网络作品著作权保护问题的法律分析

网络作品作为一个新兴领域,要在我国做大做强,当务之急是强化全社会对网络作品著作权保护的法律意识,建立和完善著作权法律体系,采取有力措施打击下载和转载网络原创作品等侵权行为,促进网络作品市场的健康发展。     

Longitudinal analyses of educational outcomes for youth transitioning out of care in the US: trends and influential factors

ABSTRACT

This paper draws on data collected from two of the most extensive longitudinal studies of care leavers in the US. The Midwest Study (2003–2011) included 732 youths in foster care in three Midwestern states, and the CalYOUTH Study (2012–present) includes 727 youths in California foster care. The paper has three objectives: (1) describe trends in secondary and postsecondary educational attainment at different ages; (2) summarise findings on predictors of educational attainment; and (3) summarise findings on the impact of extended foster care (EFC) on educational attainment. Results from these two studies show that by age 21, 77–85% of care leavers finish a secondary credential and 31–52% enrol in college. By age 25, about 8% have earned a college degree. Results from multivariate analyses find that youths’ educational background and parental status were consistently associated with later educational attainment. Specific aspects of social support also influenced college outcomes. Life demands after enrolling in college (e.g. employment, parenthood) played a more influential role in college degree attainment than did aspects of youths’ background. Characteristics of colleges also predicted youths’ odds of degree completion. Finally, existing evidence suggests that EFC promotes secondary credential completion and college entry, but not college persistence or degree completion.     

炼油废水H-O-R工艺中试运行探索

模拟茂石化炼油废水生化处理系统 ,在二沉池中加入软性纤维添料 ,使之具有反硝化脱氮的功能后 ,用H -O -R工艺 (即水解酸化 -好氧 -脱氮 )的方式运行 ,不但使泥水分离效果更好 ,而且改进了传统的脱氮工艺 ,弥补由于原工艺中构筑物的原因造成废水无法回流脱氮的缺陷。中试运行结果表明 ,COD、Oil、Ar -OH、NH3 -N、S2 -的降解率分别达到 90 % ,97% ,99% ,84 % ,99% ;当供给适量C源、DO <1mg/L、温度在 2 5～ 4 0℃时 ,NOx -N降解率可达 75～ 90 % ,各污染指标均达到国家和DB4 4 / 5 6 - 92地方排放标准     

试论中学课程的建构

着眼于21世纪中学教育发展趋势、中学教育教学改革趋势与新课程标准下的教育教学目标、学生发展的需要,重点探讨了基于建构主义的中学课程模式建构,提出了中学课程的建构模式．详细论证了主动性课程建构的理念,以及如何处理课程建构过程中的复杂关系的方法,从理论建构和实践探索两个层面作了总结并提出了建设性的主张。     

Implementing inclusion in disabling settings: the role of teachers’ attitudes and practices

Teachers’ attitudes towards disabled students seem to define the extent to which teaching practices are inclusive. Aiming to explore Cyprus secondary education teachers’ attitudes and practice, and the consequent implications for the future of disabled students and inclusive education, we conducted mixed methods research. Our research typology was sequential and integrated. First, we conducted a survey, during which we received 536 questionnaires from our randomly selected stratified sample of Cyprus secondary education teachers. The survey was followed by interviews with 21 Greek Philology teachers that enriched the findings from the quantitative phase. Data analysis revealed that even though Cyprus secondary education teachers have a rather positive attitude towards disabled students, they have low expectations from them and do not employ inclusive teaching practice. In addition, they tend to categorise students based on abstract notions about ability. Stereotypes and prejudice are more evident regarding students with cognitive disabilities. Despite the observed disabling practices, participants postulated that there is hope to implement inclusive education, if teachers are trained for inclusion and thereby begin to see the person and not the disability.     

美国校本管理背景下中小学校长的素质能力及其培养培训

20世纪80年代中期以来,美国大力推行校本管理体制,这使得中小学校长的角色由“行政官员”演变成了学校经营责任人,也使得校长的职能由学校管理转向了学校经营。美国校本管理背景下校长角色地位和职能作用的转变要求校长要具备新的素质能力,对此,相关组织(如州际学校领导者证书联合会)、一些州和学区制定的校长资格标准作了明确的规定。而美国一些研究生院和学区按照校长资格标准的规定,制定并实施了新的校长培养培训计划。     

数字水印技术及应用

介绍了数字水印技术的产生过程及其特点:透明性、鲁棒性和安全性,比较了数字水印与密码学的差别,数字水印通过在数字信息产品中嵌入不可见信息来标识其所有者.分析了数字水印技术的现状,主要有两大类水印嵌入方法:基于空间域和基于变换域.根据水印传输载体的不同对数字水印在版权保护方面的应用进行了分类,基于对数字水印的学习研究,对数字水印技术的发展进行了展望,数字水印的应用领域将会越来越大.     

Development of moral education in the UAE: lessons to be learned

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is making it a requirement of all schools within the Emirates (both public and private) to follow a programme of moral education (MEP), at all ages from grades 1 to 13, which is designed centrally. Explicitly secular and humanist in its approach, this is a remarkable development in a country where Islam is the official religion and where traditional practices and values are deeply rooted. However, it provides an example of an education initiative designed to contribute to a national strategic ambition—that of developing the UAE as a progressive, enlightened country, and one where its residents share a common culture despite the diversity of their origins. This paper describes the programme and sets it in the context of ‘virtue education’, following a philosophical and ethical tradition to which both Arab and Western philosophers have contributed.     

管培评协同的中等职业学校教师专业技能分级培训体系构建

以教师职业发展阶段理论、行为导向理论为指导,构建管办评分离下中等职业学校专业教师分级培训新机制,以解决中等职业学校专业教师实践能力偏低与自主发展动力不足,培训机构实施培训不规范、效果差等难题。通过制定统一的中等职业学校教师专业技能分级培训标准与评价考核标准,建立分层次、逐级培训与多元评价机制,强化培训质量控制与过程监督,形成管-培-评协同实施的中等职业学校教师专业能力提升新体系,切实提高中等职业学校专业教师培训绩效水平。     

我区中学德育工作存在的问题与对策

学校德育工作必须从讲政治的高度认清它的重要性,加强德育工作领导,注重德育队伍建设,构建完善的德育工作体系；提高学校领导干部管理学校、反分裂、反渗透和反争夺的能力,营造富有特色的德育氛围,抓好日常行为规范训练,拓宽德育渠道,进一步优化德育工作环境。
