"到"人的图书馆"的终极跨越。     

《中国水稻科学》769篇退稿的追踪调查与思考

为了自查编辑的退稿失误率,提高编辑初审退稿的准确率,兼顾编辑工作效率和期刊质量,调查了《中国水稻科学》2010—2014年间的769篇退稿在他刊的发表情况。截至2017年5月,235篇未发表,534篇退稿在125种刊物上发表,其中92篇退稿发表在影响因子高于1.0的期刊。17篇退稿出现一稿两刊。在刊出的534篇文章中,134篇被引频次为0,102篇被引频次为1,181篇被引频次为2~5,被引频次在10以上的仅有65篇。笔者认为,通过提高编辑的学术素养,增进对专业研究领域的把握,可以减少稿件误判率,做到精准退稿,同时,编辑应掌握沟通技巧,培养亲和力,保证期刊的可持续发展。     

运用数据库定量分析遴选英文科技期刊编委

编委会对科技期刊的发展起着至关重要的作用。组建一支优质而高效的编委会队伍可以为打造优秀科技期刊奠定坚实的基础。本文以《仿生工程学报》编委会换届筹备为例,借鉴国外同领域竞争期刊的编委会构成特点,探讨适合我国英文科技期刊的编委遴选的新方法。实践表明,灵活运用Web of Science、Scopus等网络文献数据库,不仅可以对备选编委的学术影响力、学术活跃度等进行定量评估,还可以挖掘有潜力的新编委。备选编委定量评价体系的建立能够为编委会换届改选提供重要的理论依据。     

论媒体融合趋势下科技期刊编辑的素养

媒体融合发展已成为期刊出版必然趋势,媒体融合时代我国科技期刊的繁荣发展和国际竞争关键取决于编辑的素养。系统阐述媒体融合发展趋势下科技期刊编辑应当具有的素养,包括科学素养、业务素养、全媒体素养以及人文、信息素养等,努力做不忘初心的学者、精益求精的工匠、与时俱进的潮人以及博学多才的杂家,确保由媒体融合平台推送科技成果信息的科学性、规范性、适应性和实用性;科技期刊编辑应树立终生学习实践的信念,并通过积极交流、融入科研、善于总结等提升素养,充分利用现代技术,不断促进科技成果更快更有效地传播以及服务好创新驱动发展战略。     

Worn Grooves

Drawing from visual, material and written archival sources, this article critically explores some of the functions, uses and perceived values of recorded sound during the First World War and in its aftermath. An instrument of communication as well as commemoration, the gramophone helped bridge geographical (and, in some cases, cultural) distances between the home front and the rear, providing civilians with the fleeting illusion of presence, proximity, or even sentimental communion with the front. The article analyses (a) the affective and connective, but also propagandist, values of commercial wartime recordings as they circulated between the home and the front, (b) the popular notion of gramophones as regulatory instruments of civilisation, (c) the commemorative exploitations of recorded sound in the interwar period. The article focuses on the British experience, contrasting it with examples drawn from French and German experiences.     

Nurturing Authority

When considering the role of local journalism in a networked media environment, it is crucial to examine how audiences attribute news with the power to define social knowledge. In particular, television news programs need to appeal to audiences by reinforcing a sense of local journalistic authority to assert the parameters of who and what is worthy of coverage. This article presents the findings from interviews with a range of commercial television news viewers in Sydney, Australia. It positions viewership in the context of people’s wider engagement with news, and in relation to their interpersonal and digital social interactions. The paper argues that local audiences have conflicting attitudes to the role of television news, both contesting and re-inscribing the programs with the power to demarcate social, political, and cultural knowledge. It traces how local audiences challenge the ability of news to convey boundaries within the community through processes of exclusion, connecting the contestations to the lived experiences of the individuals. It identifies that television news programs nurture journalistic authority in terms of their local relevance, and it contributes insights on the significance of local news by engaging with the means by which audiences themselves attach social power to journalism.     

科学过程技能的性别差异

本研究运用表现性评价方式评价科学过程技能,结果发现男女学生的总体科学过程技能不存在差异,但除找出变量之外,其他各过程技能均存在差异。最后,针对这种性别差异讨论了相应的教学和评价建议。
