调水工程的水资源调度数字化动态能力模型与实践

为有效应对数字化背景下调水工程水资源调度面临的多情境多主体共生带来的挑战,促进实现调水工程的价值协同。首先通过构建水资源调度知识生态系统来分析数字化动态能力的内涵及特征。其次,面对水资源调度的常态及应急环境,从全生命周期视角打开数字化动态能力生成逻辑的“黑箱”,进而揭示其运行机理。最后,以南水北调中线干线工程进行验证,揭示调水工程通过数字化动态能力的演化达到水资源调度的层次协同、关系协同和生态系统协同,以此为调水工程内部数字能力与外部环境的匹配提出对策建议,为其他调水工程的智慧化建设提供参考。     

Running-induced patellofemoral pain fluctuates with changes in patella water content

Abstract

Although increased bone water content resulting from repetitive patellofemoral joint loading has been suggested to be a possible mechanism underlying patellofemoral pain (PFP), there is little data to support this mechanism. The purpose of the current study was to determine whether running results in increases in patella water content and pain and whether 48 hours of rest reduces patella water content and pain to pre-running levels. Ten female runners with a diagnosis of PFP (mean age 25.1 years) participated. Patella water content was quantified using a chemical-shift-encoded water-fat magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) protocol. The visual analog scale (VAS) was used to quantify subjects' pain levels. MRI and pain data were obtained prior to running, immediately following a 40-minute running session, and 48 hours post-running. Pain and patella water content were compared among the 3 time points using one-way ANOVA's with repeated measures. Immediately post-running, persons with PFP reported significant increases in pain and exhibited elevated patella water content. Pain and patella water content decreased to pre-running levels following 48 hours of rest. Our findings suggest that transient changes in patella water content associated with running may, in part, contribute to patellofemoral symptoms.

随着我国资本市场的发展,直接融资占社会融资规模比重不断攀升,挤压了农村商业银行(简称农商行)的对公信贷业务。为应对直接融资的发展,农商行会否回归本源,增加对农户和中小企业的信贷供给？借助1 020家农商行的样本数据,研究发现：直接融资发展显著促进了农商行回归本源,增加对农户和中小企业的金融支持。其作用机制为,直接融资发展加剧了金融脱媒,促使农商行调整信贷结构,更多地服务农户和中小企业。异质性分析表明,农商行市场份额越大、所在地区土地确权进度越快,直接融资发展对农商行回归本源的促进作用越大。大力发展直接融资,优化直接融资与间接融资比重,对提升金融服务实体经济质效、完善普惠金融体系具有重要作用。     

高速PCB中过孔引起的同步开关噪声抑制研究

高速PCB中，由于过孔数量较多导致信号产生严重畸变．文章首先分析了过孔对高速信号质量的影响，然后通过在过孔周围添加去耦电容器来抑制同步开关噪声（SSN）．结果表明，在过孔周围添加去耦电容器可以有效地减小同步开关噪声，使得信号波动峰值减小，提高了信号质量．     

谈高职院校计算机专业毕业论文（设计）的改革

当前,我国高校毕业论文（设计）存在抄袭、拼凑成风的不良现象,结合高职院校计算机专业毕业论文指导工作的现实情况,有针对性地提出了基于工作过程的改革方法,在实践中让学生自主选题,形式上不拘一格,并且规范写作与指导流程,使得毕业论文（设计）真正地为学生服务。     

澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策研究

[目的/意义]国内图书馆对展览政策的研究较少，而国外图书馆在相关领域有比较成熟的做法。研究国外图书馆展览政策有助于促进国内图书馆展览工作的开展。[方法/过程]通过对澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策与展品租借政策文本的梳理与研究，探索其有益做法对我国图书馆的启示。[结果/结论]我国图书馆应从4方面完善展览工作：①重视展览工作的组织建设；②重视对展览原则的研究；③结合国家文物保护政策制定展品借出政策；④结合我国实际制定展品借入政策。     

Business Intelligence Capabilities and Firm Performance: A Study in China

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business practice, inducing the emergence and application of business intelligence (BI) that has promoted the transformation of information techniques to optimize business decision and operation. However, there is a lack of theoretical consensus and measurement of the technology embedded in BI at present. This study exploratively develops the Sense-Transform-Drive (STD) conceptual model of BI based on dynamic capabilities theory and organizational evolutionary theory to explain the core BI capabilities. By using factoring analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, we extract the latent constructs and empirically verify the validity of the STD model and further examine the correlation and mode of interaction of the three core BI capabilities and the impact of BI application on firm performance in the real economy with a sample contextual to Chinese business practices. The study results show that there are direct and high-intensity cumulative positive effects among the structural components of the STD conceptual model and BI-related dynamic capabilities can enhance operating efficiency and firm performance.     

Psychological complaints reported by sexually abused children during criminal investigations: Istanbul example

The present study aims at describing the psychological complaints reported, as a part of the criminal investigation process, by the victims of sexual abuse as a part of the criminal investigation process, without attempting at reaching a medical diagnosis; and it discusses the relation of these reports with variables such as victim's gender, age and relation to the offender, type and duration of abuse, and parental marital status of the victim. Data is obtained from the statements of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) victims under the age of 15, as taken by Istanbul Juvenile Justice Department between the years 2009 and 2012. The sample consists of 175 cases with a total of 202 victim statements. Through the use of content analysis, the main and sub-categories of themes of the statements were determined. By means of the evaluation of the psychological condition of victims, we evaluated them in two categories: psychological complaints including self-harm and risk taking behaviors and psychological complaints with no self-harm and risk taking behaviors. The statistical analyses yield significant relations between the psychological complaints and children's parental marital status. Analysis of initial statements of sexual abuse victims is important as it may greatly contribute to professionals diagnosing and treating psychological complaints of these victims. It is essential that victims of sexual abuse should receive immediate psychological support starting with the criminal investigation process.     

Piece-by-Piece Review of Digitize-and-Lend Projects through the Lens of Copyright and Fair Use

Digitize-and-lend library projects can benefit societies in multiple ways, from providing information to people in remote areas or with physical disabilities to facilitating the sharing of library resources with information-poor communities. This article explores the potential of digitize and lend as well as outlines how projects can be undertaken in a manner respectful of the balance of copyright.     

Heritage education in the Primary School Standard Curriculum of Malaysia

Due to the importance of education for sustainable heritage preservation, it is imperative to pay attention to how heritage is taught in the education system. As a multicultural country with a rich cultural heritage, Malaysia is home to four world heritage sites. This paper investigates Malaysia's new primary school curriculum to determine to what extent the core curriculum cultivates an awareness of and sense of respect for heritage. The results reveal a focus on Malaysian intangible cultural heritage in some core subjects, such as history, Bahasa Malaysia, art, and music education.
