脑脊液中单纯疱疹病毒抗原检测和临床评价

本文采用ELISA双单克隆抗体夹心法检测14份拟诊为中枢神经系统病毒感染患者脑脊液(CSF)标本中单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)抗原。结果表明:有8份标本出现阳性,即约57％可测出HSV抗原。其中7份标本结果与间接ELISA检测CSF和血清HSV-Ⅰ～Ⅱ型抗体结果比较,两者有较好的一致性。提示ELISA双单克隆抗体夹心法检测临床标本中HSV抗原,具有简便、特异、敏感等优点,4h内即能获得检测结果,适用于HSV性脑炎(HSE)的早期诊断。
