中国早期书院与西欧中世纪大学的比较研究

中国早期书院与西欧中世纪大学是东西文化教育发展历史中两颗璀璨的明珠。本文通过对二者的形成机制、办学目的、课程设置、教学方法、管理模式的比较研究，分析了二者的异同，以期对现代的高教改革提供有益的借鉴。     

“中间代”或“中生代”：诗人自我意识的一种方式

对“中间代”或“中生代”的命名现象，其实只是这些诗人们“自我意识”的一种表现方式。他们对1990年代与1980年代的诗学差异尤为敏感，同时也就有对共同性的忽视，这导致了他们对自我存在的焦虑，并进而试图通过对自我命名的方式“标新立异”。然而“中间代”或“中生代”并不能构成一个独立于“第三代诗人”或“新生代”的“代”，他们应属于“新生代”的一部分或一种写作倾向，或者应称为“新生代后期诗人”。

加拿大华人中产阶层探析

加拿大华人中产阶层，主要由二战后移居到加拿大的技术移民和在加拿大出生的华裔技术人员组成。该阶层产生于20世纪70年代。他们有其独特的特征，他们的劳动力价格及年均收入低于其他加拿大人。近年来，华人中产阶层在加拿大社会中的形象及地位大大改观。     

A Journey from STEM to STEAM: A Middle School Case Study

ABSTRACT

This article examines the initial journey of a middle school in South Carolina from a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) curriculum to a STEAM (STEM + art) curriculum. This is the first of a three-year longitudinal study that investigated the perceptions of the effectiveness, relative importance, and sustainability of a STEAM curriculum in which the arts animated learning on a daily basis for both teachers and administrators during the first year of implementation beginning in the fall 2014. The article also investigates the response that the faculty of a STEM-oriented middle school had to the induction of STEAM curriculum training.

Differential recognition of children's cultural practices in middle primary literacy classrooms

This paper argues that teachers' recognition of children's cultural practices is an important positive step in helping socio‐economically disadvantaged children engage with school literacies. Based on 21 longitudinal case studies of children's literacy development over a 3‐year period, the authors demonstrate that when children's knowledges and practices assembled in home and community spheres are treated as valuable material for school learning, children are more likely to invest in the work of acquiring school literacies. However, they also show that while some children benefit greatly from being allowed to draw on their knowledge of popular culture, sports and the outdoors, other children's interests may be ignored or excluded. Some differences in teachers' valuing of home and community cultures appeared to relate to gender dimensions.     

建构和完善育人体系增强农村学校法纪教育的实效性

随着我国农村经济改革的不断深入,农民物质文化生活得到了很大改善和提高,但是,农村学校法纪教育缺失问题在各地农村仍然极为明显,中小学生的安全、教育、情感、心理等一系列问题日益突击。尤其是农村学校中的违法乱纪现象急剧上升,已变成为严重的社会问题。本文通过对农村学校法纪教育的现状及其成因和教育思路的探讨,以此来增强农村各级组织和学校对这一特殊群体的法纪教育意识,从而减少农村学校中的违法犯罪并同时得到社会各方面的关注。     

教师背景变量对山区农村教师身心健康的影响

课题组采用《中学教师自测健康评定量表》对307名不同化程度、不同婚姻状况、不同家庭住址的山区农村中学教师自测健康情况进行了比较分析：较高的化程度对教师的身心健康具有促进作用;婚姻状况是教师身心健康的一个不可忽视的因素;家住农村的中学教师健康状况存在较多问题。
