论转型期基层统一战线在扩大公民有序政治参与中的作用

随着我国经济社会结构的转型不断深化,基层统一战线内部构成发生深刻变化,统战对象和领域都大量增加。基层统一战线是扩大公民有序政治参与的重要体现,但当前我国公民在政治参与方面还存在一些问题。转型期要利用基层统一战线的特点和优势,在进一步扩大公民有序政治参与主体、提供公民有序政治参与制度保障、营造公民有序政治参与的良好环境、取得民主监督成效等方面发挥作用。     

独立学院教务隐性知识管理研究——以浙江师范大学行知学院为例

随着独立学院办学规模的日益扩大,教务管理工作也日趋复杂,如何实现教务管理模式又快又好地转型,从而支持和保障教学工作是亟待解决的问题。该文试将隐性知识管理运用于独立学院教务管理中,通过设计合适的管理平台充分利用教务管理过程中形成的各种隐性资源,切实提高独立学院的教务管理水平,以期为独立学院教务管理工作的展开提供一个全新的方法和途径。     

基于扎根理论的精益知识管理能力的维度划分与检验

【目的/意义】精益知识管理能力是企业开展精益生产的效果大相径庭的重要原因之一,弄清精益知识管理能力的内涵和构成维度对优化企业精益知识管理能力具有重要意义。【方法/过程】本文以实施精益生产的企业为样本,采集典型企业数据,运用扎根理论方法,按照开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择性编码的路径,构建精益知识管理能力的维度结构和内容,从而归纳出相对饱和的理论,并对其进行验证。【结论】研究将精益知识管理能力划分为精益知识获取能力、精益知识整合能力和精益知识应用能力等3个维度和14个构成要素、为企业提升精益知识管理能力提供了参考。     

Determinants of public engagement on municipal Facebook pages

Abstract

This article analyzes the determinants of public engagement on the Facebook pages of municipalities. The sample consists of 170 Italian and Spanish municipalities that used Facebook in 2014. The findings show that posting a lot of information on municipal Facebook pages does not increase the engagement of citizens. Also, frequent posting of information per se does not engage public engagement. However, if the posts are published when public can pay attention to them (e.g., off days), the likelihood of public engagement increases. Furthermore, the citizens’ engagement on municipal Facebook page depends on the level of citizens’ income – there is a negative relationship between citizens’ income and the level of participation.     

If you Build it,They Won’t Come: What Motivates Employees to Create and Share Tagged Content: A Theoretical Model and Empirical Validation

The purpose of this paper is to investigate factors influencing employees’ knowledge-sharing behavior on social tagging supported systems. Using the strong theoretical background of the well-known technology acceptance model (TAM), this paper proposes and empirically validates a model that fits the social and technical nature of social tagging tools within the public sector. The analyses in this paper were based on data collected from a large survey of more than 480 respondents working for two public organizations in the United States. The findings demonstrate a significant impact of the role of social presence in encouraging employees to create and share content. Further, there is a strong relationship between the benefits employees receive from using tagging tools and their creation and sharing of tagged content. Specifically, the following factors showed a significant impact on employees’ creation and sharing behavior, specifically their attitudes towards and intentions to create and share tags: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, social presence, and pro-sharing norms. For researchers, the paper offers an opportunity to further study knowledge-sharing behavior regarding social media technologies. The findings should motivate practitioners to inject these tools with a social aspect so that employees are encouraged to share content.     

Information and knowledge assessment – Results from a multinational automotive company

This article reports the results from an information and knowledge assessment (IKA) to identify information and knowledge needs and, their coverage by information resources to derive recommendations for improvement and proposes a contingeny framework. The approach is based on a review of audit methods from information sciences and management, knowledge management and the engineering discipline and tested with data (N = 580) collected from the engineering domain within an automotive supplier over six European sites. The integrated assessment uses content needs profiles from two complementary perspectives, the coverage of needs by various internal information sources and data on awareness and usage of these information sources. The employment of content categories on a more granular analytical level than information systems sources opens up new possibilities to derive improvement measures and requirements for the design of information systems within an organization. The brief data-gathering instrument also reduces the required resources to implement this approach considerably overcoming weaknesses previously identified in case studies and the IA literature. It makes a contribution to research bridging the gap between research and practice and opens up options to design contingency frameworks for a specific domain.

理论与实验结合的商业银行经营管理教学改革探讨

商业银行经营管理是高等院校金融工程专业的一门专业课程,以往对于该课程的讲授多注重理论知识,忽视对于学生动手能力的培养,不利于现代高等学校培养“厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质”的新型人才。本文分析了商业银行经营管理课程教学中存在的问题,通过探讨理论课与实验课相结合的模式,为高校商业银行经营管理课程教学改革提供参考。     

高校教学档案信息安全管理策略

为适应当前社会的飞速发展,全国高校都开始了扩招政策,但是高校在扩大自身规模的同时,却忽略了教学档案信息安全管理的重要性。教学档案信息记录着全校师生的教学实践和生活轨迹,因而加强其信息安全管理、提出行之有效的管理策略是十分必要的。     

德育教育要做到敢于实践

德育工作是一门实践性很强的工作。实践性是学校德育工作的生命,离开了实践,德育工作会成为无源之水、无本之木,也就失去了生命力,只有把德育工作植根于丰富的实践之中,才有旺盛的生命力。德育工作没有固定的模式,全靠我们大胆地去试、去闯。多年来,笔者以很大精力投入于学校德育工作实践,先后进行了少则数小时、多达数年的德育工作实验。归纳起来,主要是围绕着对学生思想道德素质的培养,组织、指导学生进行道德实践,指导学生在假期社会实践等几方面做一些尝试。
