难美项群竞技体育项目版权法保护研究

采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以项群训练理论和作品理论为基础,从体育学和法学两个学科视角出发展开研究。研究认为：身体动作、创新性和艺术性构成了项群训练理论和作品理论的逻辑连接点;难美项群竞技体育项目符合我国《著作权法》规定的作品构成要件,具有可作品性,其中,舞蹈型难美项群竞技体育项目和杂技型难美项群竞技体育项目可分别归属于我国《著作权法》中的舞蹈作品和杂技作品。     

公立中小学教师“临聘制”困境及应对策略

我国公立中小学教师临聘制存在自我履约机制困境、缺乏第三方依赖和缺少纵向一体化等问题。基于经济学中的不完全契约理论,笔者提出应对之策在于发挥“教师是基础、学校是保障”的自我履约机制;健全“完善法律设计,规范聘任程序”的第三方实施机制;实施“政府营造环境,学校规范执行”的纵向一体化机制,从而保证公立中小学临聘制教师有效管理与培养。     

“零基预算+绩效”模式下高校二级教学单位经费核拨机制探究

为进一步深化预算体制改革,促进管理重心下移,扩大二级教学单位办学自主权,充分体现二级教学单位办学主体地位,促进高校内涵、质量、特色协调发展,提高高校的整体办学水平和效益,高校急需探索出适合自身健康发展的经费核拨模式。传统的经费核拨模式存在主观性强,准确性差,标准定额制定不合理、不科学,缺乏弹性和绩效指标调节机制等问题,严重限制了高校科学发展的步伐。为进一步调动高校二级教学单位当家理财的积极性,结合学校综合财力和实际发展情况,提出了"零基预算+绩效"经费核拨模式,并针对二级教学单位具体情况应用合理选择绩效调节因素权数,科学统计绩效量化指标,设计出高校二级教学单位日常运行经费核拨公式,实现经费核拨与办学质量相挂钩,让预算数据在阳光下运行,提升预算绩效评价的透明度,使高校有限的经费资源得到最优化配置。     

In pursuit of social democracy: Shena Simon and the reform of secondary education in England, 1938–1948

Shena Simon (1883–1972), a leading English socialist and educationist, actively called for the reform of secondary education in the 1930s and 1940s in order to bring the ideal of ‘equality of opportunity’ into the English educational system. This paper explores the continuity and changes in Simon’s proposed reforms in relation to her ideals of social democracy from the appearance of the Spens Report (1938) to the publication of her book, Three Schools or One? (1948). In addition, Simon’s transnational visits to the Soviet Union, the USA and Scotland, as well as the impact of her international and comparative perspectives on different educational systems on her policy agenda, are also examined. It concludes that as many policy issues shown in the current paper continue to be debated, Simon’s democratic ideals and discourses are still relevant in the present and suggest implications for the future of secondary education in England.     

Improving mathematics results: does teachers’ academic optimism matter? A study of lower secondary schools

Educational effectiveness research has provided evidence about the importance of teacher beliefs and attitudes for teaching and learning. This study builds on the concept of academic optimism, which combines 3 aspects of a teacher’s professional creed: self-efficacy, trust, and academic emphasis. The study explores the functioning of the collective and individual measures of academic optimism in the Czech environment and studies its impact on students’ outcomes. The analyses are based on pilot data from 39 schools, 325 teachers, and 1,316 Grade 9 students and on the data from the Czech Longitudinal Study in Education (CLoSE), covering 163 schools, 1,469 teachers, and 4,798 students. The individual measure was selected for further studies based on 2-level confirmatory factor analysis. Two-level structural equation modelling showed a significant impact of a school’s academic optimism on students’ achievement even after controlling for prior achievement and socioeconomic status at both the student and the school level.     

福建省与台湾地区第二产业的灰色关联度分析

介绍了福建省与台湾地区第二产业发展的现状,并基于灰色关联度数据,分析了福建省与台湾地区采矿业,制造业,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业以及建筑业对第二产业的影响程度。研究表明：闽台两地第二产业的发展趋势相似度非常高,但个别产业存在发展差异。福建省应利用两地之间的合作契机,借鉴学习台湾先进的管理经验、前沿的科研技术,促进两地第二产业的进一步合作,实现海西经济区的可持续发展。     

LED照明与弱光聚集单体双向灯具二次配光设计

提出利用灯具空间结构双向调控光能、单个体多功能的光学设计新理念,构造矩形复合抛物面作为灯具灯罩、LED反光杯、太阳能聚光杯。在照明方面很好地满足了关于A、AA级的照度和照度均匀度要求;在弱光聚集方面,其太阳能芯片位置的照度是不经聚光情况的1.25倍;在聚光模式下,太阳能芯片的光伏转化效率是非聚光模式下的1.62倍。该矩形复合抛物面的设计双向提升了以往被忽略的灯罩结构的空间利用率,是对当前市面上非聚光模式收集太阳能产品设计的有效补充。     

An analysis of alterity in teachers’ inclusive pedagogical practices

This investigation contributes to understanding how teachers reflect on the other with a disability and on their own practices. Literature suggests that inclusion takes place when barriers are removed, allowing participation. However, scholars agree that teachers still struggle with pedagogical practices in inclusive classrooms. Hansen (Hansen, J. H. 2012. “Limits to Inclusion.” International Journal of Inclusive Education 16 (1): 89–98) contends that teachers establish limits to inclusion in order to manage the level of diversity, arguing that the limits depend on the teacher’s understanding of disability. This article examines German secondary school teachers, who reflect on inclusive pedagogical practices and their relationship to learners with disabilities. The analysis shows that most teachers add levels of complexity when constructing the disability’s identity. Teachers struggled with the notion of limitation associated with disability and with the discovery of the other, with new learning skills and abilities. Interactions with learners with a disability open new venues to practice inclusion and encourage participation, but this requires a change in practices; yet, not all teachers feel prepared to do that. Teachers offered various rationales on why they applied limits to inclusion; those rationales are rooted in how they interpret disability and their own roles as teachers.
