全国普通高校本科教学工作审核评估:成效、问题与发展策略

普通高校本科教学工作审核评估是我国“五位一体”质量保障体系的重要组成部分,是提高本科教学质量的一项重要举措。通过对2014~2018年间开展的全国普通高校本科教学工作审核评估进行分析和总结发现:现行的审核评估提升了我国本科教学评估的国际影响力,促进了本科教学提质增效,培育了第三方评估机构,推动了本科教学跨省交流,完善了本科教学国家大数据平台,建立了评估培训体系,取得了很好的成效,但也尚存在一些问题。为此,今后需进一步从拓展评估的内涵、强化指引未来发展功能、加强信息技术运用、强化整改检查与结果应用、提升利益相关者的参与、发挥分类指导作用等六个方面加以改进和完善,以推进学校本科教育教学改革,提升人才培养质量。     

语言焦虑与建构主义--如何在建构主义教学模式下消除语言习得焦虑

语言焦虑是第二语言学习中十分重要的一个研究课题，学习者的语言焦虑感对其语言学习的效果影响极大，建构主义强调以学习者为中心的教学方法，倡导轻松愉快的课堂环境和鼓励学习者合作语言学习，对焦虑的产生有很大的抑制作用；通过对焦虑因素的分析，了解其原因，探讨建构主义教学模式下的课堂焦虑调控，旨在寻找解决焦虑问题的最佳办法。     

基于HLM模型的教师幸福感、小学生社交焦虑对小学生孤独感的影响研究

目的:本研究主要探讨教师幸福感、小学生社交焦虑与孤独感之间的关系。方法:随机选取烟台市某两所小学的294名学生和6位班主任老师为被试,采用总体幸福感量表、儿童社交焦虑量表和儿童孤独量表进行调查。结果:(1)由随机回归分析模型发现社交焦虑能够正向预测小学生的孤独感(β=0.5424,P=0.002)。(2)社会焦虑对小学生孤独感的影响在不同班级之间有明显差异(X^2=18.2546,P=0.003)。(3)基于HLM的分析发现,在教师层面,教师幸福感对小学生孤独感的影响不显著。结论:小学生社会焦虑能够影响孤独感,这种影响虽然在不同班级内有明显的差异,但是教师幸福感所能解释的比例非常小。     

论教育学研究的误区——理论与实践脱节之根源

文章分析教育学研究理论与实践脱节的问题,并阐述了其产生的根源,指出了教育学研究要聚焦教育实践,需要关注实践、参与实践、批判实践、改进实践,方能使教育学研究走向健康、正常的道路。     

The effect of perfectionism on burnout among English language teachers: the mediating role of anxiety

The results of a substantial body of research affirm that the number of teachers leaving their jobs is on the increase and the evidence is strong that the most credible explanation for the attrition is the emotional nature of the profession. The present study aimed to explore the intervening effect of EFL teachers’ anxiety on the correlations between their perfectionism and burnout levels. The participants were 276 Iranian EFL teachers. The data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that, compared to other dimensions of burnout, depersonalization was more significantly affected by both direct and indirect effects of perfectionism. Moreover, the statistically insignificant direct associations between perfectionism and emotional exhaustion became significant due to the intervening impact of anxiety. The results of mediation analysis also confirmed the mediator role of anxiety. The results corroborate prior researches and offer illuminating insights into the mental health of teachers.

外语学习焦虑与大学英语分级教学的研究——一项基于三峡大学的调查

在当前英语教学改革的大趋势的推动下分极教学应运而生,从情感的角度对分级教学状态下的外语学习焦虑进行了定量研究,通过数据分析得出的结论将有助于教师改善教学方式和手段。     

高职大学生焦虑量表的研制

通过访谈法、文献资料法等研究方法对编制高职大学生焦虑量表进行了研究。首先采取自下而上的思路对58位高职大学生进行结构访谈,获得高职大学生焦虑的具体表现;然后结合文献研究编制量表项目,最后对山东济南、聊城和日照的514名高职大学生施测,考察各项信效度检验。结果：（1）自编高职大学生焦虑量表具有7个因子：学业焦虑、关系焦虑、就业焦虑、生存焦虑、经济焦虑、社会支持焦虑、恋爱焦虑;（2）该量表的各项效度和信度指标均达到了心理测量学要求的水平。结论：编制的高职大学生焦虑量表具有较好的效度和信度。     

Cognitive ability,exam-related emotions and exam performance: A field study in a college setting

Using lab and field data, this paper investigates (a) the degree to which pre- and post-exam positive and negative achievement emotions and cognitive ability are uniquely and jointly associated with exam performance and (b) the degree to which exam performance influences subsequent post-exam emotions. Based on a sample of 102 students, results show that ability influences exam performance both directly and indirectly via pre-exam emotions. Also, ability and distraction interact to influence performance such that ability has a buffering effect. Distraction has a significant deleterious effect on performance for low ability students, but does not disrupt performance for high ability students. Moreover, positive emotions facilitate performance by decreasing distraction whereas negative emotions hinder performance by increasing it. Finally, results show that the exam itself has a significant impact on post-exam positive and negative emotions, even when controlling for pre-exam emotions. Results are discussed in terms of the emerging research on achievement emotions beyond test anxiety.
