关于我国发展纳米科技的一些思考

纳米科技是当代科学技术的主流之一。它在1—100nm的尺度范围内，按照人们事先的设计来 操纵、控制和排列原子、分子，实现新物质和器件的创建和新规律的发现。当前我国纳米科 技的 水平已进入世界先进行列，但在研究工作的重要原始创新方面，与先进国家的差距较大。面 临新的挑战，我国发展纳米科技应根据国情，制定有限的目标和现实的发展路线图。     

新课程中的微积分及其教育价值

随着新一轮数学课程改革的进行,微积分再一次走进中学数学.微积分课程的教育价值主要有:增强了高中数学的严密性,优化了解题过程、扩展了研究范围,培养了学生解决实际问题的能力,发展了学生的数学思维能力,提高了学生的数学文化素养.要实现微积分的教育价值,需要兼顾不同层次学生对微积分的求知需求,把握高中微积分与大学微积分不同的尺度定位,防止微积分方法对高中基础知识的消极影响.     

论多维视野中的教师培训观

随着基础教育的改革与发展,教师从改革的后台被推向了改革的前台,相应地,教师问题亦日益突现出来。基于此,教师培训就越来越被提到了议事日程。但目前的教师培训“让人喜欢让人忧”,还存在着诸多长期性、深层性的问题。解决这些问题已经不是技术和方法问题,而是必须解决教师培训观念的滞后问题。也就是说,必须从多维视角重建教师培训观,塑造新的教师培训文化。     

Conflicts in teachers’ professional practices and perspectives about inclusion in Icelandic compulsory schools

Inclusive education policy, now the norm in many parts of the world including Iceland, is highly dependent on teachers for its successful implementation. Research on inclusion often attempts to identify teachers’ attitudes of inclusion (against/for). This article takes a different approach. It focuses on teachers’ perspectives of their professional practices; that is, how teachers understand what it means to be and practise as a teacher. We interviewed 10 Icelandic compulsory school teachers and also examined teaching logs and associated documents. The findings suggest that the teachers participating in this study have conflicting expectations towards their professional practice. They have unclear ideas about the inclusive ideology, and external factors influence teachers’ perception of their professional practice more than reflective practices. We suggest that these findings may well be applicable beyond the Icelandic context, and that they have implications for the overall in-service and pre-service education offered to teachers.     

聋人手语的语言学研究

聋人双语双文化的教育理念和方法在我国聋教育中的实验与尝试 ,为我国手语研究提供了良好的契机。本文就对聋教育中手语认知 ,聋人手语语言学研究的背景、社会意义 ,手语语言学的结构分析 ,以及语言学家参与手语研究及其意义展开的论述 ,旨在通过对聋人手语语言学的研究 ,来促进中国聋人手语 (CSL)作为一种语言地位的认可及其在聋教育中的合理使用。

远程教育在中国的发展现状及前景

本通过对知识经济时代我国教育体系、模式、内容和管理方面的变革，深刻、系统地剖析了传统教育体系的弊端和远程教育蓬勃发展的原因，分析了远程教育发展过程中存在的问题，并独到地提出了远程教育发展的模式。对远程教育更好地被认知和接受起到了促进作用。     

The synergy between research and practice: listening to the perspectives of key stakeholders about the development of an inclusive early years service

This paper analyses part of a consultation project a northern Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership (EYDCP) engaged with in the process of developing a charter for inclusion. This consultation included parents, families, service providers and service managers. Three main research strategies were employed including questionnaires, interviews and discussion groups. This project highlights the importance of listening to the various stakeholders and of allowing the voices of people at the sharp end of inclusive practice to be instrumental in the development of such services. Issues related to shared understandings of terminology and concepts, different perceptions of the drives for greater inclusive services, and the problematic nature of translating inclusive theory into practice in early years services for disabled children developed as important elements of this project. Although stakeholders enjoy some agreement regarding the philosophical notions of inclusion, there was some diversity in the perceptions of why inclusive services are being developed at all and also about how concepts of inclusion are translated into practice. Themes emerged about the organisation of an inclusive early years service relating to the 'adult factor' and the efficacy of a charter for inclusion. The partnership concluded that a pilot project following principles highlighted in this project was the next natural stage of developing a charter for inclusion: a charter of promises, rights and standards that is not rhetoric but realistic and, most importantly, is actually driven by the users and front-line service providers in the partnership.     

智力理论研究的进展及其对教育的启示

人脑是一个奥妙无穷的“黑箱”,智力是一个系统化、多元化、综合化的动态系统。从智力的心理测量学研究到智力的认知心理学研究,再到智力的认知神经科学研究和生态学研究,每一步对智力的探索,都是从“黑箱”向“白箱”跨进了一步。而每一步智力理论的进展都对教育有着广泛而深远的启示,也必将对教育观念、教育环境、教育方法等产生巨大的影响。     

‘Are you working or playing?’ Investigating young children’s perspectives of classroom activities

Play is valued conceptually and pedagogically, although its place in early years settings is under increasing pressure. Framed by the sociology of childhood and understandings of children’s agency, this article reports on an ethnographic study with children aged five years in the first year of primary school in Australia. The study investigated children's understandings of play in classroom activities involving different periods of teacher-framed and child-selected activities. Drawing on children’s accounts and video-recorded observations, the study found that children’s participation was influenced by teacher-framed agendas, and the agency afforded to them to engage in self-chosen activities and to design and negotiate their play spaces. For instance, children generally were unenthusiastic about writing activities and called these activities ‘work’ if they were directed by the teacher, and yet they consistently chose to engage in writing activities during periods of freely chosen activities. The findings raise questions about what counts as ‘play’ and ‘work’ for children, and the important function of play and free choice to mobilise participation in foundational academic activities such as writing. These understandings generate opportunities for educators to reflect upon ways to enhance children’s participation in everyday play activities in the classroom as supporting foundational academic activities.
