论基于儿童认知语言发展理论的母语正负迁移

儿童语言发展源于认知,认知的发展对于儿童语言发展有促进作用。本文通过分析儿童认知语言发展过程的规律,正确看待儿童母语对于二语习得的正负迁移影响,探讨在儿童语言关键期培养儿童第二语言习得方法,这对儿童的大脑发育、语言表达以及认知能力发展都能起到促进作用。     

第二语言习得中的年龄因素——少数民族大学生初始英语学习年龄对学习成绩的影响调查

本课题以Lenneberg的关键期假设为理论背景,通过调查166名少数民族大学生初始英语学习年龄以及大学英语四级考试成绩,探讨初始年龄对英语学习成绩的影响。调查结果显示,早期接触有利于儿童将来的英语学习。其原因除了处于关键期的儿童大脑可塑性强、对语言输入敏感外,少数民族学生从小学一年级开始学习汉语,这种二语习得的经验对英语学习具有促进作用。     

合作学习对EFL学习者非语言沟通能力的影响

作为一种有效的学习模式,合作学习在英语课堂中发挥着极其重要的作用。基于此,通过对合作学习、第二语言习得以及外语教学理论的探讨,强调了合作学习对非语言沟通能力的重要影响。

The World Trade Center Attacks and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Reflective decision making is an important component in a teacher's professional expertise, and aptness for integrating it into professional practice can be nurtured in most teachers. This article uses vignettes from student teachers’ journals to describe four modes of thinking that can provide a useful framework for fostering growth in novice and veteran teachers’ conceptualization of reflective decision making and the ability to incorporate it into their repertoire of professional competencies.     

Cyberbullying by Adolescents: A Preliminary Assessment

A new threat has arisen for which teachers, administrators, and parents admit they are poorly prepared. Cyberbullying—electronic forms of peer harassment—is becoming increasingly prevalent and often originates beyond the legal reach of the school. This presentation describes how cyberbullying differs from other forms of mistreatment, cites examples of Internet intimidation, identifies procedures for responding to electronic threats, explores implications for teachers and parents, recommends questions for initial research, and presents a poll for schools to use in assessing student experience with cyberbullying.     

国外二语听力研究新进展

有关听力技能的研究受到越来越多的重视和关注。本文综述西方学者们近十几年来所从事的二语听力方面的研究, 对学者们提出的关键问题以及今后的研究方向进行提取和总结,以期给国内从事英语教学、对外汉语教学等相关领域的教师和研究人员提供参考。

元语言意识是对语言结构有意识的觉察和运用。本文首先介绍 了什么是元语言意识及元语言意识测量的方法,接着讨论了元语言意识在母语和第二语言间的迁移,然后重点论证了元语言意识在第二语言习得中的重要作用,最后提出了元语言意识在第二语言习得中的动态、交互作用模型,即元语言意识、母语、工作记忆和情感态度等影响第二语言习得的因素,构成一个动态有机的系统,它们共同影响第二语言的习得。
