Attentional Patterns Involved in Coping Strategies in a Sport Context

We investigated the relationship between coping strategies and attentional bias after a sport competition. We administered the Ways of Coping Checklist (Paulhan, Nuissier, Quintard, Cousson, & Bourgeois, 1994) to 145 athletes immediately after they had participated in a sport competition. We also assessed attentional bias using a dot probe detection task. Results revealed that emotion-focused coping strategies led athletes to orient their attention away from threat, whereas athletes who adopted problem-focused coping strategies focused their attention toward threat. More precisely, problem-focused coping strategies are related to a facilitated detection of threat, not to disengagement difficulties. The vigilance attentional bias seems to be a compensatory strategy to cope with a stressful situation, such as sport competition.     

Word-Decoding Deficits in Norwegian: The Impact of Psycholinguistic Marker Effects

The effects of regularity, frequency, lexicality, and granularity on single word reading in Norwegian children with dyslexia and control children matched for age and reading level were examined. The reading impaired children showed the same pattern of performance as younger children matched for reading level on most tasks except for the fact that they worse at nonword reading. The findings are discussed against different theoretical models of reading.     

University non-admittance and anomie: Reconsidering the promise of an egalitarian society

Abstract

The core theme of this article is the emerging tension between the egalitarian discourse that increases the general aspiration of people to become more educated and actual admission constraints. A desire to attend a university and not being allowed to (i.e. non-admittance) is a loss that can potentially result in an anomic condition. Anomie theory gives a sociological explanation for a painful situation in which there is a cultural overemphasis on success combined with structurally limited opportunities. In this study, the focus is on the experiences of prospective students who have been applying to a selective university in Finland without gaining admission. The data consists of 50 personal online narratives. The analysis is presented in accordance with a conceptual typology of individual responses to the conditions of non-admittance. The findings yield important insights regarding university choice, meritocratic selection and formulation of equitable admission policies.     

金融监管法制化试析

针对当前世界经济和金融大势，紧密结合亚洲金融危机和中国金融体制改革的现状，金融监管法制化已被提升到确立、完善和保障金融监管制度平稳、有效运行，促进经济金融协调发展的重要地位。现阶段我国金融监管法制化的主旨宜为促进竞争、加强调控、保障安全。各国金融法律制度一般从市场准入、业务经营、市场退出三方面加以规范和调节，并着力避免两种不应有的趋向。最后对金融监管法制化的国际进程作了分析展望。     

Synthesis of 3-O-Benzoyl-1 ,2-O-isopropylidene-a-D-allofuranose and Its Dimesylated Derivative

Diisopropylidenated a-D-glucofuranose (1) was oxidated with CrO;-Pyridine complex. Oxidated product and its hydrate were separated and were reduced together to synthesize diisopro-pylidenated a-D-allofuranose (3 ). The yield of 3 increased by 8% than that with only oxidated prod-uct as reduction substrate. Benzoylated derivative of 3 was selectively hydrolyzed and dimesylated to synthesize 3-O-benzoyl-l ,2-O-isopropylidene-a-D-allofuranose (5) and its dimesylated deriva-tive respectively. The overall yield of 5 from 1 was 36%. Each step and final products were analyzed by 'H-NMR spectra and other methods. The experiments showed that the influence of acetic acid concentration on selective hydrolysis was obvious. The hydrolysis yield was 81. 8%. Oxidation, re-duction and other procedures were practical and had application potential.     

AC900电解质分析仪两种试剂的应用比较

目的:比较两种试剂实验指标的一致性.方法:根据奥迪康AC900电解质分析仪的工作原理、性能要求、试剂成分等,配制A、B二种试剂,并在该仪器上与对比试剂对比应用.结果:两种试剂A液和B液各离子浓度,准确性、精密度,临床分析样品结果无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:自制试剂完全可以替代配套试剂.     

试论体育实验教学改革

为进一步培养学生理论联系实际和从事技术试验、研究创新的能力，拟对体育实验教学的改革分三个步骤进行，对低年级的实验进行教学内容、方法的删减、调整、合并；高年级开设设计性实验和实验选修课；大部分实验内容独立开课，逐步形成独立的实验教学体系和教学课程。     

离子选择性电极法测定水中的铅

利用铅离子选择性电极研究了测定铅的条件,并测定了该电极的性能参数。在1.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内铅的浓度的对数与电位呈线性关系,检出限为8.0×10-8mol/L。并用该法测定了水中铅的含量,平均加标回收率为93.3%。     

醉驾入刑的实践困境阐释

醉驾入刑后,在实践中面临着诸多困境.首先,国家治理能力低下导致了选择性司法的不可避免,进而使我国本已有限的司法权威更加弱化.其次,侦查主体角色的混乱,证据标准的不合理,诉讼期间的不合理缩短都对刑事程序法的实施构成了破坏.再次,入罪标准的降低,将使更多的人背负罪犯恶名,从而对他们的生活产生巨大影响,有可能促使更多的人犯罪.此外,罪驾入刑的实施,将对制酒、餐饮以及娱乐等行业的正常经营构成冲击.所以,我们应该严守犯罪圈的界限,坚持刑法的谦抑性,当能够通过现有立法对醉酒驾驶进行治理时,就坚决不单独适用刑罚的手段.     

高校法语公选课的问题与对策研究

高校法语公选课程的学生来自不同专业和年级,层次不同,学习动机也不同,再加上公共课程课时相对较少,该课程的教学不同于一般的法语专业和二外教学。本文通过对高校法语公选课中存在的问题的分析,对相应的教学方法进行了探索。
