通信工程《数字信号处理》课程的改革与建设

数字信号处理作为通信工程专业一门重要的专业基础课程,随着数字化和信息化的迅速发展,其地位越益重要。通过该课程改革和建设,摆脱以往课堂教学纸上谈兵和课外作业仅局限于数学推导的局面,让学生明确课程学习目的和知识的应用领域,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,培养学生利用理论知识解决工程实践问题的能力。     

以培养卓越通信专业工程师为导向的校企联合实习模式探索

针对高校人才培养与企业人才需求不匹配的问题,从专业实习入手,提出校企联合实习模式的解决方案。阐述了校企联合实习模式的优势及存在的问题。在具体实施方案、质量评价及校企双赢方面进行了探索。     

Feature Solution in the Process of Parameterizing Port Model

Aimed at attaining to an integrated and effective pattern to guide the port design process, this paper pats forward a new conception of feature solution, which is based on the parameterized feature modeling. With this solution, the overall port pre-design process can be conducted in a virtual pattern. Moreover, to evaluate the advantages of the new design pattern, an application of port system has been involved in this paper; and in the process of application a computational fluid dynamic analysis is concerned. An ideal effect of cleanness, high efficiency and high precision has been achieved.     

从东西方习俗看文化差异

本文以东西方不同民族的文化中的礼仪习俗方面为切入点进行分折，以探究东西方的文化差异。     

科学博物馆与科学中心——演化路径与当代趋势

将科学博物馆、科学中心、探索中心等互动型科学博物馆与中心统称为科学博物馆与科学中心(简称为SMC)。在澄清SMC内涵的基础上,按SMC的展示理念变迁将其发展的三个历史阶段划分为:技术史展示阶段,展示现代科学和增强科学知识阶段,促进科学大众化与知识扩散阶段。并在公众与科学技术新的互动社会与环境下,指出SMC面临的挑战,提出SMC向第四个阶段,即注重科学技术与社会的关系和尊重公众的主动地位阶段演进的趋势。在科学与社会互动的语境中全面思考科学博物馆与科学中心的定位与演进趋势。     

浅论湖北省交通行业专门人才开发

“经济要发展，交通要先行”。交通运输业要发展，必须依靠科技进步和劳动者素质的提高，这是湖北省交通现代化建设的关键所在。交通专门人才是决定交通行业发展进程的重要因素。本文分析了湖北省交通行业专门人才开发的现状、开发中存在的问题，提出人才开发的建议。     

Telling Our Story: A Case Study of a Collaborative Departmental Blog at Syracuse University Libraries

ABSTRACT

This case study will take readers through the planning and publication process of a collaborative departmental library blog at Syracuse University, which is a large private, non-profit research intensive university located in central New York State. It will provide an overview of the history of the project and the mission of the blog. It will describe the technical aspects, developing a publication schedule, and the editorial responsibilities of maintaining the blog. The impact of the blog is documented. The blog has raised awareness of the librarians' expertise and this is explored alongside how posts have contributed to a number of wider conversations in librarianship.     

The Theory of Motivated Information Management and Posttraumatic Growth: Emerging Adults’ Uncertainty Management in Response to an Adverse Life Experience

This study tested the degree to which the uncertainty management process that emerging adults go through following an adverse event predicts their perceptions of posttraumatic growth. Participants included 215 emerging adults who had experienced an adverse life event within the past year. Overall, the results largely supported the theory of motivated information management, as uncertainty discrepancies positively predicted negative emotions about the adverse event, which in turn predicted outcome expectancies, but not efficacy assessments. Outcome expectancies were predictive of efficacy assessments, which in turn were predictive of a willingness to seek information about the event from a parent. Collectively, uncertainty management behaviors predicted posttraumatic growth and included significant indirect effects for uncertainty discrepancies through communication and target efficacy, respectively.     

西方科学传播的三种立场

近代科学发展以来,西方科学传播先后经历了三种不同立场：旨在向社会传播科学研究成果的科学共同体立场;寻求公众理解与支持国家科学发展战略与政策实施的政府立场;保障公民行使参与公共决策权利与生活、生存能力的公民立场。三种立场的科学传播在不同历史时期均发挥了重要作用,在当前高度科学化的社会发展中,仍需三种立场的科学传播共存,并有机配合,才能真正提高科学传播效果。     

口语交际中的跨文化交际因素

在学习第二语言的课堂上,学生通常被要求操练句型、记单词和掌握语法规则。但事实上,文化和跨文化因素的影响在口语交际中至关重要。文章从教学的角度,首先指出了文化和跨文化的定义,形象地说明了语言和文化之间的紧密联系;其次,分析了影响口语交际的一些文化因素———外向型学习方式、语音问题、价值观和信仰;最后,通过分析,文章对如何改进口语教学提出了几点建议。
